Yoh watched Itsu run off and said,"Hey, girl!! What are you doing?!?" He turned back and said,"Stay here, I'm gonna get her outta there!" He started running towards Itsu, but then stopped and saw Itsu emitting a bright light. He stood there and said,"W-W-Whoa...what is goin' on with her?" He was unsure what just happened with this girl, but he knew that something was up and he knew that someone knew something about what was happening to her. [i]T-This day just keeps getting better and better.[/i] he thought sarcastically. [i]First that Densa-person shoots us with that gun and now this chick has a light emitting from her.[/i]

Shihiro nodded and rushed to Trixie. He materialized his sword and with several swift strokes cuts the chains and frees her. "Thank me later... now lets get the hell out of her!" Just before he was about to turn and run back to the stairway he caught sight of what transpired down below. The duel that was underway down below was getting intense. Both of them had summoned powerful monsters and engaged in a fierce clash. But what really shocked him was when Itsu tried to interfere. "No you idiot!" He shouted down at her. Of course his voice did not reach her. However what happened next baffled him for she actually stopped their attacks. "What the...?" immediately following her intervention and bright light erupted from her. This force Shihiro to sheild his eyes. He was astounded by her sudden display of power. [i]"Where is this power coming from?"[/i] He thought.

[Moderately_Friendly]

DJ took the blow from speeder. He had lost only 800 life points. Not to bad as compared to what would have happened with Twilight Thorn. [i] Hmm i gotta destroy that speeder like fast along with that twilight thorn.[/i] DJ thought. " My turn. I draw! I summon Crystal Beast Topaz Tiger.(1600 ATK) I activate my facedown known as Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy your facedown! I shall now attack Speeder with Topaz Tiger and your Twilight thorn with my sapphire pegasus. Ha! Take that." DJ said triumphantly as his two monsters rushed at Minerva's monsters.(Total damage 1200 Life Points.)
DJ then noticed the Dusk and wondered what it was. [i] What is that thing?[/i] DJ asked himself staring at it.
"I end my turn." DJ announced slightly.

Minerva was getting continuously annoyed with DJ's continuous destroying his face-downs. [i]I'll show him,[/i] he thought. "My turn, draw!" He declared. He had realized that DJ was giving in any openings for Minerva to summon The Superior of the In-Between. "I activate the Field Spell, The Castle That Never Was!" And suddenly the scenery changed. The floor turned marble white and it appeared they were standing in a courtyard floating high above the ground. "It increases the ATK of all XIII monsters I control by 500, and it has two other effects, but your continuous destroying my set cards renders those effects useless. Now, Twilight Thorn, go back to attack position." And the big monster went back into a standing position (ATK 2600 = 3100). "That's not the end of it, though. I now activate the Spell card, Call of Nothing. By paying 800 life points (LP 2000), I can Special Summon two Level 2 or lower monsters from my graveyard. Those monsters are U.F.O and Speeder."
And both monsters which were earlier sent to the graveyard appeared. "For some reason or another, you decided to ignore my Sorcerer. That was a big mistake. See, U.F.O is a Tuner monster. Do you know what that means....? Now, then! [i]A weapon lost from a battleship! One time or another, that weapon has to be used! That time is now! Synchro Summon! Gatling Ship![/i]" And then the two monsters just summoned disappeared in rings of black, and then replaced by what looked like Speeder, equipped with two large Gatling barrels (ATK 1600). "Now I tribute Sorcerer, for Gatling Ship has an effect. I can fire one monster at my opponent and inflict to that person half of the monster's defense. Well, Sorcerer's defense happens to be 2000, so I'll inflict 1000 points of damage onto you!" And then the barrels fired at DJ (DJ LP 4000). "Now then, Twilight Thorn, attack Sapphire Pegasus!"

The light finally faded, and several things had changed. Both of the combatants' monters were gone, along with the various thing covering their faces. "Paradox"'s mask was gone, revealing her scars, while Desna's sunglasses had shattered, uncovering red eyes underneath. But the most drastic change of all was Itsu's. In the place of her school uniform was a black and pink skintight suit with a pair of gloves, boots, and a miniskirt added in.
However, everyone attending suddenly remembered who "Paradox" and Desna were. Trixie gasped and wept when she saw "Paradox" and Desna, now that she remembered who they were. The others, sans Eria, remembered which side they were on, because [b][u]THEY REMEMBERED EVERYTHING.[/b][/u]

The Dusk just stared, although he was completely aware of what just happened. [font=Courier]So, bright ray girl, are you a fool?[/font] He asked 'Itsu'.

Protheus flew into a complete rage and screamed. He got up, picked up his desk, and threw it into the door, breaking it down. [color=gray][b]"DOES EVERYTHING HATE THE WAY I THINK?!"[/b][/color] He screamed. He was beyond-absolute over-total 120% mad. [color=gray][B]"BLAST EVERYTHING, DO IT ALREADY, BAST! I AM GETTING SICK OF THIS! PERHAPS TWO MORE PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY AWAKENED! I SHALL WAIT [i]ONE DAY[/i], BAST! IF YOU DON'T COME HERE IN [I]ONE DAY[/I], I SHALL DESTROY THIS ENTIRE WORLD, NEVER MIND THE POTENTIAL ARMY!"[/b][/color]

Bast saw the event, and slinked off to her master to report what happened. Jenny just smirked as she watched the goings-on, and tried to remain inconspicuous.
But something was happening to Itsu. She was in shock as she looked over her new appearance, looking at her gloves, her boots, and her outfit. She asked [color=#FF69B4]"What...what happened to me?!?"[/color]
Desna was intrigued. [color=#FF4500]"You mean you don't remember?"[/color]
[color=#FF69B4]"Remember what?"[/color]
"Paradox" started walking towards Itsu, scowling. [color=#FF0000]"Remember that you took my identity! Remember that you stole everyone I cared for!"[/color] She stood in front of Itsu, staring her in the eyes. [color=#FF0000]"Remember that I am the real Itsu Solace, and you are nothing more than an impostor!"[/color]

The Dusk had no actual grasp of the situation. All he knew is that the primary target, or 'bright ray girl', as he had decided to nickname her, had somehow changed clothes within the span of zero. All others had regained their true selves, or rather, awoken, and the name of bright ray girl, 'Itsu', turned out to be fake and that the real 'Itsu' is the one who was previously wearing the mask, and bright ray girl had taken real Itsu's identity. [font=courier]Now if you two are done, bright ray girl and true Itsu, I would like to ask of you to give back my master his true memories. I am honestly getting sick with my master unable to remember what we had earlier suffered through against that being inside the Lifestream. But that is up to you.[/font] He said, completely showing his presence.

"Itsu" started to cry. [color=#FF69B4]"This is just like my dreams! Now, something is going to happen to me! I'm going to be taken by either one of you, and I'll do something bad!"[/color]
[color=#FF0000]"Dreams? What are you talking about? You're nothing but an incomplete copy of me! You shouldn't have any memories!"[/color]
[color=#FF69B4]"But I do! I'm my own person!"[/color]
[color=#FF0000]"No, you aren't!"[/color]
[color=#FF69B4]"Yes, I am!"[/color]
Sadly, their bickering ignored the Dusk. Desna leaned back near the Dusk, pulled out a lighter and a pack of cigarettes, lit one, started soking it, and offered an unlit cigarette to the Nobody.

Bast jumped into the office window. [color=#FF1493]"Master! I have important news!"[/color]

The Dusk just shook his head, refusing it.

Protheus just muttered to himself and sat down, as if he didn't just take down the door with a desk. [color=gray]"What is it, [i]Bast[/i]?! Can't you see I'm releasing my anger on the door for Bas-.....Oh. What is this important news? I could sense two people awakening but I have no idea who they are. I could earlier sense...those two.....fighting, and that third one doing something....but other than that, I know nothing. What's the news?"[/color]

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

Bast kneels in front of her master and explains the situation. [color=#FF69B4]"Master, the fake Itsu has been denounced, the real Itsu started a fight with Desna, who decided to target the fake for some reason and subsequently destroyed half of the city in the process, and all three of them have caused a mass Awakening in the Square, though not neccesarily in that order."[/color]

Desna puts the cig back in the pack as he kicks back and watches the two Itsus b***h at each other. [color=#FF4500]"So, what was your past life like? First off, were you a guy or a girl?"[/color]

[color=gray]"The city is the least of my problems."[/color] Protheus said. [color=gray]"What's important is that mass Awakening. Who were the ones awoken?"[/color]

[font=Courier]I remember being male. I do not remember a lot from my previous life.[/font] The Dusk said. [font=Courier]In my previous life, Duel Monsters didn't exist, and weren't the center of the universe, or multiverse, as I soon found out. Instead, battles were.[/font]

Eria could feel that something had happened. As she opened her eyes, the true forms of 'Itsu' and Paradox were revealed. Was this Desna's goal? She looked around the nearby area and saw that most of the people looking upon the scene in the central square. With what just happened here, she would not be surprised if they were all awakened now.

Things just got complicated.

For now, Eria focused on the argument in front of her between the two Itsus. She found the fact that the true Itsu was belittling the false Itsu as nothing more than a copy; not even a person. The fake has her memories of the time spent in this false world, right? Things would be tough for her, and the last thing she needs is to have the original belittle her.

So Eria took action. "HEY!" she yelled out as she ran forward to the pair. "STOP ARGUING!" Once she got their attention she stood next to the false Itsu and looked the true one in the eye as she began her rant. "This one is not Itsu. You are really Itsu. Okay, we know that." As she spoke her normally calm voice began to break up. "But this one here is her own person. She is not Itsu, but I will not sit here and listen to you call her names that shun her existence. The fact that her memories can be shaped by her experiences is proof that she is alive and a unique being, and I will not stand to have anyone's life belittled like that!"

Shihiro still stood atop the building and heard everything they said down below. The truth that the Itsu he knew and befriended was in fact an impostor proved to be a revelation he tried not to believe. However his intuition knew it to be true and he had no choice. He clenched his Katana in anger when he heard Desna belittling Itsu and denouncing her existence. Just as he was about to jump down from the roof now that there was no need to hide his power, Eria stood up and defended the fake Itsu first. He smirked and shouted as he jumped off "WELL SAID, ERIA!!!" He fell for a few seconds before landing to the ground on one knee. A normal person would have died from such a fall, but Shihiro was no ordinary person. He stood up and glared at Desna and Paradox; his forehead glowed with the green seal of the Six Samurai. "Even though the Itsu I know is a fake, even though she wasn't meant to exist, she exists here and now nonetheless as an individual!" He raised his katana and pointed it at them. "This Itsu is my friend and I will not tolerate those who belittle my friends!"

The real Itsu was a bit dumbstruck. [color=#FF0000]"Hmph. I guess the second layer of sealing hasn't been removed yet. Even I can faintly remember what she did to all of us. But you two are wrong! Do you want to know why she suddenly glowed and turned into this? Because she-"[/color]
Itsu was suddenly punched by Trixie, who had just come down the stairs.
[color=#FF0000]"Trixie...my trusted lieutenant...why?"[/color]
[color=#0000CD]"Because you're wrong. I may remember everything we went through, but I also remember all of the good times I had with that girl. I called both of you my best friend, and I honor my friends! You know that as well as I do!"[/color] Trixie turned to the others. [color=#0000CD]"And you all have your memories of this world as well! You remember all of the good times we had with this version of Itsu! Maybe it was a lie, an illusion, a deception, but we were still able to work together and fine peace! Why can't we keep it like that? Why do we have to continue fighting?"[/color]

Bast told Protheus those that had been awakened.

Haseo got up after the light had shined and his memory had been restored, he looked at the cloths he was wearing and shuttered as a dark mist surrounded his body and his cloths were changed to a variant of what Jesse was wearing when he was possessed by Yubel only it doesn't have the mechanical parts. [color=blue]What the F&@# happened to me.[/color] He looked around and remembered seeing the real Itsu's face somewhere before, he snapped his fingers when he realized it, [color=blue]Your Itsu right, Yami told me about you only the picture he showed me didn't have... so many scars, so mind telling me whats going on.[/color] Haseo had technically been neutral and it appeared to be helping him stay focused and keep his emotions in check mostly, though 1 thing could easily send him into a rage.

Shihiro listened to what the real Itsu said. He was deeply curious by what she meant by 'the second layer of sealing'. Just then, Trixie appear from out of the building and ran up to her; punching her before she could explain any further. While shocked at first, he then found out that she was her lieutenant apparently. [i]"Lieutenant...?"[/i] As he listened to Trixie, he couldn't help but feel sympathetic. He let down his katana and walked toward them. "You're right, Trixie. I can understand how you feel... but apparently we're at war with whoever started this sick little game... and I have a pretty good idea who's responsible. Does the name Protheus ring any bells? He was responsible for the destruction of... my world." He clenched his Katana with anger as he spoke those last two words. "My memories were awakened when he tried to destroy me in a duel... so tell me: are you connected with him Real Itsu...?"

Itsu chuckled. [color=#FF0000]"Sadly, yes. We're the ones who started this war in the first place."[/color] She extended her hand to the others. [color=#FF0000]"Come with me, and I will show you what I can of this conflict. Sadly, I can only go to what I remember, and even I don't remember everything."[/color]
Trixie grudgingly placed her hand in Itsu's. [color=#0000CD]"I...I still trust you..."[/color]
The fake Itsu put her hand in Itsu's as well. [color=#FF69B4]"I don't know what happened, but I want to come as well!"[/color]
Itsu looked at the rest of those standing in front of her. [color=#FF0000]"Any other takers for this fantastic voyage?"[/color]

[Barian Warlord]

Haseo shrugged his shoulders and headed towards the real Itsu, [color=blue]Yami asked me that if I ever came across you that I should give you a hand so I'm in, and aren't you like Protheus' arch nemesis or something, and wait [b]Densa[/b] now I remember you were in that WRPG Infinity thing weren't you I thought I knew you from somewhere.[/color] Haseo was surprised when he remembered that event, it seemed like he was connecting memories between people he'd met and was pissed that he still had some gaps in his memories and that he still hadn't gotten [b]that[/b].

Shihiro was hesitant in answering her offer. Understandably he couldn't completely trust her for barely knew her. however she didn't feel evil like Protheus. Quite the opposite in fact. If so then she was indeed his arch nemesis and ultimately a powerful ally. "Don't take this the wrong way, but I don't completely trust you yet, Real Itsu, however an enemy of my enemy is my friend." He took several steps toward her. "If Protheus is your enemy, then our goals our the same." He brandished his katana duel disk. "This deck and this blade carry the souls of my people, and they cry out for vengeance. Only until Protheus is defeated can they truly rest in peace." He lets down his arm and holds out the other. "I accept your offer."

Protheus sat quiet for a moment. [color=gray]"Haseo was the person who entered the WRPG Infinity when I was still in a million soul pieces. He was averagely strong, but he knows more than the average person about about the identities of her....and me. And then there's Trixie..... Things are getting out of hand......"[/color]

Minerva watched as his XIII Nobody Cruiser (DEF 5000) crashed all around him (LP 0). "How could this be? I lost?" He asked himself. His head felt a sharp pain as he looked at the card DJ used to destroy it for some reason. "You're a good duelist, Mr. Kaiba, but you only won because I failed to draw my Superior of the In-Between. If ever we were to duel again, I would win for sure." And he turned and walked away, but for some reason his head was hurting a lot.

[font=Courier]I wish to know what caused all these jumbled up and false memories.[/font] The Dusk said to Itsu. [font=Courier]My master can wait.[/font]

"The truth behind the conflict..." Eria mused to herself. She seemed downcast and did not look at the group for awhile. She was sure that most of the people would want to kill her if they learned the truth. No - it'd be more like merely getting rid of Protheus' magic battery. She hesitated, especially after Shihiro declared his hatred for Protheus. But her creator clearly made her to be used by Protheus... but why? Her creator seemed to believe he was right for helping Protheus, even when he died. At the very least, she planned to ask him herself.

However, she was always taught that the truth was the most important thing of all. And here was someone offering to show her 'truth'. She would have had been insane to decline, so Eria walked towards Paradox - or Itsu as she should probably be called now - and placed her hand with the others. "I am willing to see the truth, no matter the risk," she said, with perhaps only Itsu herself knowing what she meant.

She then turned to the false Itsu. "Since both of you are called 'Itsu'," Eria said, before turning back to the true one. "Could one of you come up with a different name?" She turned back to the false Itsu. "Calling you Fake-Itsu or Not-Itsu is in bad taste, I think."

[font=Courier]It's up to you people. I'm not the very creative one in names.[/font] The Dusk said after hearing Eria. He didn't think it was necessary, but that didn't matter. [font=courier]I don't really care what we should call her now. I call her bright ray girl, but if you like, I can shorten that to just Rei.[/font]

Itsu snickered. [color=#FF0000]"I agree. 'Rei', in Japanese, means 'Zero'. Fitting for someone who doesn't exist."[/color]
[color=#FF69B4]"What do you mean I don't exist?!?"[/color] The false Itsu snapped.
[color=#FF0000]"I want all of you to think long and hard about whether you remember our good friend during the war."[/color]
Trixie thought for a moment, and gasped. [color=#0000CD]"You're right! I remember her as clear as day in my false memories, but in the real ones, I've never seen her!"[/color]

[font=Courier]Are not thinking correctly. I shall assume that your mind is covered with anger and those scars of yours are related to bright ray girl....Rei. Think straight. She may probably be some evil person, but right now, she is still thinking false, and as long as that is, she is a different person from that which has caused you anger.[/font]
