Yeah, the examples I saw had that issue. They'd theoretically be easier to Summon than Synchros, but it's just not the same. 2 level 3 can make a Rank 3 Exceed, but if one's a Tuner, you can bring out the likes of Brionac or Goyo or Gaia Knight, in the event Goyo's banned. I saw Revise Dragon as a Rank 3, and by sending a Material to the grave, it gets 500 ATK. If it doesn't have any Materials, it can't attack directly.

Wow...2500 basically, 3000 max, but in that case, it can't attack directly.

When unsubbed, I assumed one of the Materials used for Blackfeather negated its effect or something, but apparently it stops it from attacking the turn summoned. And the other used for Red Demon's was to negate the effect. So why did Yusei take 1000 from Razion if Blackfeather's effect wasn't negated?

Well, the Synchro Material was used to negate Red Demon's effect, which was why I was puzzled. Blackfeather shouldn't have anything hindering it, unless Razion's damage cannot be negated. Maybe it was just a writer mistake, but I thought the whole point of Yusei choosing Blackfeather was to counter ZONE's burn strategy.

152
The battle with Z-one has finally ended, and peace returns to New Domino City. Though Yusei and his friends each contributed to reviving the city, Jack, Crow, Akiza, Leo and Luna are all worried about their futures. Then after a long time, the members of Team 5D's gather at a dinner party.

153
Yusei VS Jack! To decide their own futures, Yusei and Jack pull out all the stops to fight each other. Jack summons his ace monster, "Red Nova Dragon", while Yusei fights back with "Shooting Star Dragon".

154 (Apparently, the final episode)
The final battle between Yusei and Jack. Having settled his Duel against Jack, Yusei is determined to move ahead on the road before him. Likewise, Jack, Crow, Akiza, Leo, and Luna, who all had to see this fight for themselves, decide to follow the roads before them.

FinalbattleFTW!
I hope these last episodes will not be boring.

After these....

This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. If you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. You take no Battle Damage from battles involving this face-up Attack Position card. At the end of the Battle Phase in which this card battled, return all other monsters on the field to the hand, and inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each monster returned. During your Standby Phase, return this face-up card to the Deck.

Yeah.... they totally ruined Metaion
