Engetsu's card just starts with a mill effect and then with the typical FIRE monsters effect of destroying and inflict damage. Just not very creative. So my vote goes to Admiral_Stalfos19. I vote Admiral_Stalfos19 because his card is pretty creative (although it needs a better pic lol) and seems fairly usable.
