One Piece - Align the Scattered Rebellion [PG 13]

Roughly between twenty five to thirty years ago was the biggest and the most global execution; of Monkey D. Luffy. Mystery surrounds the actual events as to how he was captured or executed as well as whether or not he found One Piece. The whereabouts of his crewmates are unknown but they've never resurfaced so it's assumed that they have either died or are no longer doing anything. Shortly after official news of the execution is given the Marines more boldly assault the major pirate crews around the Grand Line with morale previously unknown. Many younger and no so strong crews were completely annihilated. Many of the stronger crews took Warlord positions simply to avoid the destruction that rang throughout the world.

Roughly one year after the execution of the Famous and most infamous pirate Luffy; The Marines terminate the position of any and all Pirate Warlords, making any and all pirates mortal enemies to the government. A meeting ordered by the Marine Headquarters was set and in the end the Pirate Warlords were killed in one attack by the three admirals. All of the Warlords were gathered together in one room and then told of the announcement issued by the Marine Commander himself. They tried to get away but were swiftly killed. This day became known as the Annihilation of the Oligarchy From then on the Marines showed no mercy to any pirate and punishments became even less humane. The human slave market crashes due to most pirates of any bounty being executed as opposed to enslaved. Pirate activity plummeted immensely. Many were too afraid to even begin a pirate adventure as many rookies were killed before they even really got going. Towns saw increased Marine activity and many who were even suspected of piracy were put to death. This search for "probable pirates" became known as Apparent Apprehension.

Over the next seven years the world experiences an unheard of "era of peace" at least according to the government. Many legends of piracy were forgotten and for years the only ships seen on the sea were Marine ships or merchant ships which were often accompanied by one or two Marine ships. Due to World Government propaganda many people began to accept the times as the amazing era of peace the government made it out to be. But after those long seven years one brave man set out on a quest, as a pirate. Though he never did anything illegal he flew the Jolly Roger proudly and assembled a large crew. Very promptly the government put him to death. This sparked great outrage and controversy. The people of the world began questioning things. Sure it was wrong to fly the Jolly Roger but he never did anything. Yet the Marines killed him anyway. Could the people trust the government?

In response to these past events the Marines decided to back off. They realized they had been far too harsh on the people for too long. They issued an official apology over the man's death and towns saw greatly reduced Marine numbers. The Marines knew if they continued to pressure the people how they had been that they would have a wide-scale revolt on hand. Though the government apologized this did not appease a great number of people.

A massive piracy movement began about twelve years ago. Many pirate crews didn't even outright attack the government. Just the idea of pirating again was amazing to many. The old legends of Gold Roger and Monkey D. Luffy surfaced and became common knowledge again. Once again roughly eight years ago, the Marines showed they would quickly crack down on the pirates again. The major crews in the Grand Line were quickly attacked and decimated but they were not completely wiped out. The few survivors left but swore their revenge on the government.

Seven years ago, Marine Commander Sengoku finally died of extremely advanced age. All expected successors died mysteriously but the government never released official information. A young man took to the helm at this moment. Michi Kohaku took over and quickly began a truly iron-fisted rule. A tight crackdown resurfaced but this time the people protested greatly. If the conflict was not resolved the government would have a global riot on their hands. The government headed by the newly appointed Marine Commander Kohaku, quickly set up several current major pirates to make them look like awful murders who killed innocents. As such, when they where caught and very swiftly executed it appeased alot of the people.

One year ago many pirates not only hated the goverment but wanted to destroy, torture, and show the marines that Piracy was something that still something that was in the hearts of the people, and so these Pirates began something unheard of untill this time. A massive Pirate alliance was created to oppose the Government. They realized the only way to get to the government was a coordinated massive assault. As such the historic "Mysterium Pact Treaty" or "Mysterium Alliance Pact" (MAP for short) was made to oppose the Marines.

Throughout this year the world was in a state of chaos. The world as we knew it is coming close to a brink of destruction. With the age of war all ready upon them, the pirate nations have united to form a single great threat to the marines. Many of the battles up until this point where suspected as a catalyst for many countries choosing to aid the pirates in their historic adventures, but to the pirates the cost of a war and the sacrafice they where willing to give even with their own lives where nothing compared to the horrific events of the past. If the people who lived in the world new the truth about the events that happened following the execution of Monkey D. Luffy, then the people of the world could very well be used as pawns once again. Even this newly formed "MAP" and all the Pirates who are a part of it have a low percentage of stopping the Marine Headquarters from regaining their former glory.

[spoiler='Chapter 1: Mysterium Crew']~Inside the Marin Headquarter Commanders Office~
As a note I did not write everything written here I give credit to the members of the RP who made their innitial first posts!!! All I did is place them in a more organised and more legable order.


Michi stood up from his desk inside the Marine headquarters office and turned to look out his window. He had just received information from a ship waiting outside the gate with a prisoner from Impel Down. It was the long awaited Private execution of a former Pirate who's name was classified. He had sent his most trusted Admiral Gewähltes, who is not only a loyal Admiral but a good friend to Michi as well to escort the prisoner back to Headquarters for the execution.

Michi grabbed his Admiral robe from the chair as he turned back and headed for the door of the office. Many high ranking officers followed and escorted Michi down in the elevator to meet Admiral Gewähltes at the gates to Headquarters. Once reaching the lowest floor Michi and the officers marched out of the elevator and up the 200 yard Bridge where the Marine Headquarters Ship waited to release the criminal.

Behind the ship Michi could see the vast number of Ships behind it that diverted any unwanted escape attempts or the chance of the Marine Headquarters ship to be attacked. Finally Michi and the others arrived at the base of the Ship as the plank was laid down for the passengers to exit onto the Bridge.

~Legendary prison Impel Down~

Another Impel Down assignment. Goldenwind's favorite job as an Admiral in the Marines. This particular pirate had apparently barely been captured and had required several vice-admirals to capture and he nearly killed one in the process. Even battered and stripped of his devil fruit ability by kairouseki he still remained quite a threat. Of course he had immediately been taken to level six of Impel Down, the lowest floor reserved for only the worst of pirates. Most, if not all of the worthless pieces of trash were awaiting death penalties.

As Goldenwind had entered Impel Down, he was greeted energetically by a low ranking jailer. Of course that was after his initial reaction to the sight of a wolf with gold colored fur with strange blue markings wearing an Admiral's jacket like a cape. The higher ups of Impel Down seemed to enjoy scaring a new jailer each time they knew Goldenwind was to be showing up. Goldenwind let out a bit of a laugh as the jailer jumped back at his entrance. After he regained himself he greeted him and then walked off muttering something about the others and getting them back for playing that joke on them.

It wasn't long before the Warden himself had greeted Goldenwind and warmly welcomed him to Impel Down. The previous Warden, Magellan, had become unfit for duty roughly ten years ago and the Vice-warden left when he did. The current Warden was certainly less capable of maintaining order than Magellan had been. Magellan had even maintained order and respect after the massive escape of Monkey D. Luffy and hundreds of others. It was no wonder then that Michi wanted Goldenwind to visit so frequently.

It hadn't taken long to get to level six and the infamous criminal had been removed from his cell with a lot of precautions in place. All four demon guards, with their relatively new trainer, were present as were a few dozen other jailers. The criminal seemed to have sustained a severely bad beating not too long ago. No doubt to prepare for his transfer. Goldenwind walked up to him.
"So you thinking about fighting back today? Tell me whenever you do and I'll be sure to rip out your jugular for you on the spot." he said. The transfer itself was peaceful, due in part to the strong level or haki Goldenwind was letting out. Quite a few jailers were unconscious by the time they made it back to level one but it was a necessary precaution for this pirate.

As Goldenwind came out of Impel Down the contrast between the dark depths of the prison and the bright sky was a bit jarring. His sight quickly settled and he saw several Vice-Admirals standing at the edge of the pier; the slight breeze was ruffling his fur and the coat. Goldenwind and the Warden brought the criminal and gave the basic "We hereby transfer so-and-so to Marine custody." After that Goldenwind and the criminal stepped on deck. After he was secure Goldenwind stopped using his haki.

After a quick trip through the Gate of Justice and the Tub Current, the ships had arrived at Marineford. As the ship drew in a large group of Marines both at Marineford and at the various ships at sea were present. The one who caught Goldenwind's attention was his friend and the Fleet Commander, Michi Kohaku. The ship docked and the wooden board was let out. Goldenwind took the lead off the boat with the criminal right behind him. He stood in front of Michi, and looked up as his height required him to.
"This one's a fighter. He hasn't passed out from all the haki I used around him. Oh right, procedure procedure. From the custody of Impel Down, I Admiral Goldenwind Gewahltes bring this criminal, sentenced to private execution, into the custody of Marineford and of Fleet Commander Kohaku." he said doing what little he could to make a bow.


~Mysterium Ship the head of MAP~

It was a marvelous day as far as Christophe was concerned. The clouds were few, the sun was bright, the wind was strong, and the upcoming MAP operation was going to be going into effect shortly enough. At this early point in the morning, about five AM, Christophe got up and got ready. He cleaned up a bit and put on a dark green version of his usual black coat and black magician's hat. His usually red and black checkered shirt remained the same however. He grabbed his staff and literally put it into his hat for storage. His white gloves on had, a deck of cards in pocket, and everything else in place, he was ready to head out on deck.

As of yet the ship had no person who was purely a navigator. Christophe was decent at the art so he'd been keeping the ship on course for the voyage so far. As such he expected to see few, if not none, of his crew out this early in the morning. His crew was always up and ready to go but not always as early as he was. Christophe stepped up to the wheel, looked at the nearby compass and then to the island on the horizon, and saw they were still on course. The sky was getting bright as the very top edge of the sun began coming into view.

It was at times like these where Christophe thought about things. For awhile now he'd been worried about his new crew. His second and current crew was the one he had formed after having his original crew crushed in an encounter with the Marines. Those had been some of the best friends of his life. He missed them all greatly and still was regularly tortured with nightmares of that battle. By some cruel twist of fate he survived and at one point had not been able to forgive himself for that.

But things were different now. He couldn't afford to dwell on the past as much. He had to run the alliance of pirate crews, now nearly two hundred crews strong. He had to lead the offensive. He had to worry though that he might not be connecting to his new crew as much as he would. He worried he was too distant or that they might not consider him to be their friend as much as their captain.

Today things were going to be exciting. A major Marine supply base was mainly the only thing occupying this large island near the Red Line in the North Blue that they were currently approaching. Info Christophe had been given was that this place was a major supply point that fed into the Marines stationed in the North Blue and the Grand Line. Several battles against the Marines had failed supposedly in part due to the back up of men and weapons coming from this point. As such Christophe had taken it upon his crew to see to its destruction. Of course, he'd have to give the details of the mission shortly. They weren't the only crew of pirates on this job and things had to be coordinated.
"I'm getting a bit ahead of myself with all my thoughts. The day hasn't even hardly started." Christophe said quietly. For now he had to wait until his crew was ready to go.

Meanwhile down in the kitchen the ship's cook, or self-proclaimed chef, John had been in the kitchen all morning, whipping up breakfast, as per the usual. He knew what they usually said each morning about how he made something from nothing, but he was rather humble. He thought it was just simple food, nothing that any of them could not do. Still, he took pride in his work.

Yukimura had just woke up as he stood from the cot in his room, he walked quietly over to Takumi who lied a few feet away from him in a second cot. "Get up you lazy ass, we have to prepare the crew and the ship for the upcoming battle," he said kicking the much younger Takumi. Then walking away from the bed he put on his shirt and readied himself to go out on the deck of the ship. "Lets go Takumi." Takumi rolled over on the bed and muttered something to low that Yukimura couldn't understand. "Whatever give me a minute," he said back. He rolled out of bed as he stood up and stretched out his body. Mean while Yukimura walked out on the deck to see his captain, "Good morning Cap, no one else is up yet?" He didn't pay much attention to his captains answer as he all ready new their was no one else up except Christophe, Takumi who he just woke up and himself. Finally Takumi came out on the deck he was wearing a green shirt cutoff at the arms and a pair of tan pants and a pair of black boots. "All right Yukimura and Captain what shall we do for the moment?" With that he walked over and sat on the rail of the ship gazing out at the open water.

Kano awakes, earlier than his usual time as he usually slept until late in the day, his Pistol laying right next to his hand. "The Captains probably already up, seems early, much too early for me, guess I should see if we have any chances to get at Marines today" he thinks to himself as he slowly gets up. Kano exits the room in his usual clothing the shirt with the folded down collar, the pants and the large sash around his waist and his Pistol in his right hand, tucking it into the edge of the Right side of the sash, so that it only just doesn't fall but is just sticking out the sash. He closes the door as he turns walking out towards deck watching around him as he wonders who else is up. Kano then steps out onto the deck recoiling slightly until he realizes that the light hadn't flooded the deck as much as usual, his preference of shadows leading to him hating most from of light. Kano then turns seeing Takumi sitting on the rail watching the water. "seems like barely anyone is up now.." he mumbles to himself as he looks around yawning. Kano then looks across towards the wheel seeing Christophe standing at it. "Morning...Cap'n.." he says slowly seeming to appear to almost go back to sleep for half a second before standing up properly.

Yukimura, Takumi, and Kano had all gathered on deck at right about the same times. It was surprising as Christophe hadn't expected a single member of the crew to get up and especially for at least another half hour. However it was nice to see them ready, well mostly ready, to go. A little tired yes, but ready to go.
"Hello all. The three of you are up quite early considering the time. It makes me wonder if my tricks are that good that you come to see them earlier each day." Christophe said with a bit of a laugh. His feeling he wasn't connecting with his crew was probably an exaggeration of how Christophe really felt. They were always joking around.

"As for what we can go about doing. There's not a whole lot at the moment. The operation starts in two hours and breakfast hasn't been served yet. I'd rather formally brief everyone at once. It's more convenient and performing the same thing twice is a quite a bore if you ask me. For now, just check on the ship's conditions and wait for the others to get out here I suppose." Christophe said. He pulled out his deck and shuffled the cards around a bit. It was a little thing he did when he was bored. He then flexed the deck to the point where the other cards flew in a straight line into his other hand.

As John finished setting up the table, he threw his knife towards the wall, before it disappeared, appearing outside to hit a bell, signifying the food was almost done. He thought, as he sat down in his seat and waited.

Alex heard the bell ring, & his eyes widened. "FOOD! FOOD! FOOD! FOOD!" He proclaimed, trying to get out but repeatedly smashing into the door. He eventually realized he needed to open the door to get to the epic dish John had prepared for the meal. Breakfast was okay, not as good as Lunch & Dinner, but Alex needed it to survive the morning: His training routine was a total on his body. After the first meal, Alex's personality would change. He then walked out on deck, & waited. He chuckled & said, "Hello Christophe. Do you have any food on you?"


Kano looks around as Christophe joked about his tricks, he also turned back towards the door he had came through to walk onto the deck, after Christophe finished talking he saw Alex. When Alex asked about food Kano laughs slightly, "Alex, you do know that we will probably have to wait for the others to wake.. unless we're aloud to go down and have the food now..". Kano then starts walking down towards the door going to go check if John had finished making al the breakfast yet. "hmm.. I wonder which food he has decided to make us for breakfast today, doesn't matter to much since all of his dishes taste good" Kano thinks to himself as he walks.

Yukimura looked up at his Captain, “Christophe do you really think that your tricks being good is why we get us up so early? Well I think it's more that your tricks are good enough to use on us when we are asleep!!" Yukimura couldn't help but burst out laughing at his own remark, "I'm just playing Captain, of course your tricks are good and we all love to see you perform them." Yukimura stood up and looked out at the sea.

"Ya know Captain from here on out I doubt their will be any turning back! I believe we will bring the world into a new age where the people of this world wont have to suffer the consequences of what the government wants." Yukimura turned back to his Captain, "So think we should head to Breakfast so we can get to the briefing of our mission?"

Takumi was still sitting on the rail of the ship while others exited their sleeping quarters an met up on deck and some even left the deck to do odd things around the ship, making sure everything was according to plan and that nothing was wrong with the ship. Takumi overheard his Captain speak about the briefing of the mission after breakfast, and then he over heard a few other conversations between other ship mates. The only one that peaked his interest though was the one he had just heard from his Sensei and Captain.

"Well Sensei and Captain I don't mean to interrupt your conversation but I'm getting hungry myself, although I'm not sure if it's hungry for food or anticipation of what we have in store for us." With that Takumi stood up and walked over to Yukimura, he stood waiting for their Captain to finish what he was saying before they all headed down to eat breakfast

Father Restruct was at the bottom of the ship, lower than anyone dared to go. For one thing, it was outside. The father was fiddling with a couple of mechanisms he installed there. If he could get the hull to survive pressure change easy it would be simple to sink to mermaid island or disappear from a enemy's sightlines. Granted this would be easier on shore were he might not accidentally sink the ship and kill everyone on board but safety is the adversary of innovation. If he started putting anything off he will never do it. However, knowing the time it must be breakfast. John DID promise him fried eel omelets. “Omelet or ship.... Omelet wins.“ With a grin James attached his hook to the footholds he installed on the ship and climbed up.

[spoiler='The Pirate/Mysterium Pact']I. No crew or Ship that is a part of the "MAP" or "Mysterium Alliance Pact" shall be without a mark. Each Ship must add a red scar visibly upon their Pirate Flag in order to show their allegiance and also to warn fellow crews who they are. Failure to maintain this mark will bring severe consequences to the offenders, the Captain of said crew shall suffer what Punishment the Captain of the "MAP"and the Majority of the Company shall think fit.

II. Every man has a vote in affairs of moment; has equal title to the fresh provisions, or strong liquors, at any time seized, and may use them at pleasure, unless a scarcity (not an uncommon thing among them) makes it necessary, for the good of all, to vote a retrenchment.

III. To desert the ships or their quarters in battle, was punished with marooning or shall suffer what Punishment the Captain and the Majority of the Company shall think fit.

IV. No Fighting one another on board, but every man's quarrels to be ended on shore, at sword and pistol. (The Second in Command of the ship, when the parties will not come to any reconciliation, accompanies them on shore with what assistance he thinks proper, and turns the disputant back to back, at so many paces distance; at the word of command, they turn and fire immediately, (or else the piece is knocked out of their hands). If both miss, they come to their cutlasses, and then he is declared the victor who draws the first blood. No crew shall attack another crew who is part of or is about to be part of the Mysterium Alliance, the Punishment will be quite severe on this point and will be given out upon by the Mysterium crews Captain.

V: If any Man shall offer to run away, or keep any Secret from the Company, he shall be marooned with one Bottle of Powder, one Bottle of Water, one small Arm, and Shot.

VI. He that shall be found Guilty of Cowardice in the time of engagements, shall suffer what Punishment the Captain and the Majority of the Company shall think fit.

VII. That every man shall obey his commander in all respects, as if the ship was his own, and as if he received monthly wages.

VIII. That no man shall give, or dispose of, the ship's provisions; but every one shall have an equal share.

IX: Every person who shall offend against any of these articles shall be punished with death, or in such other manner as the ship's company shall think proper.

At the beginning I would say no, but it may be something that could be added in as the chapters progress. TBH I like the idea of throwing Bounty Hunters in their later on as the plot develops to add to the story. So if your willing to wait a bit before they are introduced then go for it!

This should prove to be quite interesting. Though the character database is currently blank, I can only assume you're going to be making use of the characters we both made correct?

Yes I will be using all the characters members created for the RP unless thay request that they not be added. I've been debating on it since we first started the RP but now I am acctually going to do it LMAO. I know you mentioned using parts of the plot in your FF if not then just the characters but I decided to go ahead with this one anyways.

Well considering I really need to get back to work on my fanfic I haven't gotten to a point where I might incorporate this into it. So I can just make my own high up Marines whenever I get to that in my fanfic. I probably wouldn't like just taking the easy way out on my fanfic anyway. lol

"Chapter 1 - Mysterium Crew" is up, though its only a collection of the posts that happened in the RP untill its death it was more then enough to put for the first chapter.
