As Samuel contemplated his animal, ready to rip the Shadow Girl; or in fact absorb her, if she was actually made of Pure Dark Energy; when the whole damn surroundings were gone! No more damn darkness, no more inclination, but the fresh, cold air of high altitude.
[i]Huh. A smart one. To think that a Water Caster is affected by cold. I thought she was smarter. Oh well. Adowds, can you do anything about us falling to death? [/i][color="#0000FF"][i]I am afraid not, Master. Wait. There is your staff. Command it into its winged form, and ride it![/i] [/color][i]That will serve quite its purpose. My dear, will you please become big and monstrous for me?[/i]
As Samuel commanded, the animal grew in shape, grew its wings, and glided down as to pick up his master and his Spirit. The three of them didn't look at Nakouna and Zain as they descended.

As they reached the floor, Samuel and Adowds got back down from the thing's back, as it shrank to become the pitch-black monstrosity it had been minutes before.
They all suddenly heard the Shadow Girl shout something about the beast. "Heh, you got some reputation now, it seems. But had you in fact touched her, her fate would have been much worse... now, what kind of Spell did you get up there? Show it to me, dear."
Obeying his Master's Command, the beast roared in reply to the Girl's comment, a few minutes later. The single eye glowed red, and the beast flattened to the ground. At first, nothing happened, but then the shadow divided into two. One of the shadows vanished...

...reappearing next to Nakouna and Zain.

Nakouna sensed a Very powerful Energy Near them, She giggled as a part of Zain's Shadow flew into Zain's hand, Turning into a large Sword, Then another part of Zain's Shadow turns into a Spear and shoots at the shadow that recently appeared near her, She knew that it wasn't a very good thing seeing a shadow appear out in the middle of nowhere, or in her case, Sensing it, She sighed and Projected her thoughts outward "Is that the best you can do you Retard"

Samuel stared blankly at the seemingly liquid shadow at his feet. Without a warning, a spear headed straight for his head. It was too fast to avoid it now. Though he stayed in the exact same position. The spear hit the Ice Mask. They both shattered.
[i]Hmmm... They are likely to know it's a portal after this. I suppose I should be jumping in... no not yet. Adowds. Shoot at it. [/i][color="#0000FF"][i]With pleasure, master.[/i][/color]
Adowds transformed into rifle, leaving the armour on the floor. Samuel picked him up and slowly chanted: "[i]Memory Shot.[/i]". He then fired at the blackness pond.

The bullet emerged on the other side, straight for Zain's forehead.

Nakouna shouted "Disperse!" At which the Fused body of Zain and Nakouna Split into 10, and very easily dodged the memory shot, At which she sensed where Samuel was, and all 10 pieces of the Zain/Nakouna shot into the Shadow. As she came out the other side, She came out with Zain's Body as a whole and Punched Samuel in the face very fast, She then Flew outward and shot into a Shadow near Samuel. She felt Despair cause she knew her spell was wearing down, but at least she felt enlightened in the process.

Samuel fell back with the punch. He cursed his luck the mask having shattered before time.
[i]How lowly! A punch on the face from nowhere? [b]I[/b] was going to do that! Okay, I guess I can still kill him with my staff. They still haven't seen the other use of the Spell my dear just used.[/i]
As Samuel waved his hand up in the floor, the shadow far, far away sank into itself, causing a paradox and this making the other shadow bigger and bigger. As Samuel turned the fingers in his hand to fists, the liquid stopped. Then it reshaped as a monstrous, 15 feet tall Dragon, black coloured. Samuel offered it a hand splashed in blue aura. It must have been a really compressed one, for when the beast absorbed it, it flashed into its blue colour again. As it twisted its neck upwards, it let the monstrous roar you'd hear from a Dragon in a Video Game. But then Bike-sized Ice shards began forming in the sky. Then they rained.

Sinju appeared silently, and unnoticed. "[color="#FF0000"]What the.......[/color]" It thought confused, looking at the massive bike-sized ice blocks raining from the sky. It growled lowly. "[color="#FF0000"]Shadow Pulse![/color]" It growled. A large ring of darkness formed in front of Sinju, and it shot it at some of the bike sized ice blocks, causing them to shatter instantly. It then telepathed it's mistress. "[color="#FF0000"][i]Asiko, I need you now! Samuel has conjured up some hideous dragon, and it's now raining ice blocks the size of bikes![/i][/color]"

Samuel looked around, and noticed the beast which just casted the Spell. So did his Dragon. Its single eye focused on it, and then roared. The shattered Ice Spikes regenerated, and flew straight for Sinju.

Sinju had missed some ice blocks that were aimed at Nakouna/Zain, but that wasn't needed, She giggled as she casted her Shadow Damage Ratio Charm, and She grabbed the Entire Shadow of Some of the Ice blocks, Causing them to shatter instantly. With that done, She broke each shadow and formed each piece of shadow she got into Spears. She flew upward and as she begun to throw them, She muttered "Varasu Eitu Veirda Tieka!" at which She threw all at least 50 Spears at Samuel and Jeriga, but they Shattered in midair, Creating many Sharp projectiles.

Asiko listened to Sinju's telepathic message. "Great!" She muttered. "Even though I now know roughly where they are, it'd take me a while to get there." Thinking about it, she ran to the library, and flicked through a couple of books. "NO, no, no, no, no, no..... There has to be something relatively easy I can learn from here that can get me there quicker!" She picked up another book. "Dark Transport spells... Perfect." She flicked through the book. "too hard, too hard.... ah, here's one!" She read it to herself. " Dark Flight. This spell can transport you short distances, via flight. You gain control temporaraily of an animal of flight. This animal is then slightly mutated to fit requirements. Usually only lasts about 10 kilometres, or 5 minutes.
To perform this spell, you need to be able to concentrate, and have a bird or animal of flight nearby. With a small jet of darkness, create reins on this animal, calling out Dark Flight at the same time. The reins will then mutate your animal of flight so that it is large enough for you to fly on. Note: The bigger the bird, or the bigger the bird is mutated, the harder the spell is to perform." Asiko smiled, closing the book, then frowned. "I hope I can perform this..."

Samuel growled a little, taking a quick look at the Dark Spears. He looked flatly at the Shadow Girl, which was now fused with Zain, and told them: "You just won't learn, do you?" A faint smile flickered in his face. He moved on of his arms a bit, and the behemothly Jeriga was in the Projectiles' way. It absorbed them all. The beast then turned black, but shiny black. It flew upwards, until disappearing from view. A spare second later, the sky Darkened. It was not pitch black, but every single shadow on the ground disappeared. Oddly, water began springing from the floor. "Your abilities are useless. What are you going to do now, in my element? [sub]Waving...[/sub][i] [/i][b][i]Disaster.[/i][/b]"

Nakouna giggles and said "Wrong thing to do F@gstaff" She Grinned evilly and simply snapped her fingers, Suddenly, Jeriga Started to Glow Scarlet from the Inside, All the Projectiles absorbed by Jeriga Gave off a Scarlet shine that was so powerful, that it shone from inside Jeriga and could be seen from outside, Gathering near the Center of Jeriga, a few seconds later, Nakouna Clenched her fist and Jeriga's Chest exploded, Spraying Scarlet Shards at Samuel and possibly wounding Jeriga very badly.

As the crimson lightnings headed for him, Samuel waved both arms up, and the Water at everyone's feet, now to their heels, rose as a wall and froze, which exploded when they came to him. The shards shot at Samuel and struck him. But Samuel absorbed them, and healed from the punches before. Some Water came from the floor and formed the Black Ice Mask on Samuel's face. A few seconds later, the gigantic corpse of Jeriga crashed on the Water, generating a hole to be filled with Water and releasing a tall column of Water. It froze, and Samuel was raised by the waves below his feet up to the pedestal. "Ah, the perfect place to look at my Masterpiece. Let the show... begin." Samuel moved his arms directing his evil Orchestra, and his music played. The water below rose in pillars, high up, until reaching Samuel's height. Right there, they rushed and charged at the closest target, except it being Samuel.

Nakouna then looked around and tried to find where the Crappy music is coming from, and said "Crappy choice of music you have there eh?" but suddenly, Zain and Nakouna Shot out of the way of the water, but after a few Darts out of the way, She dove into the ground, as the ground was covered in 1 giant shadow, Her Fusion spell wore off while inside the shadow, As the spell wore off, Zain had fallen into a slight coma, due to the fact he was inside a shadow, but after knocking him out of the coma, she put Zain wherever Samuel couldn't find him, Then she returned to the battlefield Saying, "The Music May be crappy, But i have to thank you though, Darkening this area has possibly brought me a massive amount of knowledge...

"Knowledge, my ass! As long as the music is in the air, and this mask is on my face, you are not safe! You could now consider all water around you a large [i]Memory Shot[/i]." The last words echoed, as his music changed its pace. [url="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8BsftDuGkM4"][color="#000000"]No. The music itself had changed.[/color][/url] It now sounded more ominous, and a chorus was heard as if in the distance. The water on the floor rose in a turmoil. It whipped repeatedly at the Shadow Girl, each time realeasing drops which headed for her head. "If any of those drops actually lands on your forehead, you might as well consider yourself dead." Samuel laughed highly, maniacally.

Nakouna Bared her Fangs, she then said "actually, Not true" as she dispersed, easily dodging each and every drop as it shot at her, She said "You don't know what i truly am, and knowing can give you nightmares.." Diving into a Shadow, She felt Enlightened again, but it was a counterspell rather than an offensive one. She then popped out of the Shadow and shot at Samuel, with a black Sword in hand, getting ready to Slice at him with massive power.

As the music played and Samuel gestured, directing it; a Wall of Water just rose and stopped the girl, as if it had been a coincidence. But no. The tides were being manipulated. The sky soared in black clouds as Thunder resounded. Nothing would stop this wicked Symphony. Not while there were instruments to keep it playing.

Samuel turned slightly, at the incoming attacker. "No... it is [i]you[/i] who doesn't know about me. My past.... is not one you could call happy. My age... is actually not really certain. But is is also you who is not listening. Just take a second to listen. This music narrates my life. Its agonies, depression, my thoughts... all of it. I think we have more in common than you expect. Perhaps we could take a break and listen to eachother."

Samuel gestured both hands into a fist, and the music came to a sudden stop. The sky cleared, the water drained through the floor as mysteriously as it had first appeared. The Ice Mask on his face shattered. Adowds reshaped and flew towards Samuel. The corpse of Jeriga retracted into Staff form. Samuel sat down and offered a hand to Nakouna. "...Will you listen?"

Nakouna then said "Then we have something in common..." at which she took Samuel's hand and said "Lets get to somewhere private, i've had enough fighting for today.... [i]Tarakua Teivara Sariva Tasukarata[/i]!" at which she had turned into the Raven form and Absorbed Samuel, Adowds, and Jeriga into her and flew off....

Inside Nakouna, She and Samuel were in the same positions as before they were absorbed "I had to take this into my own hands cause i was wanting to sleep and you guys had to interrupt it, but i really don't mind, i require little sleep, it's well...." before she could continue, daybreak ensued, she dipped down near the ground before the sun rose from the night, Dispelling her Raven form and dropping everyone a very small drop onto the ground, before the sun could fully rise, She put on a traveller's Cloak made of her Dark energy. she then said "dammit, Daytime, it fcking hurts me".

Samuel looked quite unbelievably as Nakouna actually stopped and trusted him. [i]I now know her weakness. Light is her enemy. Perhaps, if this little... 'relationship' I might call it? Works right, I have my means of eliminating her. But right now, I do enjoy her company, and she could prove a worthy ally.[/i]
But outside his mind, his face was worried about something else. Nakouna had fainted, and she was on the floor. She had put on a coat, and lied down on the ground. Samuel stood up, hold Jeriga up to the sky, and the staff flew off. The sky blackened once more. "There," Samuel said kindly, softly; looking at Nakouna with understanding eyes, "that should fix your light problem, right? I hope I can learn a bit about this wonderful composition's backstory."

Nakouna woke up as the pain receded, She got up and said "Lets get to some shelter, then we'll talk about that" So at that she looked around on the Hilly plains and found a cave, at which she guided Samuel inside the cave, at which she said "i wish i knew a spell that allowed me to filter certain shades of light, then i could be covered in the one kind of light that makes me much stronger, producing Scarlet light is not enough to counter my weakness". she said this afterward "It would be better if i let you see my past for yourself" at which she put her hand on Samuel's Forehead and muttered "Neytira Vetra Tsouver"...

both Nakouna's and Samuel's Eyes Glowed Scarlet as Most of Nakouna's past flowed into Samuel, of how she was human, of how her parents were Slaughtered by Light wizards, Of even how she got her abilities and even learned to control them, and even of her own weakness, though it was freshly demonstrated.

Samuel meekly followed the Girl into the cave, and comprehensively listened to all she had to say. When her memories were onto him, Samuel sat down and exclaimed: "Wow; that was quite a shady past. I might be able to explain my own story, but I take it would be more fancy if I just showed it to you..." He motioned his hand and pointed it at a puddle. He then chanted, and said it in a voice as for Nakouna to hear it; "[i]Memory Shot.[/i]" The water in the puddle rose, glowed in a faint light. Samuel gently, swiftly made this water go through his own skull and brain, selecting memories. He would show her how his parents had died and were locked in him. He would [i]not[/i], however, warn her about the power this gave to him. He would tell her [i]how[/i] he got imprisoned by the School's Chancellor, and would tell her how unfair this had been. Though he'd [i]not[/i] show her why was this actually carried out. He would show her how the hourglasses of reality moved differently. What did he do with his time. What did Adowds' Shell consist of. He would still conceal how as Jeriga created, though.

After the memories were selected, all in a spare second, the water string came out of Samuel's nape, and slowly entered through Nakouna's. All of it slideshowed through [i]her[/i] head now.

as Samuel's Memories flowed into Nakouna's Mind, she looked and looked through each and every memory that Samuel had shown him, starting with how his parents died and recognized their eyes, because of how complex her form is, she had interpretted that his parents were also murdered by someone afflicted with some sort of Possession spell. as for the Imprisoning, she was not easily swayed, she had to know why that happened, As for what he did in his spare time, it was blurred so badly that she couldn't see it and as for Adowds's armor, she already knew what it was made out of, Some sort of magic steel. The Memory shot then shot out of Nakouna's head, Turned black, then exploded, Dispersing into 10 pieces that all shot back into Samuel's head, which in turn, gave his memories back to him, with an Incantation as well, "Tesua Via Datu". With that she said "Your Spell has 1 flaw, which is that a Human's Memories cannot be interpreted well by a half-spirit as i am, and Vice versa. Your spell cannot make the your memories interpretable by me, but i can explain a few of your memories, i think... Your parents were murdered by some victim of a possession spell?"

A false tear fell from Samuel's left eye as he sank his head in his arms, while sitting on a stone inside the cave. He began to weep silently. "...Yes," he replied, half drowned in his voice, "a quite unusual Dark Spell. My parents are both still with me; but are now my necklace and the medal stuck to my book. It's over there, if you want to take a read of it." Samuel, without raising his head, pointed at the book at his feet. "It is not a good read, though. There are only 3 Spells in there, two of them you have already seen. The third one might even be used by yourself." Samuel sobbed, and raised his head, cleaning the tear down his cheek. He offered Nakouna a smile. "...perhaps, if you have enough time, I can explain to you my memories left unclear in your thoughts. A composition must be head complete to be worth listening." [i]Heh heh... What kind of crap am I speaking about?[/i]

Simple![/i] Ethan had been studying geological samples in the cave when Samuel and Nakouna entered, well, at least that's what he knew their names to be, after all they [b][i]where[/i][/b] pretty popular gossip subjects for some of Ethan's acquaintances, and from the information Ethan had, Samuel tried to rape a fellow student [b][i]in class[/i][/b]
[i]Wow, this dude can really cry! I hope Nakouna knows he's faking![/i] Ethan thought anxiously, [i]If she doesn't, then I've got to do something![/i]
"Instant Forge" Ethan murmured, he imagined himself holding a fiberglass re-curve bow and protective padding. As he concentrated, his imagination became reality, with iron filling the spaces he imagined the bow in his hands.
"Now for some arrows," Ethan imagined a broad-tipped arrow strung in his iron thread bow string, and soon enough, it appeared. With some difficulty, Ethan pulled the bowstring as far back as he physically could, aimed at Samuel, and fired...

Nakouna grabbed the arrow just before it reached Samuel, at which she giggled and absorbed the arrow and she said "that was weird, i thought this cave was empty" at which she had seen Ethan in the darkness, She giggled again and dove into the shadows, Then shot into Ethan's shadow, She had also felt Enlightened as she was present inside Ethan's Shadow, but she did not want to use the incantation right now, she would end up using it when the time comes, but untill then, she wanted to enjoy the moment of peace, so then, she jumped out of Ethan's shadow, absorbing him as well, and using her Traveler's form, She looked and sensed where the academy was at and rushed toward it as fast as possible.

Zain woke up and looked around. "How the f*ck did I get here?" He was in his dorm, lying on his bed. "Agh....the last thing I remember was fighting Samuel, and Nakouna was fused with me.....or was that just a dream?" He walked up to his mirror and looked at it, making sure that he was himself, and not in the fused state from his memories. He sighed as he walked out his dorm and to the common room, finding the door laying on the ground, ripped from it's hinges. "I guess the battle did happen....in that case, what happened? How did I get here? And where the hell is Nakouna?" He asked himself all of these questions, although he didn't expect an answer. Sighing again, he sat back down in the chair and started to read again, like he had done hours ago.
