Catman25
Let's discuss this book if you've read it, or mythology books in general. All I can say is, my perspective on Hercule's life has changed. D':
Βyakuya
I freely read Mythology books in my reading class years ago. I forgot most of the tails, but the Greek's view of Gods and their stories are quite weird.
The Holly and the Ivy
I really like the myths and legends in the book I have which were rewritten by Horowitz. It even had some of book 9 of the Odyssey. I quite like the myth Pyramus and Thisbe, a Babylonian myth about two lovers which describes why mulberries are that colour. I think Shakespeare actually got the idea for one of his plays from it.They are such good reads. I also quite like books based on myths and also greek literature.
