This is between me and Kuri, first to 3 votes wins, winner gets a rep blah blah. Kuri chooses requirements.

Smesh's Card

Once per turn, you can change this card's Type. During your Battle Phase, this card must attack all monsters your opponent controls of the same Type as this card. During your Draw Phase, if you draw a Monster Card, you can equip it to this card. This card is also treated as the Type of monsters equipped to it. During your Standby Phase, you can change the Type of 1 monster your opponent controls, and change the Type of 1 monster equipped to this card. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to destroy 1 Monster Card equipped to this card. If you activate this effect, destroy 1 monster of the same Type as the destroyed monster on the field.

Kuri's Card

Once per turn you can equip this card to a monster. While this card is equipped to a monster card it cannot be destroyed and gains the following effect. During your Stand-by Phase you can return any amount of cards from your hand to your deck and shuffle it. During your next Draw Phase draw the same amount of cards. If the equipped monster is destroyed return this card to your hand.

Requirements:

Make an effect monster (obviously) with an underused effect. Something "in-obvious". Basically something that has an effect you don't see a lot (but only a few monsters have it). That's the requirements. Votes should be on creativity.

EDIT: And here's my card.

I vote for Kuri.

Think Smesh has tried to shoe-horn too many effects into his card, and although they have a loose theme on Type altering, it feels overcomplicated and messy. Kuri's is a nice little card, which is a little badly worded in places (i.e. which card can't be destroyed - the equipped monster or the mallet?) but generally very useful.
