hexcalibrate
is this what you were looking for (on a side note i'm sorry for the pics i hope you don't judge pics) [spoiler=the vanilla]A simple poker table that has lived its life watching challenger to challenger come and go, never having a second thought about the average fool wanting to hit it big. This is true with one exception of a tale of misfortune and luck. [spoiler=the bad gambler]Once per turn select 1 card randomly from your opponent's hand and call the Type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap). If you call it right, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. If you call it wrong, you lose 2000 Life Points. When this card is sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, you can add one "Lucky Poker Chip" from your deck to your hand. [spoiler=lucky poker chip]This card is used to Ritual Summon "Lady Luck". You must also Tribute monsters from the field or your hand whose total Levels equal 8 or more. When you draw this card during your Draw Phase, add this card to your deck. Then shuffle your Deck. [spoiler=lady luck]This monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Lucky Poker Chip". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Level Stars equal 8 or more from the field or your hand. When this card is Ritual Summoned add one "Lucky Gambler" from your deck to your hand. [spoiler=lucky gambler]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 "The Bad Gambler" in your Graveyard from play. When you draw this card during your Draw Phase, add this card to your deck. Then shuffle your Deck. While this card is face-up on the field, you can negate the effects of a card requiring a coin toss once per turn and redo the coin toss. [spoiler=ulitmate gamble]If you do not control a face-up "Lucky Gambler" and "Experienced Poker Table", this card is destroyed. Once per turn Toss a coin. ● Heads: Half your opponents life points. ● Tails: You lose the Duel.
Lexadin
Uhhm, Well it does fit the bill. But I'd rather have something like Warrior Dai Grepher. I think I should reform the assignment. Since I changed the contest a bit, you can change your cards if you want.
hexcalibrate
oh you mean a pre-excisting vanilla, i'll redo my cards.

chedbonlahor
I am most definately in. My cards are in my rivals to the Dark Magician. The lingering residue of The Dark Magician's powerful magic, merges with the twisted and malevolent thoughts that once clouded his youthful mind. Through the shadow mirror of Umbra; a terrifying and magnificent threat bursts into existence. The White Magician emerges. You can only activate this card if you contrlol 1 face-up "White Magician". When this card is activated destroy all Spell, Trap and Monster Cards on your side of the field other than "White Magician" and reduce the ATK and DEF of "White Magician" to 900. You may Special Summon 4 "Despair Tokens" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position to your side of the field. As long as you control a "Despair Token", "White Magician" cannot be selected as an attack target and is unaffected by the effects of Spell, Trap and Monster Cards. As long as you control a "Despair Token", "White Magician" can attack your opponent's Life Points Directly. An age ago, this majestic sorcerer wielded the most potent of dark magic. He now lurks within the solitude of the shadows abject, alone and vengeful. Ancient books of propecy predict his wrathful return and dipict his almighty struggle for power with the Dark Magician. You can only activate this card if you control 1 face-up "Dark Sorcerer". You muct pay 1000 Life Points to activate this card, send 5 DARK monsters in Deck to the Graveyard and Special Summon 1 DARK monster from your deck in Attack Position and decrease its ATK by 700 x every DARK monster removed from play. The monster can attack your opponent's Life Points directly, during your Battle Phase this card may only declare an attack if you remove from play 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. chedbonlahor
So did the White Magician turn into the Dark Sorcerer or are they unrelated? No he is simply a rival to the Dark Magician, dark sorcerer and white magician all all different entities
Lexadin
Yeah, but then you misunderstood. The assignment was to make a Vanilla and make cards that have a storylike connection with that Vanilla not a already excisting Vanilla.
chedbonlahor
Yeah, but then you misunderstood. The assignment was to make a Vanilla and make cards that have a storylike connection with that Vanilla not a already excisting Vanilla. I already have many great vanillas made. When you say make a card with a storyline connection if I make an effect spell or trap, i can't add to the storyline because they are effects, but I can create support cards. Soooo do you really mean create support cards for your pre-made vanilla?
