This is between me and Chedbonlahor. First to 3 votes wins a rep.

Requirements:

-Involve hands

My Card

During your End Phase, your opponent declares 1 Card Type. (Monster, Spell, Trap) If they call it right, inflict 500 damage to your Life Points. If they call it wrong, inflict 500 damage to their Life Points and remove the card from play. The card is returned to their hand during your next Standby Phase.

Chedbonlahor's Card

Place 1 Spell Counter on this card during each of your and your opponent's Standby Phases. When this card has 8 Spell Counters on it, destroy it and inflict 3000 as direct damage to both players' Life Points. When this card is activated each player discards or draws cards until both players have 4 cards in their respective hands. When a player holds 7 cards in their hand, inflict 1500 as direct damage to the opposing player's Life Points and destroy this card. As long as this card remains face-up on the field either player is permitted to select and activate any of the following effects during their turn:

-Pay 500 Life Points to discard 1 card at random from your opponent's hand

-Increase your Life Points by 500, your opponent must draw one card from their Deck

I think on Smesh's card something is missing... eh... you only declare a card type, but not the card that has to be picked (from your hand/your opponents hand maybe?). Anyways, regardless of that part, my vote goes to chedbonlahor.

I like the overall idea and the tactical situations it could provoke, though you should limit the use of that last effect to "once per turn". Since it works for both players, it could've also been a nice Field Spell... anyways: interesting idea, therefor my vote.

Alright, it's my turn to vote. I vote for Smesh because of 2 reasons:

1. Ched has some OCG errors

2. I think that Ched's card is OP'd because somebody is gonna lose at least 4500 life points, quite possibly more.

OMG you have read it incorrectly, the point of the card is that there are two outcomes:

1st outcome. Both players lose 3000 LP when the card has 8 spell counters the card is destroyed

2nd outcome. Either player takes 1500 LP when the other player draws 7 cards and the card is destroyed

only one of the outocmes can take place because the card is destroyed when one of the outcomes is reached

The point of the card is to use the added effects to steer the card into one outcome or the other at the cost of LP or cards themselves

Why did you vote if you clearly didnt understand the card itself, I just lost because you didnt read the card.

The phrase "somebody is gonna lose at least 4500 lifepoints" is completely incorrect.
