Creator Incarnate
I'm trying to get some ideas to expand the Creator Series (The Creator, The Creator Incarnate, Herald of Creaton, Herald of Perfection, etc.) and I am interested on hearing thoughts on these cards. Creator Reincarnate Level5 Light attribute Warrior/Effect If Creator Incarnate is in your graveyard, you can special summon this card in attack position. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, increase the current attack of this card by 100 and decrease it's current defense by 400 to special summon this card from the graveyard. These stats become it's original ATK and DEF. If you cannot pay the 400 DEF or it is destroyed while it as 0 DEF, remove this card from play and you take damage equal to it's current ATK. 1800ATK/1200DEF ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Diamond Shield Equip Spell This card can only be equipped to a Warrior-Type monster. The equipped monster's DEF increases by 1000. When this card is destroyed, you may pay 700 lifepoints to place this card on top of your deck. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Power of Trinity Normal Spell Activate when The Creator, The Creator incarnate, and Herald of Creation are all in your graveyard. Pay 1000 lifepoints to special summon them with half their original ATK and DEF. They may attack directly this turn. If they do, remove them from play during the end phase. if they don't, Switch them all to defense position their DEF becomes 0. Link to comment
Andross88
You need to take into consideration the fact that The Creator can't be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. I'd just reword Creator Reincarnate to something like this: "You can Special Summon this card from your hand if "The Creator Incarnate" is in your Graveyard. You can prevent this card's destruction in battle by reducing its DEF by 400 and increasing its ATK by 100. If this card is destroyed by battle, remove it from play and take damage equal to its ATK." Yes, it loses the whole "Reincarnation" thing, but the effect would cause less headaches. Option #2: Make it so it just revives like 3 times, then it is done, and forget about the stat modifiying thing. Anyway, I like the concept of the cards, but the execution is so-so. Link to comment
The idea of the Creator Reincarnate/Diamond Shield Combo is to constantly be paying LP to keep it on the field. If it's DEF reaches 0 (3 turns), and it is destroyed, I can't revive it with it's own effect. Therefore, I can take on any beat-down monster by simply healing while constantly special summoning him until his ATK is high enough to destroy my opponent's monster. However, if they play a card like Micro Ray, he is epically doomed. I want it to look tough to beat, yet still have a weakness. As well, For the Power of Trinity card, I think would work properly if it's requirements were removed from play. There will be more, yet I just want the game turners out of the way. I'm pretty sure that you understand in part or in whole what the theme is based on and I want to use this with the Sanctuary in the Sky and the Parshath series. This Deck also works quite well with The Calculator and Thunder-Type Support cards. I'm new her and still haven't figured out how to tell if anyone has replied to my posts with out actually searching for them. How would I do that? Link to comment
{Galvantula}
Nice idea, I think the creator could do with support, here is an idea: The creator Regeneration level 7 / LIGHT / Thunder / Effect This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 "the creator" and 1 "the Creator incarnate" in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can reduce the DEF of this card by 400 to Special Summon 1 "the Creator" monster in your Graveyard, it can not Attack this Turn. When this cards DEF is 0, remove it from play. ATK/2400 DEF/1600 This could support the change in name of diamond shield somehow, while adding a good reason to use diamond shield. I believe this card could help you to start with the DEf increasing thing. I like the idea, please continue it, as I know you will... finally, the rate... 8/10... Link to comment

"The Creator" can't be Special Summoned. To top that, it's already removed from play and having two creators in a deck would be a waste of space, as "Herald of Creation" can bring it back. The idea I'm trying to use is that almost every duelist has a level 5 monster. The Creator Deck I have has never seen a level 5 monster for more than a week. I want something that is worthy of a constant field presence. Powerful, yet with a critical and exploitable weakness (in this case, It's useless after it's DEF reaches 0, making Micro Ray deadly to it). The idea of the spell card that I am now introducing is to virtually restart the duel with the chance of either player having an unfair advantage. i.e. the Game Changer. Preview Apocalypse [Normal Spell] Special Summon 1 "The Creator Reincarnate" from your Deck disregarding summoning conditions and negating it's effect. Your opponent then selects and Special Summons 1 monster of their choice from their deck, disregarding summoning conditions and negating it's effect. During your End Phase, Destroy all cards on the field. Return all cards to their respective decks and each player takes damage equal to 100x the cards returned to their respective decks. Both players shuffle their opponent's deck. Your opponent skips their Battle Phase next turn. With this card, not only are both players taking what may be massive damage, both players will now be playing card for card. Is there really a better way to turn the game around? A risky maneuver, yet if you are confident that you can draw the cards to win, it can be very effective. Needless to say, some duels won't even need to rely on that chance as you and/or your opponent may already be out of Life Points. Link to comment
