I liked the 5Ds ending more than the original. The duel was more epic in the original, but it didn't feel like a true conclusion. Atem is gone, and the main characters...what now?

GX was horrible. No duel conclusion, and Jaden/Judai ends up in a desert in the middle of nowhere...for some reason.

5Ds made me feel that the characters got a conclusion, even if it was to pursue their future elsewhere.

The original felt exactly like the perfect conclusion. What now? You figure it out, that's the good part.

GX kinda sucked, I agree. I think they put it there just so that they had a reason to include Yugi.

5D's was good, but not as good as the original. Kinda sad, or very sad.

Actually it was also suggested that Yugi is now the King of Games in GX. Also Joey has been mentioned as Pegasus' 3rd fav duelist, suggesting that he also still duels. Also knowing Tea, she probebly ended up marrying/dating Yugi. Tristen with Serenity and Joey with May.

I agree that the ending of GX was very mehish. Though overal I liked it.

Also you only know a part of the futures of everyone, thoughyou still don't know what happened to the main protoganist Yusei.

DM ending was kinda good...I guess.

GX ending was meh. What happened to Judai and the other guys and gals on the academy. Judai ended up in a desert...I was like lolwut. He was in the academy, then in some sort of dream and then...desert?

5D's ending was really good, imo. We had an awesome duel and we know what happened to the characters =3.

@ It was Yugi that sent Judai/Jaden to another space/dimension.

Anyway, I hated GX ending, and Jaden would have lost, cause Yugi had Slifer, an unbeatable card.

First Yugioh was decent, though the only good was the duel. Rest was decent.

5D's was the only ending where you actually knew what the characters would do, EVEN YUSEI. And it was disappointing that Yusei and Aki didn't tell them they love each other, that have would been an awesome ending. Aki waited to go until everyone had left and then the camera would zoom out and Aki and Yusei kissed. Best ending ever if it would have been so.

I don't think it was a dream, more of some sort of alternate space where Jaden/Judai can distort the space-time continuem by dueling teen Yugi without causing a premature apocalypse.

Yeah, I know it was not a dream, but you know what I mean =D. Like you said, it was probably an alternate dimension or something...

The only bad thing with 5D's is that Yusei and Aki dont tell they love eachother. I had high expectations that they would do that. That would be the one thing I would add to 5D's if I could change it

It's shame that they didn't tell each other that. But I guess that they do love each other but they simply don't want to say that :/

I was always a supporter of Yusei x Aki, which is odd because I never supported Alexis x Jaden or Yugi x Tea.

Then again, I also ship Black Rose Dragon x Stardust Dragon, and at least one of my friends admitted to also getting vibes from that.

Thing is, I think the affection was mutual. Yusei gave Stardust to Aki, of all people, in the duel against Team Unicorn. Do you realize how much confidence you need in someone to do that? If Aki hadn't Summoned Stardust that duel, or hadn't revived it, Yusei would have had to duel all 3 WITHOUT HIS BEST CARD.

Also, one reason I think Aki broke off her sentiments was because she knew she needed to go on with her future of studying to be a doctor, and Yusei was going to stay in the city. They'd have to be apart. Maybe after her schooling, something brought them together. We dont know what Yusei is doing in the future, and while Aki doesn't seem to have a picture or anything indicating she and Yusei are a couple, I like to think it's possible. Yusei obviously cared about her.

No, it was not.

Yusei and Akiza, meh. Don't know, felt like they threw all that in just to fill up some run time or whatever. And not for the right reason.

I agree more in regards to early season 2. Aki's crush was a bit too blatant.

I feel the writers really liked the idea of Yusei x Bruno, though. Seriously, they had Rua make a statement about them looking like a couple (granted, he didn't realize that was what the expression meant), but how hurt Yusei was by Bruno being on Zone's side didn't help. Friendship was an obvious factor, but I still got the impression that the writers/animators liked the vibes.
