"I suppose I am." Fedric said and raised his hand, waving at the girl holding a Voltorb. "Come here and I'll get you sorted with someone, in case you hadn't found anyone yet, of course."

Bruce looked over at Komatana, who nodded. He then looked at Rokuru and smiled (in the cool way, not the ^_^ way)

"Okay!" He did a thumb up and followed him out of the room, down to the basement. The basement was big and had dull, white walls. The floor was sanded, probably to allow Pokémon to use the move Dig and moves like it. There was lines painted on the sand, forming two arenas. Bruce placed himself on one side of the closest arena, with Komatana standing in front of him. "Get, ready Kota!"

((If you're not troubled with it Bruce will call Rokuru Kota.))

((It's cool, but if you meant his last name, it is Kato.))

"Alright, Bruce!" Rokuro walked over to the other arena and smiled. He turned and nodded at Kibago, who was on his shoulder. The Pokemon jumped down and stood on the sand, looking ready for anything. Rokuro smiled again, and shouted, "Let's start the battle off proper! Kibago, use Scratch!" And then Kibago juped forward, claws glistening, and the battle was on.

Very interesting. so thought Daisuke as he walked the two new recruits begin for battle. Little did either boy knew that hidden in the white walls and with a reflecting mirror was a observation room, used for proctors to observe battle. Though teachers rarely observes informal battles like this one.

But Daisuke felt something about these two boys. Call it Trainer's intuition. But Daisuke could feel a sort of strength within each boy that drove them. He had felt it in some other recruits too- but those students weren't battling, right now, were they?

One thing was certain, however. This battle was sure to be interesting.

Kanade hurriedly rushed over to the important-looking man who had called in her direction. "Oh, thank god!" she muttered in relief.

"Sorry I'm late. I'm usually very on time, sir," the Valierie heir murmured in her most innocent, girlish voice, sweeping more hair out of her eyes.

-Teacher Perspective-

Yuuko groaned, looking at the faded clock in her darkly-shaded classroom. Soon the empty, dilapidated seats would be filled with hundreds of eager students.

She despised eager students. Sometimes, she even wondered why she even took up this job.

The member of the Dragon Clan slowly stroked her Dragonair, enjoying a few last moments of peace.

Ralis listened patiently, and gave his condolences about Caden's mother. Then, Caden had posed the question about going on an around campus walk. "Sure, I do not see why not" Ralis said with a smile, and walked over to his bed. He sat down next to Sic, and tickled her chin, causing a gigle, and her pushing him away like a little kid. Hep icked her up, and cradled her once more. "Alright zen, let us go. Where do you want to go, hm? Oh, and before I forget, it was nice to meet you too. Right, Sic?" He asked the Larvitar who nodded slightly, before hiding in his arms.

Gwen didn't find anyone, or rather never managed to speak to anyone, before the crowd began to disperse, so she decided that she should go and just find one, after all if she was going to have to share with someone, if she found a room that person would have to come to her. She made her way past the people she was behind and found a room that she hadn't seen anyone enter. She slowly opened the door and peered around it, only to almost jump when she found it wasn't empty - there was a girl, quite a bit older than her, already in the room, with a small green pokémon next to her.
"Err...excuse me?" she asked fairly quietly, "is it OK if I stay in this room, or is it already full or anything?"

"I bet you are!" The teacher said and smiled. "Have you found any roommate yet, or will I have to place you by myself?"

Komatana got scratched in the face by the dragon Pokémon's attack, but it didn't appear to hurt him that much.

"Hah! Komatana is a Steel Pokémon, Normal attacks like Scratch won't hurt him!" Bruce had a victorious smile printed on his face. "'Tana! Use Faint Attack!"

The little blade Pokémon disappeared for a second, only to reappear behind Kibago, ready to strike.

After walking for nearly half an hour, Tarvos came across a stairway which would lead up stairs and downstairs. Seeing as how walking on the first floor had got him no where, he decided it was time to head to his room. Remembering what was on the paper, his room would be on the third floor. Tarvos stood inbetween the stairwell which would lead either down stairs or up stairs, and would peer directly up. Trying to count the number of floors there were in his head he closed his eyes for a few moments. By then, it had already left his mine and he returned his gaze to the front of him and made his way up the flight of stairs.

Upon reaching the third floor Tarvos stopped and paused for a moment. He fiddled with the strings that kept his eye-patch connected to his head. "Well..." Tarvos said softly to him self, a very small grin appearing on his face. "If there's no room mate...maybe i can control the room tempature..." Placing his right pale hand on his hairless and frail chin he continued thinking. "twenty-three degrees...yeah.. that's perfect." There were always slight pauses between his words as he spoke to him self. Though he spoke loud enough for anyone close enough to hear. Tarvos finnaly placed his hand on the wall of a long-way and peered down it. Looking at all the doors which would lead into a diffirent student's room. With his hand still on the wall he started walking in a single direction, carefully examining each door as he passed it. "Which is it...?" he said to him self.

Kanade shot a wide smile at the man, gratified by his understanding. "Thanks for your help, mister!" she exclaimed, laughing a bit. "I could really be paired up with anybody right now, 'cause, well, I don't really know anyone here!"

Embarrassed, she quickly glanced around the large common room. She was correct, for no familiar faces looked back at her. Kanade quickly turned her gaze back to the teacher and smiled.

"If you could pair me up with a roommate, that would be great!" Voltorb buzzed excitedly in her arms.

"Ah yes!" Fedric smiled and spun around, a habit that you will see more of. "Let's take a look at the crowd!"

He lquickly eyed the crowd and soon noticed a lonely girl with an unusual haircolor wearing a baseball cap.

"Look over there we have a lonely soul!" His face broke out in an even larger smile. "Ashmin, right? Now get here little girl!"

As he spoke Desukaan appeared behind Ashmin and started to push her towards the teacher and Kanade.

"Kiki, look out!" cried Rokuro. Kibago instinctively threw himself to the side, but she was too slow; the Faint Attack consumed his legs in a inky black blast.

"Ki!" The Pokemon growled, hitting the ground but getting back on her feet in a second.

"Strike back, Kibago!" Rokuro commanded. "Dragon Rage!" Kibago opened it's mouth wide and a yellow-purple ball of flame formed in it's mouth, that burst out, aimed straight at Komatana.

OOC: Ugggghh, different time zones.....I'm so far behind....
Ashmin watched Jake leave, and smiled when Jake started telling Explo off. Looking at Zorua she laughed. "Well, that wasn't nice of it, was it?" Zorua firmly nodded. "Well, I wouldn't worry so much, after all, I'm sure Jake could teach it some obedience. After all, I taught you, so it isn't that hard." Looking around, she sighed. "Even after that, I still don't have a roomate." She noticed another girl rush in, and ask a man for a roomate. Ashmin walked up shyly. "I don't have a roomate yet, I could be yours!"

Miss Hurazi's Classroom.

Miss Hurazi sighed. "Soon, a large crowd of eager kids will walk in through the door. I know I'm used to battling people after they verse the Champion, but teaching loud kids? That's something much harder...."

Scarlet nodded as she started to walk towards the White Dorm. "Thanks Mr. K." She said as she wandered off. She took time to look around the building, inspecting the marvelous work. "Wow, this place is just so amazing..." Uttered the girl as she looked at all of the artwork. "Don't you think so, Eevee?" The brown fox-like Pokemon moved it's head around. "Vee." It said, as if it was saying yes. The girl laughed as she hugged the Pokemon, almost crushing it. "Sorry. Anyways, time to look for a room...and a roommate." The girl sighed. She didn't know anybody here as of yet, and was pretty sure none of her friends came here. She walked around the halls until she found a room. "It's...perfect!" The girl chirped. There was a window viewing the Pokemon Reserve, and the painting was apparently godlike. There were 2 mini pedestals with Reshiram on them in the room, along with 2 beds and a television set. The room was pretty big and consisted of a few tables, and a mini-kitchen. "It kind of looks like a hotel room, but it's still great!" The girl jumped onto the bed next top the window and looked out of it, staring at the Pokemon in their natural habitat.

Komatana was taken by surprise and instead of dodging the attack he tried to guard himself with his blades, but it didn't seem to help. When the blast hit the whole area around the small knight became unseeable because of the dust. When the dust subsided Komatana was lying on the ground, struggling to get up again.

"Come on!" Bruce shouted and the sound of his voice seemed to give his Pokémon strength. Komatana was now standing, but his legs were shaking. "Now 'Tana, use Metal Claw!"

The Pokémon jumped into the air and then darted down towards the dragon, it's blades ready to strike.

Metal Claw??? Rokuro thought in horror. This Pokemon IS powerful! Good thing I gave it this TM before I left... "Kiki, use Double Team!" Rokuro shouted, and suddenly there was not one Kibago, there was five. Arranged in a circle around Komatana, they began running around, taunting Komatana with cries and shouts. Rokuro smiled triumphantly, and he was just waiting for Komatana to attack one of the fake ones with the Metal Claw before he had the real Kibago strike back...

"Try to find the real one now!" Rokuro smiled.

((OoC: Don't worry. I'll do a coin toss or something for this one.))

((I originally planned to have 'Tana use D-Team when you used Dragon Rage. What a coincidense xD))

Komatana looked around, greatly confused. He threw a quick look at his trainer who looked just as confused.

"That one!" Bruce pointed at one of the dragons and Komatana slashed it with his glowing blades.

((It was over an hour since I posted so I'm not breaking the rules. Just sayin'))

((Lol. So, anyways, I used a random number generator to find if you hit him or not, to prove I didn't make it hit or miss on purpose. Just saying.))

Komatana's blades sliced down and the Kibago in question looked truly frightened...until the Dragon Pokemon burst apart as the Metal Claw hit - and suddenly the Kibago was not there. There was only multicolored smoke.

"Hah! Sorry, but ya missed." Rokuro said, completely absorbed by the battle now. "So, now! Kiki! Use Dragon Rage again!" Suddenly, three of the Kibagos left blew apart like the first. Kiki, having stopped using Double Team to focus on her attack, was the only one left. She jumped directly behind Komatana, and with a great roar, another yellow-purple stream of flame shot out, aimed for the little red knight.

Komatana was once again taken by surprise and was hit in his back by the Dragon attack. It fell down, face hitting the ground.

"'Tana!" Bruce cried out. He knew that Komatana was a real fighter and that he wouldn't give up this easily, even though he looked knocked out. "You can still stand up! I know you can!" The Pokémon started to move, and strugglig even more then it had before it was soon standing, although it was breathing very heavily. "Okay, 'Tana! We will try to finish this with our hidden ace attack!" Bruce and Komatana had never been forced to use this attack before, and the two of them was the only ones who knew that 'Tana was capable of using it. "Go! Use Guillotine!"

The red knight used all of it's remaining powers to dart towards the dragon, holding out it's two blades as if it was going to behead the Tusk Pokémon. Bruce knew that Guillotine only had less than a third chance to be successful, but it was their only chance.

Rokuro was prepared for a desperate counterattack. "Kiki, Double Team one more time!" He commanded, and Kibago understood what he meant. One more Kibago popped into existence, but it was not there to confuse Komatana; place directly in front of the Steel Pokemon, the mirage was meant as a shield.

Hopefully it'll be too late to stop, Rokuro thought. Because if the move misses, then Komatana will faint!

Komatana clutched his two blades together around the image of the dragon Pokémon, but since it was only a copy it blew up in a cloud of numerous colors. Moments later Komatana was lying facedown on the ground, knocked out by the effort of performing the powerful attack.

"Damnit!" Bruce shouted. He was obviously disappointed, but he knew that 'Tana had done his best. Bruce pulled out Komatana's Pokéball and made him return to the safe haven of the globe. Bruce then looked at Rokuru and had a half-hearted smile printed on his face. "Thank you for a great battle. I'll have to bring Komatana to the nursery so that he will be ready for tomorrow."

"Are you kidding me? That was fantastic!!!" Rokuro exclaimed. "When you said you were performing Guillotine, I almost had a heart attack! I thought I was done for...and I would have been, since your attack hit the copy! Wow! I better take Kiki to the nursery, too...that was one heck of a Faint Attack...Hey...what time do you think it is?" Rokuro asked, horror beginning to dawn on him. If they were past curfew...

"Time for you to get to bed." A voice, half-amused, spoke from the stairs' doorway. Daisuke stood there. "Didn't think they would have someone patrolling the Duel Arenas, did you guys? Don't worry-" The man said, seeing the look on Rokuro's face. "I won't get you guys in trouble- As long as you get to your rooms, on the double!"

"Yes, sir!" Rokuro said, obviously relieved. "Let's go, Bruce." He began to hurry up the stairs, three steps at a time. His Kibago, dazed from all the moves it used and the attack it took, took a little longer.

((Should we skip ahead to tomorrow now, or what?))

"Just a walk outside to see the landscapes of the campus. However, it's raining, and I know your Larvitar is scared of others, but...I really want to help..." Caden said softly. "I know it won't like this, but I would like to give it a try" he said as he took out a Pokeball and threw it, revealing his Milotic. "Milotic, if you don't mind, please create a Safeguard around you and Larvitar" he said calmly. Milotic tried to act calm, relaxing, and not intimidating, as it knew what happened before. "Well, let's go then" he said as he started walking towards the exit.

Love looked towards the girl who just came in, asking if she could stay.
"Oh, I don't know, to be honest. I was only told this was my room. I assume that since you came here, this would be your dorm. I'm your roommate, Love. This is my partner, Gummy." She picked up the little green Pokemon and held it in her lap. "Which class do you plan on taking? I'm a Contest girl, so that's my class." Before the girl had time to respond, Love began to rearrange the room, and unpack a few decorations. She moved the painting to another spot on the wall, and stuck a few flowery stickers here and there. Then, she took out a paintbrush, and began to paint on the walls. The art seemed fairly abstract, but was still pleasing to the eye. She used a balanced mix of warm and cool colors, and even added her own depiction of the battle between Reshiram and Zekrom. She portrayed parts of her personality on the walls. She left the other side of the room, however, blank, in case her roommate wanted to keep her room bland.

Maura, who had not been present at the start of year ceremony, leaned back in her chair, letting out a deep sigh. She was preparing herself mentally for the next day when classes would officially begin. There was a loud, slightly ominous chirping sound and Maura started. Turning her head, she glanced at Nostalgia. Nostalgia was a large and jet black Honchkrow. It's feathered 'hat' was tilted slightly to the left and it's beak was open in another chirp.

"Krow!" it called, lifting it's right wing and closing it's eyes, turning to the left as if to say 'Whatever. Don't worry about it' which made Maura laugh softly. Smiling, Maura extracted herself from her chair and walked elegantly towards Nostalgia, who was perched on a desk to Maura's far left. She took off the hat she was wearing that was identical to Nostalgia's 'hat' and bowed gracefully.

"Thank you dearest Nostalgia," she said, lifting her head up to grin at the Honchkrow, which opened the eye closest to Maura and grinned back. Nostalgia opened it's beak and released a rather loud "Honch! Krow krow krow krow" in a laugh. Maura straightened up and brushed a few strands of hair from her eyes and started back to her desk.

"I'm Gwen," she replied, "and this is Togepi," she added, before placing the same down on the bed and starting to arrange her own things. She decided to get it out of the way before she was too distracted by her new roommate's partner. "I don't really know what I want to do here," she explained, hoping the other girl wouldn't think too badly of it. "I think my mum wanted me to study battling, but I don't really like it, and I think I'd rather do breeding or something. I don't like seeing pokémon fight," she admitted, after a pause, "when I see them injured it makes me feel bad, so I only want then to feel better. I guess you must think I shouldn't be here," she added.

Togepi had hopped over to 'Gummy', and was looking at it, curious. The tiny pokémon extended a stubby arm and poked the green blob.

Daniel ignored his new roommate for a short time while he was practicing his card tricks, but he eventually stopped and sent out his Shimama. Shimama started to pounce on Daniel's new roommate, but Daniel called Shimama and pointed one finger at it, scolding the small zebra. "Hi, I'm Daniel. That's my partner Shimama, but I am going to tell you this just once, he likes to pounce on new people. Well you caught me practicing my card tricks. I'm actually a contest person because I include a few of my tricks in my battles. In fact, I tried to apply for the role of contest/musical teacher but I wasn't accepted because of my age. Anyway, did you care to introduce yourself, what class are you taking, what's your name, what Pokemon did you bring with you, you know what I'm saying."
