Pokémon Academy [Season 1]

Meanwhile, still in the forest Silver was walking trying to find some more pokemon, whilst increasing Eevee's happiness, and then he heard a bush rustle, he turned to see what pokemon it was, and out came a Shinx. Silver sent his Eevee into battle "Eevee use shadow ball", the shinx dodged and used quick attack, so Silver decided to match quick attack to quick attack, but since Eevee was faster, Eevee landed the first blow, "now use shadow ball quick!" Silver declared. Now that Shinx lost soe health, Silver decided to throw a pokeball at it (*wiggle* *wiggle* *wiggle* - Gotcha Shinx was caught), After that, Silver gave Eevee some more calcium and iron, and then checked his poketch, "so it seems it's nearly there, i just need to walk some more, win a few more battles, and give it some more vitamins and i shouls be there."

"I understand that evee may need stones, and many other pokemon that dont evolve automatically," Zane replied to miss hurazi, "But personally, if i had an evee, i'd evolve it how it wanted to be evolved."
Cyndaquil jumped into zane's hands,
"I dont like forcing pokemon," Zane continued, "I agree that we would need stones to evolve pokemon, but as i said, pokemon are like us. They should have rights..."
At this cyndaquil jumped out of zanes hands and flared his flames out of his back, that was his way of flexing.

Silver, who is still in the forest, is still looking for pokemon to battle, then he decides "time to sit down and wait methinks." As he sat down he put some camouflage on, and then out of the bushes came a wurmple, but just before he called his Eevee into battle, his shinx came out instead, Silver didn't want that so he said "oh no you don't Shinx, return." Before sending Eevee into battle however, he fed Eevee with some more calcium and iron to build it up and then he commaned his Eevee to use shadow ball, but the wurmple avoided it so then Silver said "rapid fire shadow ball" then about 5 shadow balls were fired, and as wurmple dodged the first 3, it couldn't dodge the other 2, then it fainted, and suddenly Eevee fainted too Silver needed to return to the academy, and, so Silver decided to head back to the academy.

[Quiksilver]

Daisuke listened silently to Miss Hurazi teach, marveling at her skill in getting students involved. He could do that too, but to a degree. Like that lesson on the Birch-Oak Theorem; there had only been maybe two kids actually listening. [i]If only I could teach like that... [/i] Daisuke chuckled. [i]Hey, I wonder if my class's starts soon...[/i]Daisuke suddenly straightened up, then relaxed again. [i]Nope, it's in 20 minutes,[/i] He thought with a relieved grin. [i]That gave me a scare...[/i]

"Alright, good!" Rokuro said with relief. He hurried after Bruce, hardly seeing the Pokemon fly and crawl and run by as he did so. [i]I sure hope we'll be able to get out,[/i] Rokuro said fervently, looking at the darkening forest around him, [i]this place can get a little creepy...[/i]

"Well Zane due to my being in the Fiore region I have a couple of things to say about your "remarks" well first you have come here to the Pokea academy to learn how to train pokemon have you not? By train pokemon I also mean Battling. Now every single pokemon never want to fight there is always a percentage in that pokemon's heart that tells them to not fight we humans however erase that percentage. I'm not a hypocrite and I will admit I have erased that peacefulness in my partner Explo here." "Quil..." "But however Zane Pokemon should be treated better for in every single region there are evil pokemon trainers who have no disregard for pokemons feelings to quote prof hastings [i]pokemon all have feelings. the pokemon rangers extend their feelings and if accepted a bond is made[/i] To put it lightly Zane is that you are being a hypocrite for you have suppressed some of your pokemon's rights."

Gilligan looked around. Many of the students had managed to catch a Pokémon each, but most of them had catched mere things like Pidgeys, Caterpies and such. One had catched a Mijumaru, but Gilligan wanted to see something really rare! As he watched two students fight about whose Caterpie was the most awesome, he noted that Bruce and Rokuro had yet to return...

"I think he's leading us back to Doctor Gilligan!" Bruce said and smiled, but suddenly stopped when they arrived at something completely different. It was not Doctor Gilligan, that's for sure. It was a big, dragon-like creature covered by golden-plates. It had two fearsome tusks that looked like pincers, but it didn't appear to have noted the boys yet. Suddenly Fushide did something stupid... It sprayed the Ononokus with Poison Sting.

((And now it's up to Quicksilver to continue this encounter...))

"Cyndaa?" cydaquil was confused, "What does he mean zane?"
"I don't know.." Zane turned to the kid, "Give me an example of how I suppressed my pokemon's rights?"
Zane then sat down. leaning against a wall while opening his black backpack. From it he pulled out a book, only a small book, packed with information about the starter pokemon of the regions. Of course, as it was an old book, it had no information of the newly discovered region's starters. He started reading, he wanted to know the starters of the so called "fiore region". He had never heard of it, or pokemon rangers. There was a page for the "Fiore region", but it simply said "starters unknown".
"Whats that?" Cyndaquil was peeping over zanes shoulder,
"im looking for information on the so called fiore region," Zane replied softly to cyndaquil, "Something to do with rangers, or something.Have you heard of this region?"
"Quil?" This was how cyndaquil said no. Zane then put the book back away and stood up.

[Quiksilver]

There was a sudden hiss and the Ononokusu turned to face them, red eyes glistening with rage. The Dragon Pokemon glanced at it's tale once, noting the stingers lodged in there with a dispassionate glance, and then it looked down at the Fushide. Even Rokuro, who was shaking in fear of this large, angry form of his beloved Kiki, could see Ononokusu make the connection.

"ONNNNNNOOOOONNNNNOOO!" The large creature roared, and it's tail hit the ground in a thundering quake, it's jaws quivering with anger. Rokuro saw that it was ready to strike. Despite the fact that most Pokemon attacks were non-fatal, Rokuro couldn't help but notice how sharp the Ononokusu's pincers was. There was only one thing to do now.

"Togetic, I need your help!" Rokuro whispered, and then he threw Togetic's Pokeball into the air, and once more, in a flash of red, Togetic was free. But it did not soar off. By some divine power, Togetic had heard Rokuro's plea and was sticking around to help. Maybe it was actually that legend about Togetic being able to listen to the wishes of people's hearts that made the Pokemon stay, but at this moment Rokuro did not care. He was just happy this high-level Pokemon was actually going to help! Rokuro wanted to leap with joy about this, but this was neither the time nor the place. He needed to stop Ononokusu first. "Togetic, uh, use Metronome!" Rokuro didn't actually know Togetic's moves, but he had heard this was the signature attack of the Togepi line, and so he just had to hope it would work...and it did.

"TOGIIII!" Togetic cried, and to Rokuro's incredulous disbelief, a [i]wave of flame[/i] leapt from Togetic's mouth and hit Ononokusu with a almightly boom. Against all odds, the Metronome had made a FIRE BLAST!

[Zextra]

As Caden walked out in the Pokea Reserve, he saw a giant dragon attacking 2 trainers. "Well, perhaps we could be of help?" Caden thought. He threw a Pokeball from atop a small hill. The serpent-like Pokemon emerged and confronted the Ononokusu. "Milotic, Dragonic Flash!" Caden called as Milotic's tail glowed white with an Iron Tail. It then continued to fire a Dragon Pulse at it's tail. The force of the Dragon Pulse shattered the Iron Tail and the white shards of it mixed with the blue shards of the Dragon Pulse and shot up into the sky, raining down energy shots on the dragon. In addition, the shards accelerated the Fire Blast, turning it's color a bluish-red, which hit Ononokusu. Caden jumped down from the cliff. "Hey, are you guys alright?" he asked.

So as far as I'm concerned your Eevee is still an eevee.

IC: Maura clapped her hands. "Right, so Dimitry of course you and Gwen may start. Silver, why don't you sit here and watch their battle. After this we'll be doing a practical lesson, totally hand on." Nostalgia screeched "Honch! Kroooow!" and took off soaring around Dimitry and Gwen. Maura took a few steps backwards towards a bench and sat down upon it. She folded one leg over the other and reached down to the waist band of her skirt and grasped 2 pokeballs in one hand and 3 in the other, a moment later, she squeezed her hand and each pokeball activated, growing in size. Then she flicked them into the air before her, releasing each of her pokemon before uncrossing her legs.

Blossom, the Ivysaur, landed beside her on the bench murmuring "Saur" and nudging Maura's arm with her head. Nova, the Quilava, landed in Maura's lap, asleep. Marrow, the Cubone, landed just to the left of Maura in front of her while Buff, the Poliwhirl, landed to her right. Finally Torrent, the Buizel, landed right in front of Maura, who smiled at each of her pokemon.

[Quiksilver]

Daisuke was struck by an idea suddenly, watching the kids begin their battle. "Hey, Miss Hurazi," he said, "I know I seem like a stalker and stuff just sitting around in your classroom, so why don't we have a little battle likes the kids?" He smiled. "Y'know- just for educational purposes." Magneton suddenly appeared behind him, having been released by Daisuke. He crowed a electronic buzz, as though anticipating the challenge. "C'mon, it'll be fun," Daisuke prompted, rubbing his hands hopefully.

[Master of The Dark]

Dimitry and Elekid gave a high five and walked to the field. "Hey Gwen Lets have a fun duel I'll go easy for now but as this unfolds it'll get tougher for you." Dimiotry spoke across the field and Elekid wlked across the field and gave togepi a small high five and walked it back to the middle of the field. "Vee Vee Vee." Elekid chanted as he took ten paces tawords dimitry and readied himself for battle and point with a smile at Gwen to let togepi know to take ten paces tawords Gwen and ready itself.

"Hmm the Fiore, Almia and Oblivia regions are all prime Pokemon Ranger Territory. A Pokemon Ranger Is a defender of Nature. They Protect Nature with A revolutionary Device Invented By Professor Hastings Known as the Capture Styler. What the Styler Does Is that it Projects the Ranger's Feeling to the pokemon and they then share a Bond that can be easily Severed. While the Fiore Region has absolutely no Pokemon Trainers It does have the Pokemon Present in the Hoenn,Kanto,and Johto Regions. Like my Cyndaquil Explo" "Quil!" "Heh Well That's the Gist of It if you want to know more ask me I'm sure to help But I should shut up Ms. Huruzi I apologize We should Get on with the Item Class shall we?"

Gwen positioned herself at the end of the field, as Togepi turned and seemed to run backwards for a short way - with short stumpy legs it took more than ten paces to get the the equivalent position that the Eekid was in. He turned back to face his opponent. "Togi togi pi," it called, waving one of it's arms. "We're ready," she told Dimitry, "g...good luck." She looked at the pokémon, reminding herself which moves Togepi knew. Togepi himself took up a fighting stance, or rather what would be one if his limbs were longer, waiting for an attack order or the Elekid to make a move.

[Master of The Dark]

"Ok Elekid got give him a modified thunder punch." Dimitry said with a wink the Elekid walked over to togepi while it was standing there and taped it with on fingure sending enough power through it to knock out a small weddle and water type pokemon. and then walked back to his side of the field. "Nice work but remember Were going to amp it up was we go." Dimitry reminded Elekid. "Now its your move lets see how much we have to amp our game up." He added.

[Time Psyduck]

"Togepi!" Gwen cried as the egg-bound creature staggered from the shock. He quickly jumped back up, now glaring at the Elekid, and waved an arm behind him to signal he was fine, allowing his trainer to sigh in relief. "OK then, Togepi, use swift," she instructed, her tone more like that used for a request than an order. The tiny creature jumped up a little, and then a spray of glowing stars emerged from it's mouth, spreading out at first, but rapidly curving back inwards on a direct collision course with the electric-type. Gwen watched the attack, hoping it would work and at the same time not really wanting to see the Elekid hurt.

[Master of The Dark]

"Elekid take the hit and the rebound with Thunder light." Dimitry told Elekid, Elekid did as he was told. he shook off the star dust and the shot a strike of green thunder. the stricke zig zagged across the field and as it colsed the gap between Elekid and Togepi Dimitry thought to himself. ' I hope I don't kill it yet with just this tiny bit of power.' As the gap shortened he get slightly more worried for the little egg like pokemon.

[Time Psyduck]

"Togepi!" Gwen shouted. Her pokémon responded by throwing itself sideways, not quite enough to avoid the electrical strike, but enough to cause much of the energy to deflect sideways and significantly reduce the damage it took. Gwen compared the pokémon. Togepi was clambering back up from the last attack, seeming at least a little worn, whereas the Elekid didn't seem fazed at all. "OK then Togepi, I guess it's time for Metronome," Gwen called. The tiny creature seemed to perk up, and began rocking it's arms back and forth. The arms slowly began to glow, before suddenly Togepi...

...did nothing. It moved it's no-longer glowing arms into a defensive pose, waiting to be hit.

Maura watched the battle intently, occasionally glancing down at her clipboard to jot some notes down. Nova rolled over slightly in Maura's lap while Blossom and Torrent began to run about behind her, Blossom using Vine Whip to attempt to catch Torrent, who was using Quick Attack to dodge the vines. Marrow watched the 2 scornfully while Buff took the seat that Blossom had vacated. Maura was currently oblivious to this and was absent mindedly stroking Nova. Suddenly Maura was smacked in the back of the head by something that felt like a rope with a knot at the very end. Suddenly coming out of her concentration, Maura spun around so swiftly, Nova toppled from her lap. Blossom and Torrent stood side by side a few feet from Maura. Blossom seemed to be attempting to hid her vines behind her while Torrent had his hands behind his back. Nova let out an irritated "Qui!" and flames erupted on it's back and it's behind. Marrow raised it's bone into the air and pointed accusatorily at Blossom and Torrent. Buff sat there, still watching the pokemon battle.

Maura sighed and stood up. She walked slowly towards Blossom and Torrent who cringed, but when Maura stuck her hands before her and gently stroked their heads, they relaxed. "It's alright," cooed Maura gently, "I'm not angry, I'm just a bit surprised. That hurt you know Blossom, perhaps you should be more careful when you and Torrent play tag?" Blossom whined "Saur..."

"And you Torrent, you should try not to get too close to people when running from Blossom because if Blossom misses, she'll hit the person and hurt them," Torrent bowed his head in slight shame. Maura again patted their heads and gave her head a quick jerk, "Now go play," she said, smiling and kissing both atop their heads. Maura stood up and walked back to the bench and sat down beside Buff and patted her lap. Nova's flames retracted as he lept into her lap. Marrow glared a moment longer at the playing duo before turning back to the pokemon battle at hand.

"Ok good move togepi and you too Gwen. Now lets see Elekid miss fire another thunder at togepi and the close range Dynamic Punch." Dimitry looked at gwen and then done at Elekid how looked some what confused. "Yes Elekid This thime both move thre quarter power." Elekid looked done at thew ground and then at Togepi. "ve ve ve" Elekid spoke to let togepi know that it would hurt alot. then let out a bule bolt of electicity and then ran up to Togepi as he doged the bolt and slamed it backwards with some what powerful punch.

((It may just be that things aren't clear, but it seems to me like you're getting dangerously close to character control. I'm guessing Elekid was dodging his own attack, but it's still not clear.))

Togepi recoiled from the blast of electrical energy, and staggered to his feet, only to be hit by a powerful punch that sent him reeling back again. He struggled to clamber back to his feet again. His vision was blurred, and he staggered for a moment. Gwen started forwards, calling for him, but he waved her back, and, still worried, she backed up to let him do whatever he wanted. He shook his head, and focused on the Elekid, who seemed pretty confident. Suddenly Togepi shot forwards like a rocket, fist raised, ready to pummel the foe into submission.

Bruce was surprised, but thankful, of the new guys appearance.

"I'm okay!" He said and then turned to see the dragon now aiming for Bruce's Pokémon. "Fushide! Use Defense Curl!"

The bug curled into a ball and guarded itself from Onokusus' attack.

"And now Rollout!" The bug started to spin and then shot itself onto the dragon, who were knocked over by the force. However, it soon stopd again and fired a Hyper Beam towards Fushide.

"hmm." Zane was still confused of the region. He then turned back to jake, "Whats your name again?"
Zane thought about what the other guy said, [i]I still cant imagine how he thought i was bad to my pkemon?![/i]
"You still havnt told me how i surpressed my pokemons rights." He questioned, thinking of all the great times he has had so far with his pokemon, "Because as far as im concerned i treat my pokemon with the utmost respect and let them do as they please."
