OCG disagreement

I recently posted my dark maician cards, you can see them on the thread. I then got a post from Kirin questioning my OCG. I then in response asked him to explain and he cam back with this:

You can only activate this card if you control 1 face-up "Dark Sorcerer". You must pay 1000 Life Points to activate this card, send 5 DARK monsters in your Deck to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 DARK monster from your deck in Attack Position and decrease its ATK by 700 x every DARK monster removed from play. The Special Summoned monster can attack your opponent's Life Points directly, during your Battle Phase this card may only declare an attack if you remove from play 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard.

Kirin's OCG:
You can only activate this card when there is a face-up "Dark Sorcerer" [b]at your side [/b]of the field. Pay 1000 Life Points and send 5 [b]DARK Atributte[/b] [b]M[/b]onsters from your deck to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 [b]DARK Atributte[/b] Monster from your deck in face-up [b]ATK[/b] Position. This [b]M[/b]onster's ATK is decreased by 700 Points for each DARK Atributte Monster removed from play. This Monster cannot inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points and cannot declare an attack unless you remove from play 1 [b]DARK Atributte [/b][b]M[/b]onster from your Graveyard.

Who is right here, I highlighted his mistakes for you to see in his correction of my OCG.

Ignore his correction. Plus is that all you care about? Did he make any other comments about balance or other things?

Well the most obvious thing is OCG such as "This card is also treated as DARK" That is the correct OCG when identifying a second Attribiute.

ATK Position = Attack Position
monster's is always Lower Case

The TC is correct 100%

That's what I would have done, it's really only minor stuff, but the fix given in the first post was wrong.

The correct OCG, per most recent standards, would be as follows, I think:

Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to send 5 DARK monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard and Special Summon 1 DARK monster from your Deck in face-up Attack Position. That monster can attack your opponent directly, cannot declare an attack unless you remove 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard from play and loses ATK equal to the number of removed from play DARK monsters x 700.[/i]

Again, even Konami words similar effects differently within short periods of time, so while my suggestion is, I believe, in line with the current terms, other lores can also be correct.

Thanks, I just felt that Kirin was being hypocritical about my OCG when he clearly had no idea himself.
