In a desert, on a deserted island far away from any region. so far away from any other region, that no pokemon on the island knows of any other regions exept in great stories...
In this role play you take part as a desert dwelling pokemon, carrying on every day, fighting for survival.. Any pokemon could be your enemy, any other pokemon could be a worthy ally.. All you know is that you must survive every day, and one day maybe, find a way off the island.
So, what will it be? A fire type? A ground type? a water type? or a flying type? Will you be a lone survivor? or a great friend to others?....[/spoiler]

1.all ycm rules apply.
2.all posts must be of a 4 line minimum.
3.The only pokemon in the rp are: FIRE, GROUND, WATER(because there are water holes), or some types of FLYING.
4.DO NOT EVEN MENTION TRAINERS.
5.DO NOT MENTION OTHER REGIONS UNLESS IN A TALE AND EVEN THEN DO NOT USE REGION NAMES.
6.NO ITEMS(ask me if you wish to use any, but pokeballs and potions r a no no)

[color="#800080"]Charmander[/color] (or flarey as he liked to be called) gazed in wonder at the orange sunrise. The night before he had a dream, of a wonderful land full of lots of different kinds of pokemon, living in luxury. Among a strange species of pokemon (as he thought of them) they were tall, stood on there 2 hind feet, and had 2 arms. These pokemons however, looked like a menacing race, that slaved other pokemon into battling other pokemon, some of this strange species however, treated other pokemon with love and companionship.
"What a strange dream..." Charmander said to himself, "I wonder, in this world, if there is a strange species of pokemon like that?..."
Flarey then renembered, it was time to go to the water hole to drink. So he set off to replenish his thirst...

Buzz wandered a foreign land aimlessly in search for life..."Gasp need water... wait I'm ground-type...Gasp need sand..." And for once in Buzz's like his wish was granted. "Hallelujah! a Desert!" *record scratch "what? did you think I wanted an Oasis? come on!" (fourth walled!) [i]Hmm I wonder I f there are any [b]Freindly[/b] pokemon here?[/i] Buzz then spotted a Gigar On a cliff. [i]Gulp a gligar... I hope he doesn't know my father...[/i] "Hello Gligar! My name's Buss what's yours?"

Garmichisu, (or Garm, for short) sat in his tree as he obsevered a trapinch dragging itself across the beach looking like it was, like, dying. He decided to go down there and help it. He started flapping his wings and realized that he couldn't go very far, but that he could probably make it over to the looking like dying trapinch. On the way there he had to land because his wings started to hurt. When he landed he decided to have a snack. He spotted a near by kraby. He went over to the pokemon and atacked it. He got up into a tree and used phsychic then arial ace, knocking it out. He gulped it up and ate it. "Ok, ive had my snack, my wing should be able fly the rest of the way." He flew over to the trapinch and asked"What's wrong with you, your mumbling about needing sand and you're on a beach. What's the problem?"

*Gasp "Well I'm a Ground-Type pokemon so I don't exactly need water... I uhh was attacked by a Gliscor but I'm Moderately ok. Although If you have any berries That'd be swell I'm so hungry I see two of you or did you just use double team? Never mind... [i] wait have you lost your mind? you can't trust this strange looking pokemon![/i] "Hmmm say what's your name stranger though you should be asking me this...My name's Buzz...

Charmander had had his drink, and so decided to go for a stroll. He just walked where his legs took him, he knew the island off by heart so he wouldnt get lost. Soon he arrived at a nearby beach.
"Hmmm.." He thought to himself as waves crashed against the sand, "Whats that?"
Flarey ran over to the 2 pokemon in discussion, one looked very new to him and quite strange, the other looked like he was dramatically dying of starvation.
"hey!" He cried out, "Whats the matter?"

Aero sighed. Nothing had been going on for weeks. He was also tired and was getting weary of flying. He thought walking was good for his legs anyway. He landed and started walking through the barren land. After a while, he started bouncing on his tail. He gave a smile. The bouncing made him feel funny. He looked at the sun and the beautiful sky. He loved being a flying pokemon so that he may take part in all of that beauty. He then gave a spring of his tail that took him soaring. He caught a gust of wind and was on his way.

"[color="#0000ff"]Well, this trapinch here[/color], his name is Buzz, by the way, is dying of starvation and of a Gliscor attack, and i am Garmichisu, or Garm for short"Garm said to the strange looking pokemon "I'll go get some berries from my tree. I also have some fruit that has healing properties. It'll fix those wounds up pretty fast. I just hope my wings will hold up that long."Garm said to Buzz. He started flying to his tree. he grabbed some berries and started looking for the fruit. "Where are those stupid things?Ah, there is one. Ok. My wings should stay working all the way back." He flew back and his wings held up all the way. "Hey,Buzz, if you don't trustme, then you don't have to eat these, but if you do trust me, then you can eat all of these." Garm dumped out a ton (Expression, not an actual ton) of berries and one Frestfruit. (thats the fruit with healing properties)

OOC:Yes he does, at the very last line he says "Iff you read the rules put your text at the beggining in [color="#0000ff"]this color" or somewhere along those lines.[/color]

[i]hmm. I don't find him that dangerous or remotely strong (no offense)[/i] Buzz did not feel like eating all of the berries however his stomach felt otherwise... *eating sounds *yumyumyumyumyumyum *chomp *gasp "I thank you for your hospitality Garm ,but I'm afraid I must leave now It's not your fault though so don't worry." Buzz then walked away nonchalantly when suddenly... [B]A FEAROW ATTACKED![/B] FEAR! FEAROW! "Ahhh! grrr Stand back Fiend! sand attack!" Try as he did the sand attack had ill effect. "Crap! grr Bite!" "Feeeaarow!" [i]Yes direct hit what the...[/i] "FEAROW! DRILL PECK!" "Holy sh- Quick attack!" Buzz then Vanished within the blink of an eye. "RWARRR QUICK ATTACK!QUICK ATTACK!QUICK ATTACK!!!" *GASP "it's over... Like I said Garm I bid you adieu."

"Hey, anytime. Have you got a place to stay? If not, come by to my place.It's the only tree around here, and you can see it from here. Other pokemon inhabit it, but not many. They are very tasty. Of course, you eat berries.I have almost anything you'll need . But if you do come around, yell"Sergia to the end" don't ask me why i choose those words, but I will tell you why I need you to say that. So many people try to steal my tree and i have to sneak attack them every time, and i don't want to do that to you" Garm said to Buzz."You to, ummm, i never caught your name, but, if you do come to my tree, don't light anything on fire. Once, I had a Charkoal stay in my tree, it didn't work out that well. Lets just say that the tree is about 3 fourths of what it was before the torkoal."

Buzz walked past Garm's tree and was eventually regaining his strength After an eternity of walking Buzz got to the beach and saw a Gligar Flying in the wind. [i]I need to get stronger...[/i] "Hey you Gligar I challenge you to a battle! do you accept or are you a scaredy Glameow?! Come on I'm Talking to you!" The Gligar was a bit too high and moving farther [i]I better catch up...[/i] "Quick Attack Buzz dashed after the Gligar. Keeping his eyes on it's every movement

Aero glided quitely. He then heard a faint noise below him. "Hmm...probably just the wind he said to himself." As he flew on, he heard a faint buzzing. He looked behind him to see what it was. A pokemon was apparently challenging him to a battle. "An insect pokemon dares to challenge me..." he sighed. He flipped into the air and dove towards the pokemon. "Wing Attack!" he said as he reached top speed.

[i]Ha ha...[/i] FURY CUTTER! Buzz immediatly retaliated to the Gligar's wing attack with his own attack the tow were both powerful but due to Gligar's STAB (same type attack boost) The Gligar Won the power battle. OOC: Srry for the god mod but hey I gave you an advantage.
"Grahh! you're strong... say whats your name?" Buzz asked as he readied a bite attack.

Aero winced at the attack that countered his Wing Attack. He liked fighting powerful opponents, but a Trapinch? How could one be so strong. *After i win, i need to train some more...* he thought to himself. He heard the sand burrower asking his name. "The names Aero. Strongest Gligar in the Desert!" he said with a tongue flicking. "And might i ask yours?" he asked blowing sand all around the place. He then disappeared with a Faint Attack, waiting to strike at the disoriented Trapinch.

"My name is buzz and... This Place's scenery...BITES! [i]OOC:Cheesy I kno[/i] Buzz the Launched the bite attack hoping to hit Aero the self presumed Strongest gligar in the desert. "Ha Since You whole heartingly have referred yourself as the strongest Gligar in the desert I guess I'm the strongest Trapinch in the desert! En gaurde! Our battle was fated to happen!

[Mr. Hyde]

"I love your confidence." Aero confessed. "It reminds me of a younger...me." Aero reappeared and attacked the Trapinch but was suprised that he was bitten. "GAH!" He threw the Trapinch off his hand and gripped it tightly. "This is my first battle not fighting a flying pokemon...." Aero's skin glew. "HARDEN!" his skin turned rock hard. Not to mention his claws. "Take this, SLASH!" Aero bolted towards Trapinch with his claw aglow.

"Ha I got some other tricks up my sleeve! quick attack! In the Blink of an eye Buzz dodged the Slash move only to reappear behind Aero. "Hiyah! Take this! Fury Cutter! mind you this move has 20 power due to my use of it before..."

"Ugh, don't tell me im gonna have to save Buzz again! But this time, he won't know that I helped him. Phsychic, i'm gonna need to use Phsychic on the ocean." Garm started focusing his enrgy on the ocean, evauntauly gaining control over it, but he would only be able to do that for so long. He created a jetstream of water and started firing it at the gliscor... The jetstream was coming strait at the poor pokemon, and he acidentaly picked up a kraby with the jetstream. So now, a stream of water traveling at 30 mph AND an angry Kraby were both flying towards the Gliscor.

You can if you want tho. I dont really mind.

"hmm, well" charmander started, "hi buzz, and garm."
Charmander saw them walk off, he them ram after them. Only to then see a gust of water rushing at buzz!
"Buzz!" charmander cried out, "watch it!"
Charmander ran as fast as he could, then he jumped into the water while pushing buzz onto the beach. As a result, the jetstream slammed against flarey. Suddenly, he fell into the water, deeper and deeper, then a wave brang him closer to shore..He was unconcious though..And in terrible danger...

"Man, am i hungry."He then saw a ninjask crawling around. MMMM, looks tasty.." Garm Got in a nearby bush-thingy and got ready to pounce on the unsuspecting Ninjask. "Aerial Ace!" Garm flew down on the unsuspecting Ninjask very fast. The unsuspecting Ninjask was Knocked-Out and Garm decided that some Pomfruit would be great with this pokemon. He Grabbed a Pomfruit and came back. There sat a Sceptile, eating his Ninjask. he decided to let him have it. He unleashed a powerful burst of toxic, then used phsychic to constrict the sceptile with the poison. garmichisu tossed the sceptile into the beach and ate his meal

A while later charmander washed up on the beach, he was having a dream...
*dream start*
"Your going down squirtle!" laughed charmander as they prepared to battle,
"never will i fall!" squirtly replied..
A battle raged, there wsa lots of normal moves that werent harming eachother. But then.
"Try hydro pump!" squirtle taunted, releasing a massvie jet of water towards charmander, it hit.. Charmander was falling, falling, and going deeper and deeper...
"charmander!" a voice called.
"charmander!" it repeated...
*dream end*

"charmander!" A voice sounded,
"How do you know its a charmander?" another voice replied,
"theres loads round this island!" the first voice said again...
Then flarey came around...He was on a beach, the beach. The flame on his tail was low, he was coughing badly..The taste of salt polluted his mouth.
"Wh- Who's there? Who is that?" Charmander wheezed, unable to see well.
A squirtle and a empoleon were standing next to him.
"Im a squirtle, call me squirt." replied squirtle, "this i-"
"I am empoleon.." Empoleon but in.

Charmander regainded vision. Squirt stood knelt at his side. Though the empoleon stood serious, towering over him as if he was an important figure...
"H- Hello..." Charmander started, inturrupted by his cough, "I'm charmander, or flarey as you can call me."
"Are you ok?" Squirtle asked concerned, "when we found you, you were coughing water out like a flood!"
"Dont worry him," Charmander overheard empoleon whispering to squirt, "Im sure he has enough on his hands..."
"Yes but look at his tail!" Squirt replied, "The flame is low, if it gets any lower he might not survive..."
"Good point, your getting knowledge into your brain for once..." empoleon replied...

"What?!" Charmander got up, "Im going to die??!
"no its not like that you see whe-" Squirtle was abruptly inturrupted by charmander,
"I just heard-" Charmander coughed, "you! I might not survive?!!"
"look calm down!" Squirtle saw charmander getting angry.
Suddenly charmander lept at squirtle with a ferocious shout of rage that probaly the whole island heard...
"charmander!!" empoleon grabbed charmander and pinned him to the ground....

OoC: moves don't have power levels in this game. Plus the fury attack would've gone back to it's base power since you missed....BTW, i am a gligar.....and thanks for interrupting our battle.

Aero was hit by the puny attack. He laughed. "Haha! Remember when i used Harden, my skin became harder?" he said not noticing a wave of water was crashing down on him. He automatically started spinning due to the impact. It hurt because Aero was a Ground-type. After he hit the ground and the water was absorbed by the sand, he noticed a Krabby attached to his claw. He shook it off. He hated water types. He got up and brushed himself off. "Hmph....needing the assistance of a friend...pathetic." the gligar said.

[Admiral Tim]

Tyson walks around the desert hoping to make alot of allies early on, preparing for the harsh times ahead he sees a charmander in the distance and walks up to it. "HI my name's Tyson" Want to be allies? But then Tyson sees Aero being attacked and jumps in and uses sandstorm so he and Aero can regroup and choose to be allies or not.

Aero looked at the Larvitar in suprise. *A fellow ground-type pokemon, thank god.* he thought to himself. The Larvitar seemed to be backing him up so he smirked. "Hey pipsqueak, thanks for trying to help. What's your name?" he was tired of the bug and the freaky Psychic snake up in the tree.
