[spoiler= Plot] The year is 2010 and it is in New York, however let us crossover to the Shinigami World. Ryoku, Kurio and Killa all sat around a small glowing portal holding their death notes. "So we're doing this right?" questioned the deap voiced Ryoku. "Yes!!! Let's do it! This will be the most fun I've ever had watching the pathetic humans try to be Shinigami!!!" Kurio said enthusiastically. "But if we are to do this then make sure you fools take a spare death note." said the unpleased Killa. The 3 then dropped their death notes in the portal to be picked up by 3 unknown individuals[/spoiler] [spoiler= Information On RP] A Death Note RP??? Yes, I love making different types of RP's this however will be a challenge, the RP will be set around outwitting the other Death Note possessors/Investigators. The city of choice is yet to be decided. But yes there will be a maximum of 3 people with Death Notes, they all will have their own vision of what the perfect world is and will all try to acheive it. This RP is more of a out witting your opponent type of RP, But how? Especially when your very opponents can see your posts? Easy, I'm the dumpster for ideas, plans, strategies, thoughts, opinions, decisions etc. i will not be making an APP but rather be the one who makes sure things aren't made up and that when someone aims to kill someone they don't cheat in any way. however this is a test RP for now to determine where it strives and where it fails and where and how i can improve it if you hve any other ideas to make the rp more clear let me know. You can have the shinigami with you but it isn't compulsory and they do nothing really. Anything Anything you don't wannt anyione to know in the rp eg: traps u pm to me and i will note it down for when someone falls int he trap. Phase Strategy This will be extremly hard no doubt, which is why I'm thinking of doing a "Phase" strategy. A Phase strategy is a plan out where everyone does a move at that time, that way no one is able to go by the previouse persons post and gain the advantage. I will introduce when The Phases will come into play. When I say it is the Phase strategy time then i will post saying something at that point everyone must pm me their next post, this way it is a random chance as to who will win that phase. Winning a Phase Winning a phase allows an individual to be able to gain one piece of information about somebody, except their name or appearance. How do you win a Phase, the post i make prior to everyone pming me will set a twist or will invoke something that will potentially change the flow of the rp, you then pm me your moves and what your predictions of your opponent are, however you ca only make one detailed move and your can only predict 2 things your opponent's will do. Predictions The predictions are what your back up is, basically you throw a rock at someone, you then assume what conclusions the individual can draw from that rock being thrown, if you pm me to say that you think that the individual thinks you threw it at him, then you could say that your character will also look back at the a random person walking behind you and question if he threw a rock at you.....not the best example but i hope you get the picture, if you can anticipate your opponent's moves then you will win. How to kill the other members The way to successfully gather your opponent's names is to have won 3 Momentum points, then you will be able to gain the opponent's name in the RP Police Attraction The way to be caught by the police is for them to have evidence against you, if I spot that you have given some info. away carelessly i will note it down, then when the police have 5 pieces of evidence they will execute you so be careful. Ways to get police attention are, to kill higher ranked criminals and killing criminals in quantity. when you have a high attraction level the police will be investigating you and the area you live in maybe even spy on you. The frequency of you killings willa lso determine your level of attraction, if you perform 5 killings in a day, you will gain 25 attraction, the attraction cools off by 5 every post you don't kill, for each kill you will gain 5 attraction the max is 100. (1 piece of evidence = 49 Attraction) 0-24 = unsuspiciouse 25-49 = background research on individual 50-74 = worth checking out 75-99 = Bring him in for questioning 100 + = execute them (of course this can only be acheived if they have 3 pieces of evidence on you) Wanted List This list is full of criminals that you can willingly kill, however with each kill you will gain police attraction. What are Momentum points 10 Phase Points can be exchanged for 1 Momentum point The Shinigami Eye Deal Your opponents will not know whether or not you made the deal and you yourself wont know how much time in the RP, if you start off with only 10 thread pages left and you make the deal your are dead at 5. How can you use the Shinigami Eyes? As you know no one will know whether or not you have so when coming accross each other in the RP I wiill tell you their name. The Shinigami Eye deal however costs 5 Phase wins to gain. Alias I.D. This can be bought through giving up 3 Phase Wins, of course PM me to let me know you bought it. This is used as a safety measure against the Shinigami Eyes. However if you are caught out and the person with the sinigami eyes uses your Alian name in an attempt to kill you you will lose that Alias I.D. and have to buy another. Torn Pages You can only write down names of who to kill when you pm them to me and have the notebook on you on the rp, the torn pages allow you to perform this action even if your death note isn't on you. Face mask Handy as with it you can protect yourself in certain situation, when you suspect someone how guessed your name use this to block your identity from them for that guess. Apps Pm your apps to me, do not put them in the RP whatever you do, You will all be quite well known in the area, whether you are a bum on the street notoriouse for scabbing money or a common student but with a bright mind or you could be the owner of a large Company, you will also describe to me in your apps how you got the Death Note At the Start For the start of the RP, you will all have a chance to win 10 Phase Win Points, then you will all be able to purchase the following things based off those points: Torn pages: 1 Phase Point Face mask: cost 2 Phase Points Alias I.D.: Cost 3 Phase Points Shinigami Eyes: Cost 5 Phase Points When can i decide to kill someone? As you know you need a name and a face, however you need to know 3 facial features and the full name to be able to do it, also you must either have a notebook on you in the rp or a torn page and you may only perform it during a phase. Normal posts Your normal posts can be merely carrying out your daily lives however u must display small pieces of evidence of when you intend to kill someone, there shpould be some pattern, pm me this pattern btw, also you do not need to kill criminals int he phase stages as long as you have the notebook or a page of it then u can kill them, however it wouldn't be smart in public. Okay I may have missed something so if you have any questions at all definately ask and it may be very very very confusing, but try to work with me here, if you have ideas for the rp let me know, this is just a test remember for now.
