Contest Question

I read the Card Contest's rules and I saw that section 1 says that, any member with 150 posts can hold 1 normal contest , but also says you can have an unlimited amount of 1v1 contests. Now for my question, am I able to hold a 1v1 contest even though I don't have 150 posts?

And they have their own distinct rules as well. So yea.

At least you actually read the posts by Huntar!. Most people see 100 and I or someone else have to constantly remind them about it.
