But it wouldn't work in the OCG, because Alius's name there is Another Neos.

Just write it as 1 "Neos" monster like "Elemental Hero Divine Neos" does. That makes the wording much less clunky, gets around the Alius OCG problem, and should have the desired effect, unless for some reason you feel adamant about excluding Neos Wiseman or Neospace Pathfinder from being valid options. (Okay, you'll need to use the OCG rules on Pathfinder, but still...)
