Gold rare Template Help

Someone can tell me how to make a good Gold Rare Template with GIMP (if it's possible in the easiest way possible) or at least tell me where i can find a good tutorial to make them.

That would be incredibly stressful to actually cut+paste the gold border.

You would need to get a holo sheet, copy+paste it to cover up the entire layer of the card, then set it to Screen or Overlay on the layer's options.
It looks bad though, normal gold borders look fine.
