YCM. I need your help.

For some months now, I've been searching for a band.

I don't know the band's name nor do I know the name of any song the band has produced.
What I do know is that the lead singer is male and black. And there are 2 girls who are back-up singers. I also know that the song/album was released in the late 90's and that the cover of that specific album is green/yellow with the 3 band members on it. The genre is dance of some sort. Maybe trance.

2 Unlimited has a black male vocalist, but only 1 female backing singer, 90's + dance match up though.

Is there nothing else you can remember? Anything would help the search.
