I've never seen/read Hetalia so I voted for some of the countries I'm interested in.
North Italy because it has the Veneto, Greece, the Roman Empire and Taiwan because she looks cute.
(I loled when I saw that Liechtenstein/Belgium/Monaco are in there and Luxembourg isn't xD but it's better this way, trust me :3)

i chose South Italy - been there and have lots of second cuzzinz there, it's mad, nice and peaceful heaps good having little fates and stuff in the small town
also Finland.........we had a gorguzly hot foreign exchange student from there at school
and the other one was because of the HRE or HER meaning the chik from finland that was hot....yea...fail
