Zain closed the book sharply as he finished reading it for the fourth time. "There's no other archaic spell in here, or complete ones, I should say. They're all either too faded or incomplete." He sighed as he put his spell book in his back pocket and stood up, soon realizing how much time had passed since he had first sat down. Man, I really need to find something better to do in my free time. But if that dream I had last nigh was real I guess I would.... He sighed as he started to vividly remember the dream. The dance with Kiruha, her leaning in at the end of the song and holding her close, her lips almost touching hers. I doubt she has feelings for me outside of my dreams though..... He began to slowly walk down the long, dimly lit dark wing past the doors to the other student's dorms, thinking solemn thoughts as he traveled to his own room.

"Well, girl, it seems as though you're arrogant," Schubals said to Nakouna, "That's decent enough. But, of course, all that bravado will get you nowhere. Because by the looks of it, you're almost dead. See? even the curse I placed on you is starting to disperse!" Schubals laughed as he watched the dark-infested Nakouna become the pale, scared girl he remembered years ago. "And just because you tried to destroy my legs with one of your scarlet spells, doesn't mean you succeeded. My legs, my real legs, were destroyed on the sea years ago. I have robotic prosthetics now. Now, about unfinished business..." Schubals pulled a knife from out of his back pocket, "I think I have a lot." He raised the knife to kill Nakouna.
"Schubals! Отмена района!" All of a sudden, the Punishment Heaven area was dispersed. Nakouna's darkness returned almost instantly. "I'm sorry about that. But I've been expecting you. Come with me to my chamber." Henry, the castle's owner, led them to his chamber, where an eloquent banquet was laid out on a white tablecloth. Every dish imaginable was here.
"I assume you'd think this might be a trap. Don't worry. Nakouna, right? I knew your father. Very closely, actually. And you, Samuel. I assume you hate me, am I right? No need. Come, eat your heart out. When you're finished, I'll need to talk to you, then I can return you to the academy. Is that alright?"

---Meanwhile---

Kiruha was walking away from Zain's dorm room. She had knocked a few times and waited, but had no reply. She had begun to walk away, but then heard someone's footsteps behind her. She turned around, and saw Zain though the darkness.
"Zain!" she cried out. "Zain, I saw you! In... in a dream. We... um... "

Zain's trail of thought was interupted by the sound of Kiruha's voice. Looking up at her, he smiled slightly, but started to get suspicious when he heard her not finish the sentence, wondering why she didn't just say what happened. There's no way she had the same dream I had last night, is there?. . . . "We what?. . . ." he asked as he walked up to her, wanting to see what happened in her dream before he revealed to her he had one with her in it too, to see if he should or not.

Nakouna Glared at Henry and spoke "Tou "Fukd" Duovar Karaku Eiviel Navardk... Ei Viersk Ou Kurduri Fouku Ein te Shakous...(Your "Food" will never satisfy me... I thirst for Knowledge found in the shadows...)" and she turned and glared at Schubals "...Eid Te Bruko ouf te ounokus oud mei Firikuso!(...And the blood of the Killers of my Family!)" but she knew whoever spoke to her was, She laughed a little as she turned around to face Henry and said "So.. you were the one i was looking for... before that fragment came to me... the one that held the soul of my mother....." it was getting harder for Nakouna to hold her form from the lack of the shards from the shadows, she wondered about the room she was being showed to, she stepped inside only a little, and the Shadows of the room started shimmering like a Starry Night sky, she found it easier to hold up her form, but she did not need to use her form anymore, Suddenly, The shadows whispered loudly in a language that was only recognized by Nakouna, an Incantation that returned her into her Normal form, but she kneeled and Panted, She heard whispers in her ears that overlapped, making it hard for her to hear...

Samuel was, without a warning, sucked up into Nakouna. Again. To his amazed relief, his arm and legs were perfectly fine now, he could move with superb ease, even better than before, even. As he turned his head, Samuel noticed that Adowds and Jeriga were inside, too. "What the hell is this the meaning of, Samuel?! Why do we keep being sucked up by this idiot little b*tch? Why not rip her apart?" Insane laugher escaped from Jeriga, thus upsetting Adowds. "Silence, animal. You know perfectly well that she can hear every single thing we say while in here. Be respectful to your host." "Impressively said, Adowds." Samuel glared at Adowds in approval, with a slight clap; then at Jeriga in contempt. "You, dear, should start behaving. We never knew what is she capable of while we are in here..." Samuel looked up, as expecting the answer to come from the void above; "...but I advise, Nakouna, that you trust not Henry. He'll deceive you into his room, and then screw you up. Now let me out."
As Samuel noticed that his pet was corroding the floor it was standing in, Samuel commanded it to retreat back into staff form, to which it meekly submitted. After that, Samuel patiently sat, waiting for Nakouna to reply.

Suddenly, his surroundings started to shatter.

Nakouna then focused, the whispers were starting to overwhelm her, She momentarily lost control of her powers to a degree, Throwing everyone that was inside her body out, then her eyes had changed, Instead of there being a regular Pupil, the Pupil became Triangular, then the whispers in the shadows told her a warning, The Shadows Spoke to her "Nakouna... They are coming!", She glared at the shadows until she looked at one particular one in the room, that had glowed scarlet, She growled in a manner of a wolf and jumped inside the shadow that glowed scarlet...

inside the shadow, She Stared down another Creature, This time, A Giant Black Spider with 6 legs instead of 8....

 • 2 weeks later...
"I'd rather wait until Nakouna returns from her shadow. Anyways, it's about our arrival at the school. It's nothing against the school, but what's inside the school. I assume you've heard rumors from upper-classmen?"

--At the Academy, in the Dark Wing--

"Well, I-- we... we were dancing to some music... I don't know where it was coming from and we... I... I leaned closer..." As Kiruha spoke, she began to act out her dream, leaning closer, and closer to Zain. She closed her eyes and let her lips make contact.

Nakouna's eyes turned a deep scarlet, her battle had just began, she muttered "Pentara Viellre!" as she divided into 5, a Pentagram formed in between the clones, the pentagram fired a large laser at the Spider, it was so powerful, it caused all the shadows in the room to glow a Brilliant scarlet. The laser hit, taking out half of it's Legs and it's Body, it also tore a void in the room that remained black like a typical shadow, "tsk tsk tsk" she had said "You should never underestimate my power!", at which she jumped out of the void in time to get back in the conversation, She absorbed the 6-legged spider as well...

Zain was shocked by the fact that she was kissing him. She actualy has feelings for me? he thought as closed his eyes and began to kiss her back, I never would have thought that she would.......And how did we both have the same dream? I mean, thats nearly impossible..... Pushing his thoughts aside he let himself get caught up in the moment as he wrapped his arms around her, holding her close and hoping the moment would never end as they continued to kiss......

After waiting a while, with some idle chatter with Samuel, Henry noticed that Nakouna had returned. "Ah, I see you're finished. I hope you found whatever it was you needed. Now, about our arrival... Have you heard any rumors or stories from the upperclassmen?" Both characters shook their heads. "Well, I'll tell you. It is told, that in the academy's dimension, a portal lies there as well. Many believe the academy is on top of it. Now, the portal will only open to those with great power and a clean heart and spirit. Behind that door, it is said that the power of the entire universe lies. There, untold stories, powers, riches beyond your wildest dreams. It is even said that you can undo death. So, we've sent some of our members. Apparently, they haven't been all too sane, but we'll keep trying."

~~At the Academy~~

Kiruha stayed there for longer than she can imagine. She hoped that the moment could last forever. But it didn't. Sir Raven stepped into the Common Room.
"Why are you still up?"
Kiruha pulled away quickly, and began to nervously try to answer. "Well, I .... we... it was..."
"Return to your room, Miss Irami. As for you, Zain, do you have anything to add?"

Samuel had pretended to maintain a conversation. But as Nakouna re-entered the chamber, Henry dismissed him and changed Topic. He spoke of a way to return to the Academy. At first, Samuel's head hesitated whether he actually wanted to go back there. The sudden revelations, his previous episodes of interaction with and in relation to Academy students -particularly Zain-, and the moral conflict of travelling beside the person who killed his parents; made it nearly impossible to take the recently revealed path. But then, as Samuel heard the words, he decided it was impossible. "a clean heart and spirit." He did not possess either of them. His intentions were never good to begin with, and even when he changed course, he had killed many of the guards who tried to stop him. In no sense would Samuel be able to go through it.

This turmoil of though was reflected in Samuel's look, and his constant and nervous glare at both Nakouna and Henry.

Adowds and Jeriga, meanwhile; were searching for something in the room. While Adowds schemed through the bookshelves, Jeriga nervously bit random objects throughout the room, slightly changing color when doing so.

Nakouna then said to Henry "I have heard of that rumor from my mother when she was alive, as well as my father, but at the time, we had something we had been happy with for a really long time..." Nakouna sighed "it was an artifact known as Eiriezu's Eye... I hadn't known my purpose with this curse when I had it at first.... but now I know.... I will not be able to leave this place until all the shards here are collected... They hide in the shadows....."

"Well, I'm still up because I was reading, and lost track of time. Why Kiruha was, I don't know." He tried to shake off his nervousness in his mind, but couldn't. "Once I realized what time it was,I went to go back to my dorm.....but Kiruha sidetracked me on the way there......and then you walked in." He scratched the back of his head out of sheer nervousness. "I know we both were up past curfew, but I'll take the punishment for both of us. So how many days of detention do I have?" He said the last sentence in a firm voice, showing that he meant what he said.

God, why does she tell that to him? ...Does she actually trust him? Doesn't she realize...?
Samuel was staring fixedly at Henry now, frowning. To think that someone would be as greedy as to actually for for " powers, riches beyond your wildest dreams." It is fairly obvious that he hold some secret, hideous intention. And that snake next to him... Samuel shot a short glare at the stripped serpent, then returned to Henry. I'm not really sure what I should do now. Perhaps I should just tell Nakouna and hope she reacts... No. it won't work. Samuel's eyes turned to Jeriga, who was playfully chewing on a book. Dear, listen to me. What do you want, Samuel. I need you to suck up that snake next to Henry as if it were Spaghetti. Got it? Sure, sure. I've always wanted Bi-Element powers... Suddenly, Jeriga burst into its high-pitched laughter. Moments later, the creature dashed at the serpent, dodging objects as to not trip with them. Adowds, while Henry is busy, dissolve and go out of the room. Go to and look for the Light Caster who was next to Henry last time we were here. Go inside her however you can. Control her like we practiced the last hundred- oh, right. That was not you. Oh, well. Just trick her into coming here. Do you know how to shapeshift? I suppose so. I will try.
Jeriga performed one final leap at the five-headed Serpent.

Gorgon looked at Jeriga as it leaped, and widened its eyes. Immediately, the beast began to pertify, and by the time it reached the ground, it was fully stone.
"Don't you know anything about elemental spirits? They can learn the spells of their master, and even their own. My 'Petrify' can even turn a rock to stone. So don't underestimate me." Henry snapped and one of the servants carried the stone Jeriga out into the hallway.
"Now, about the portal, we haven't found it yet. But of course you know that. Our wood member, Gainer, is there now. Don't worry. He's more senile than insane, so you needn't worry about your school. But yes, the power has it's name. It's a tangible glass orb, similar to the crystal you had. The two are opposites. One is dark, and the other is light. The orb is named 'Concekrat.' I have dreamt of it since I was three years old. My mother always told me I would be the one to find it. When I was four, she died. I gradually grew bitter, shunning even my own dear sister. But that was then." Henry pulled out a necklace from under his shirt. It depicted a man holding a shining glass orb.
"Hiko made this for me. She told me to remember the myths, that even though our dear mother was gone, her spirit would stay. And that's what I did."

~~Meanwhile, somewhere else~~

Hiko was sitting in a velvet chair, cuddled up with a book entitled "Forgotten Lore." She had begun to fall asleep, when she heard something at the door. Cautiously, she made her way to the door, and opened it. "Oh, hello. You're Samuel's spirit, right?"

~~Meanwhile, at the academy~~

"Detention? No. You don't get detention for being past curfew. No detention. However, come with me." Raven led Zain over to one of the bookshelves, and took out one of the books. "Here, read this. It's Greek, but you should know it. It's a Powerful spell, but it's difficult to use. It's an area spell called "Olympian Temple." It allows you to control the Physics of the area, and even how time passes. You're basically a God. But, don't use it freely. You can only use it in certain situations. And it's difficult to control. If you don't use it correctly, you could end up killing yourself." Raven began to head back to the teachers' dorm. "Good night, Zain."

Nakouna then simply said "I See... though I question your Earlier resolve, the whole 'invasion' thing you say, you couldn't just send spies to the academy and look for the portal instead of invading it, Incurring the wrath of one who feeds on the knowledge lying in it's shadows!" she then sighed, trying to catch her breath after saying such a long line of words, but she did in a few seconds. she heard whispers in the shadows again after those words and said in a serious tone "gee, the large shards must be after me or something"....

Sir Raven had left the room. "Instead of punishment, he gives me a high level spell...?" Sighing, he turned away from the bookshelf and began to walk down the corridor that lead to his dorm, thinking to himself the possible ways he could use his newly accuired spell. Once he had reached his dorm he opened it and went in, and lied down on his bed. He went over the day's events in his head, like he did every night, and his mind lingered on the thought of his moment with Kiruha as he drifted asleep......

Adowds jumped back a little as he was confronted by Hiko before he could transform. His primary strategy being discarded, he went back to old school. He regained composure, and spoke to her, deep and calm in his voice. "Hello, lady. My name is Adowds. As you know, my master was imprisoned and tricked into an illusion. He has told me that you yourself were present on it. His words have also told me that you are capable of Summoning. If this is correct, then I beg you to teach me." Adowds knelt (if what he did could actually be called like that) before Hiko, and then looked up. "I want to know. I want to know the secret behind my creation. Please, lady. Teach me."

Samuel sat non-believing as Jeriga froze and fell like a stone to the floor. Seconds later, several soldiers came into the room and carried the beast away from the room. A contemptuous look shot from Samuel's eyes into Henry's. He soon looked away, though, remembering the Spell which had got him through a lot of trouble last time.
Outside of the Throne Room, a silent chuckle was heard. At first, it was impossible to tell where it came from, but it steadily grew louder. In a flash movement, Jeriga sprung into movement. It's first movement was to wrap its tail around the guard holding him. As the guard struggled to get rid of the abomination's grasp, Jeriga landed on the floor without making a noise. Then, as the laughter became higher-pitched, the tail strangled the man so far that it tore his head apart with a sickening crack. The animal then opened its single, red eye and took a look at its stone body. "Hmmm.. This looks quite good. That snake's look made me fall. But I'll get it next!" Jeriga burst into a final laughter as it charged back into the room.
