Here's my entry.

Izaera the True Forest:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special

Summoned by sending 3 Field Spell Cards from your field or hand to your

Graveyard. If this cards attacks, select and add 1 Field Spell Card from your

Graveyard to your hand. If this card would be destroyed by a card's effect, you

can destroy 1 face-up Field Spell Card you control instead.

You know what's funny? Rowling is from 08 and he barely has 25+ posts. Anyways...

I vote Rowling for many, many reasons.

Rowling, that's a very themed effect you got there, I loved how you combined the meaning of 'Field' to a forest monster, it's just so original. Overall quite balanced, and an awesome pic.

Ultima, your card name has the wrong spelling...and your OCG isn't in the borderline standard. You know what, let me just correct it.

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 EARTH monsters and by removing 2 Field Spell cards in your Graveyard from play. Increase this card's ATK by 200 for every card removed from play."

Ok, we got that sorted. It's still quite OP for a 7 star. Maybe make it 9 starred? I'll say the pic is alright though...

I vote for Rowling for having a much more fitting effect, as well as having much better OCG. You implemented many effects revolving around the same idea, which adds that much more to a card.

Sorry to say, Ultima, I feel that your card is actually UP'ed and OP'ed, considering the max ATK this card will gain is 400 (due to the Field Spells; the monsters are Tributed, not removed), or an infinite amount of ATK (D.D. Deck). In addition to this, unless you use a deck relying on Field Spells, it is unlikely that you will have 2 Field Spells in the Graveyard. In this case, since nobody who uses D.Ds would use Field Spells. Therefore, this card becomes extremely situational, working properly only when you or your opponent uses Field Spells, which is rarely (unless you use Citadel of Endymion or Sanctuary in the Sky). Also, the card acts as nothing more than a beatstick, with no other effect to protect it or make it useful in any other way. Anyways, the OCG has already been corrected for the most part by Daft.

Rowling gets my vote.

However, Ultima, I suggest you read the effects of cards made by more experienced members first, as you will be able to absorb OCG skills more easily, as well as noticing how they implement creativity and originality into their cards. Do that and I'm sure you will improve much more in your card making.

You didn't post any criteria to how many votes are needed or to how long this is going on. Anyway, Rowling's got my vote. All of my reasoning has already been addressed by Future Paradise and Zextra. Also, FTW is my name and it can also stand for something else which I won't disclose because this is a children's website.
