Heres how it works: Each player selects a monster from the Yugioh TCG. This monster must be level 4 or lower, and have either no more than 1000 attack or no more than 1000 defence. (Also note that it must actually BE a monster. None of this space ship crap.) You will venture over different worlds (field spell cards) on a mission to battle various monsters. On the way you must battle fierce bosses, face traps and conquer spells! Master your Attribute, and special abilities(if you have any)! As you go along you may have teams and I may lay out spells and traps in treasure chests for you to find.

Note that custom cards are not to be used here.

Also note that the higher you ATK, the stronger your Attack strength and the Higher you DEF, the higher your defensive strength and HP. Your HP is your defence x your level. However, A monster with higher ATK will not always beat a monster with lower ATK and DEF.

You can fight with
•Bare hands (or paws or tentacles or whatever)
•A power that is in the card text
•Weapons that appear in your monster's picture


Each person can only control 1 ONE monsters UNLESS an ally/familiar/pet appears on your card’s image. You can, however, team up with another player if you both agree to be a team.

•In every post while a battle is currently happening I will put everyones remaining HP in my posts. Your def x your lv=your starting hp.
I decide how much damage an attack does. When a battle ends and there is no longer any threat to your wellbeing, your HP is automatically restored.
•You may not say “I dodge”. You can however using an ABILITY to ATEMPT to dodge. I will decide whether you succeed.
•Upon reaching a major victory, you MAY level up to a monster ONE level higher than you(or the next level in a LV monster, like silent swordsman lv 3 -> silent swordsman lv5) and DIRECTLY related to you
•Feel free to argue with me, to a point, but at the end of the day, my word is final.
•All the obvious crap, no spamming, no flaming, nothing overtly offensive, follow all forum rules, yada yada yada
•I MAY integrate yugioh rules, such as a spell/traps speed over a monster ability into the game if I see fit
•When you die, you may either convince someone to respawn you with “monster reborn” or any other return from graveyard cards, or you may respawn by your self, at your starting level 4 monster, without any of your items.

please keep in mind that your character does not have access to this map. Just because you see [b]TREASURE HERE[/b] on a map doesn't mean that your character has any idea that that treasure is there. You may not “stumble over the treasure by accident. If there is treasure that you can stumble over by accident, it wont appear on this map.

NOTE added a clause for leveling up when you are a “LV” monster, so that you dont have to me 1 level higher, and added what happens when you die to the rules

as a DM, I no longer feel that my main character need be powerful or dominant, so Im switching from my nice mighty The Thing in the Crater over to the much weaker more annoying Bite Shoes. Note that most of the time Ill be controlling enemy monsters now, but I like to be able to randomly yell “Bite Shoes jumps out from behind a rock and latches onto your feet! Mwahaha"

I allready have the first plot ALLLL figured out btw, its gonna be amazing
