This card's name is treated as "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru". When this card is sent directly from your Deck or hand to the Graveyard, you can draw 2 cards. During your Draw Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, you can discard 1 "Koa'ki Meiru" monster to add this card from your Graveyard to your hand, instead of conducting your normal draw.

I WOULD say it's good... but, it falls to the Harpie Lady clause =/ Change it in some way so that it does not fall victim like Harpie Ladies, or a Legendary Ocean.

Also, I think the discarding+no draw is a little much. I mean, the original Core is discard 1 monster OR skip your Draw.

I intentionaly made the HL Clause. To make it a bit less broken. But still, it's broken, but KM deserve broken support

Make the draw compulsory, but have it activate only when you control a Koa'ki Meiru for the shenanigans.

Let me check something:

NOTE: Since the Core is pretty much a dead card, I decide to count it separately in the advantage count
Iron Core:
send to the grave (-1 or -Core)
recover it (-1, +Core)
Total: -1 or -2 +Core

Gold Core:
send to the Grave (-1 or -Core)
draw 2 (+2)
recover it (-2, +Core)
Total: 0 or -1 +Core

I figure the Gold Core should even out advantage (and maybe give some advantage on occasion), but your card's effect pushes the boundary on the card advantage too much for my taste. I would have to say make either make its card drawing more restrictive and/or make it part of the recovery effect. Then again, if that were the case, the Core would then be written something like this:

This would basically do the same thing but make it so you can't just discard the Core via card effect or maintenance cost to gain an instant advantage.
