How to win?

-This first card to get 10 votes wins. If we do not get 10 votes by October 2 then the card with the most votes wins. If their is a tie we will post new cards and the person that gets the first vote wins.

Alright, my vote goes to Dhole because Angel of Battle seems more useful overall and because Michael has OCG errors.

Sure, the error that struck me the most was this sentence: This card cannot be Special Summoned except if your opponent controls 3 or more monsters and you control no monsters, Special Summon this card from your hand.

See how you posted Special Summon conditions oddly and twice? Here's the correct OCG version: This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand when your opponent controls 3 or more monsters and you control none.

I vote for Michael. I can imagine it will be more fun to play with as it is a game changer. I also really like the drawing effect. It will make the game quicker.
