Pokémon - Elite Four [Started, Not Accepting]

Recently all other regions have lost contact with Sinnoh, causing panic across the world for relatives and friends living in the region. At the current time no one is sure of what has happens and the only clue anyone one has is a last transmision from Sinnoh and this transmission has not been reeleased to the public for fear of mass hysteria.
The transmision is of a desperate plea from help from the residents of Sinnoh, they claim that the Pokémon have gone mad and are attacking people with no incentive.
To deal with this problem the Elite Four, the most powerful Pokémon Trainers in all the land, have been called away from the Indigo Plateau to investigate the problem and fix it.

You will play as one of the Elite Four traveling to Sinnoh on a Helicopter. You shall land in Sinnoh and attempt to get to the root of the Problem and all the time trying to survive in the now ruined region. Along the way you shall meet survivors and maybe befriend a few legendaries. Who knows what will happen, I do thats who.
Since I will be playing one of the Elite Four there will be 4 spots open, 3 for other Elite Four members and one more for the League Champion.
I shall review all aplicants and choose the one I feel most worthy of being the League Champion. The more detailed your application the better your chance of making it.

4. If you think you might be inactive for awhile tell me, we can't have a member of the Elite Four fading into the background.
5. You start with a full team of Pokemon. You are not allowed to use the same Type or Pokémon as any other Elite Four Member.
6. Pokémon can use any moves they are capable of learning through leveling up or HMs. They can only use moves they would learn from TMs if it is the same type as they are.

Appearance:
Alec is a wisp of a man. Like nearly everyone in his family he is taller than most and very thin and pale, making him seem malnourished, although he most certanly is not. Usually his black hair is slicked back and has a greasy shine to it, exposing his droopy eyes which make him seem like he is half asleep sometimes. To complete his almost ghost-like appearance he has a solemn voice.
His is usally seen skulking around in a Tuxedo, which often causes people to mistake him as some sort of butler, much to his chagrin. The tuxedo is complete with with the with the jacket, waistcoat, highly polished black shoes, and a black tie. He also wears a black belt to hold his Pokéballs, which are all dyed black as to not contrast with his suit.

Biography/Personality:
Alec was born to a wealthy family who lived in a big, creaky mansion on the outskirts of Ecruteak City in Johto. There he was groomed into a well-mannered man who prefers to solve problems with words rather than violence. Since his family is a business one he was taught to always be cool and calm in any situation, Alec has taken this to the very extreme as he rarely shows excitement, or any emotion for that matter, which can be quite an annoyance to people working with him as they can be unsure as to what mood he is in
Since birth he was given the best education money could buy, both in Pokémon Battling and in running the family business, which is the major clothing company in the world "Clefairy Clothes".
Despite being an excellent tailor and business man Alec did not find much joy in running "Clefairy Clothes" since he had 2 sisters he had very little say in what they produced, so instead he took to Pokémon battling. He spent most of his time battling and eventually fought his way into the Indigo Plateau, defeating most trainers and working his way through the ranks to become one of the most powerful trainers around.
He contributes his sucses to his upbringing and believes that a cool head and thinking everything out is the best way to battle.

Appearance: He wears a long black labcoat buttoned with no undershirt. He has long black pressed slacks and has long flowing white hair(like Bakura from Yugioh) He wears 1 fingerless glove on his right hand and a fire symbol on the back of his labcoat. He wears leather boots and a Red leather belt.

Biography/Personality: He was born in Cinnabar city, he was abondoned by his parents at age 2 and was taken in by Blaine, where he was tought to love fire pokemon. When he turned 10, Blaine gave hima pokeball where he caught Growlithe, Through training he caught others and evolved his Growlithe to an Aracnine. His dream is to catch Entei.

If you read what I wrote I said that I would choose the champion after all Apps have been sent it.
Also no need to leave a space open for Entei, you can befriend him and he will practicly be your Pokémon and you won't need a space So feel free to take another Poké, parhaps from the 5th Generation?

Name: Shikoya Faretuyo

Gender: Female

Age: 15

Appearance: Shikoya has amythest colored hair, with a small sapphire blue streak on the left side. Her eyes are emerald green, and her skin is pale. She wears a red t-shirt with one long sleeve and one short sleeve. She wears a black skirt that reaches her feet, and it is studded with beautiful gems.

Biography: Shiyoka was born and raised in BlackThorn city in the Johto, hence her love of Dragon-Type Pokemon. She began battling at the age of 10, quickly rising through the ranks with her beloved Dratini (soon to become Dragonite). She was young, and ridiculed by many in her first few moments as a Pokemon trainer, but she stood firm, training everyday. When she defeated Clair, the Gym Leader of Blackthorn, she recieved another Dratini from Clair's father in the Dragons Den for her efforts (it happened in HG, so why not here!) She then travelled to the Kanto, and beat all the gym leaders there too, with her recently evolved Dragonite. Then she went to travel to the Hoenn and Sinnoh, but the death of her mother forced her to stay home for a year to look after her brother Danny until he was adopted. When he was, the 11 year old Shiyoka was also. Her new family let her travel to the Hoenn, where she beat all the Gyms yet again. After that, the Sinnoh still lay as a challenge, so she left again, and came back victorious like the previous times. After that, the stiil 11 Shikoya didn't have any more challenges to face, except for the occasional battle against Clair. Finally, her brother Danny suggested she take on the Elite 4 of the Johto/Kanto, which she did. She defeated all but the Champion, but was offered a spot in the Elite 4 after "insert Johto/Kanto Elite 4 member here" retired. She excepted, and not long later
she became the youngest Elite 4 member yet.

Personality: Shikoya likes challenges, and as part of the Elite 4, she gets a fair share. She never stops trying until the final Pokemon is returned, and is known to offer helpful tips to the unsuccessful trainers who verse her. She tries to help people where she can, hence the reason she is going to the Sinnoh to stop the outbreak of angry Pokemon.

Name: Captain Gilbert Sullivan

Gender: Male

Age: 50

Appearance: Gilbert is a tall man, who seems at first glance to have an average build, but his clothing hides powerful muscles, making him stronger than he looks. He had blond hair, which may have a few strands of hair in places, although it would be difficult to find any, and is clean shaven. His eyes are a sea-blue, and seem as though they've seen a lot of the world. Despite this, he looks good for his age, having avoided any scars on visible parts of his body, and having aged well so far. He almost always wears a blue traditional naval uniform, complete with bicorn hat.

Biography/Personality: Gilbert was born in Vermillion City into a family of navel officers, and Gilbert had no problems with carrying on the family tradition. He was a competent officer, as well as being a gentleman, and so he gained rapid promotion opportunities and soon became the captain of his own ship. In doing this, however, he ignored the rest of his life, and so although he is close friends with a number of ladies he remains a bachelor to this day. He did however train his pokémon - they were important weapons in navel warfare, as well as friends. A little over a decade ago, he was injured and sent home to recover. During the process, he decided to compete in the pokemon league - he'd collected a number of badges in his youth, but had stopped when his military training took over his time. Because he'd had many years fighting pirates and other villainous types, where were far more experienced and far more serious than his opponents in the league, he soon found himself victorious, and shortly after was invited to become a member of the elite four, a position he felt it wiser to take, since he knew he was getting

Main Pokémon: Daikenki (Not his first, his first was a Poliwrath, but it became too old to fight and is now in retirement. Kingdra is the oldest member of his main party.)

Even though it's not a water-type move, could a couple of the pokémon have Ice Beam as a TM move. What the last 3 pokémon are depends on this.

I can be the champion, unless you prefer the 5th app, although I should point out he's a military officer rather than a boat owner, so if they did go by boat they'd be on either a naval ship or one owned by someone else (and quite probably would make landfall in a helicopter anyway)

Well, being a naval officer means he can call in favours from people still in the navy to get lifts to places, which has the same net effect of getting them boats to places, but it means that it's a bigger boat that already has a crew and captain of it's own.

[spoiler=Appearance:]Gauge is a young man with a height of 173 cm (5'08") and a weight of 58 kg (127 lbs). Gauge is a fairly muscular person without appearing as bulky. Gauge has fair skin and distinctive purple-colored eyes. One of his more notable features is his red hair which reaches down to his shoulders and tied in a ponytail. The upper portion of his hair is somewhat similar to Silver's hairstyle. He has hair that hangs from the side of his face that reaches down almost to his chin. Gauge has two set of bangs, one which hangs to the left and one that hangs to the right side of his forehead. Gauge's attire consists of a large grayish, purple jacket with a black trim, three large, deep crimson buttons on the right side of his jacket, two frontal pockets along with two hoodie-like pouches, a raised collar, and a long, large coattail. Under his jacket, Gauge wears a deep red vest with a black, long-sleeved undershirt under the vest. Gauge wears dark purple trousers that's loose at the bottom. Other things Gauge wear includes a brown, buckle belt, black fingerless gloves, a deep red scarf on his waist beneathe his belt with parts of the scarf freely hanging down from the left side of Gauge's waist, white socks, and black boots with the tops of the boots hidden by his trouser legs.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Biography/Personality:]A resident of Pallet Town as a child, Gauge led a pretty simple life during his younger years. Born into a normal family that owns a pokemon item shop, at a young age, Gauge had developed quite a relationship with pokemons. His parents had quite a love for pokemons and that trait have passed on to Gauge. Gauge, since his time as a toddler, always had a special affiliation with pokemons of all kind. Gauge could easily understand what a pokemon is feeling no matter his relationship to them. He would be able to easily sense a wild pokemon's feelings just by staring into their eyes. He was able to easily make friends with a lot of pokemons. Growing up, Gauge always dreamt of one day being a pokemon trainer and traveling the world meeting all kinds of pokemons. Gauge's parents once were pokemon trainers themselves before they decided to settle down and open up a pokemon item shop. They knew how Gauge felt about pokemons, and cheered Gauge on to follow his dreams with passion. When Gauge was finally ten and ready to leave on his journey, his parents encountered finacial problems up to the point that their pokemon item shop had to be sold. Gauge loved his parents and couldn't stand the fact that they were going to have to give up on their business so Gauge decided to help his parents out by getting multiple jobs. At first his parents refused to let Gauge give up on his dreams, but Gauge was able to convince them to let him help. Gauge took up part-time jobs working for a local diner and pokemon ranch, and during his days off from those jobs, he worked as an assitant for the local pokemon lab, all to earn money to help his parents.

Little by little, Gauge and his parents were able to collect enough money to overcome their financial problems and get back on their feet. By then, Gauge was already twelve, but he still retained his dream of becoming a pokemon trainer. Determined to making their son's dream into a reality, Gauge's parent's urged him on to become a pokemon trainer. Convinced of making his dream come true, Gauge decided to become a pokemon trainer. Through his years of being a pokemon trainer, Gauge has had quite the experience, making friends and even enemies along the way. Soon he defeated the League Champion and became, himself, the League Champion. Gauge had matured into a mild-mannered, smart, and courageous young man who loves to help people and pokemon. Gauge, even after becoming champion, continued to travel the world to meet all types of pokemon and hopefully one day, make friends with legendary pokemons.[/spoiler]

I wasn't that bothered about being the champion anyway, and you'll find I was champion provided you didn't prefer whoever else took the last slot.

As for legendary, I'd prefer Kyogre, although it depends on how often we're going to be near the ocean. If we're not going to see the sea often I'll go for that new water/fighting one that I can't remember the name for.

he soon worked his way up to the ranks and right after his elite 4 promotion the pokemon go crazy and skull used to living with the more vicious pokemon on the streets befriended the pokemon just like he did with the ones on the streets he lives near original home on the valor lake front with his pokemon and the pokemon he managed to befriend at the beginning before things got worse skull finding out that the elite 4 of kanto-johto had arrived to help joins with them as the only surviving member of the elite four of sinnoh and serves as apowerful ally and a bit of a tour guide
