IRL Decks

Recommended Posts

An ongoing problem I have noticed is that when those who are new to the "Your Deck" section post their decks, they are often IRL. Once posted, they are usually given a list on how to improve upon the deck, but the TC will often complain about something on the lines of "I don't have those cards" or "I'm broke". For this reason, suggesting improvements becomes absolutely pointless, as well as the thread.

Another point that should become clear is, even if the deck has been labled as "IRL", it may confuse those who give suggestions as to what would be within the budget limit of the TC.

The following should help solve this problem:
1)
A. Make a section dedicated to IRL decks
B. Have it mandatory that all decks that are IRL are labled as such in the topic title.

2)
A. IRL decks should have a mandatory budget limit for card suggestions posted in the topic description (EX: budget limit:$50)
B. have a mandatory list of what cards the TC can work with (that are relevant to the deck, of course)

If anything, I wouldn't make anything mandatory. I'd recommend that people should just be more specific about their requirements for suggestions, and be willing to accept critique. And since when did the Your Deck section have an actual Moderator assigned to it?
