Adrian looked down at the dark path. "Woah, I take it this is where Hades would be." He ran down the path where he encountered 3 Soldiers. "Of course, 3 Heartless, Phase 2 of Lord Ansem's training." He took a swipe at one in the air coming down tih an air strike. He then leaped off of one and into the air. In sight he could see the third Heartless soldier. He went down with an air strike on the Soldier and followed it with a slash. He heard a screeching behind him and turned. It was a soldier. He couldnt move his keyblade intoa swing or stab so he tried to shove it away and closed his eyes. When he opened them rather than being hit he saw Icy winds covering the heartless freezing it. "Is this the magic Ansem told me about?" (-1 MP for this battle.) He took a mallet like hit on the top shattering the Ice....along with the Heartless.

Disney Castle

Toras had struggled but finally stood jp after the attack from Ansem, he was clearly no match for his strength and power. Toras stood up and turned to Mickey asking him. "Mickey u said you knew who he really is? What did U mean." Mickey shook his head and replied.m "That's a story for another day but for now we need to get to Hollow Bastion!" Toras looked down then nodded. "That's where Rutik is." Toras and Mickey then jumped into the gummy ship and took off into the space like area wherethey would go to hollow bastion. Toras continued to think to himself. "Will I be good enough to bring Rutik back? And what about the others, Adrian seems to be the worst off, I have to see him to, I guess Cyntia can wait if she's alright, the darkness hasn't got to her."

Traverse Town

Leon leaned against the wall of Cid's shop and began speaking. "Oh Shinji was it, there were 2 guys who came here looking for 2 keyblade wielders, I'm assuming they meant you to." Leon folded hism arms and began to question. "Whyw ould the keybladed choose a kid? What's done has been done, one of them is tall and holding a shield another is small and holding a wand, they are probably aroud the 3rd district. Cyntia looks to be waking up now?"

Adrian began to think he was closer. About that time 15 Shadows appeared. "Umm, My Lord Really expects a lot from me." Adrian said hoisting the keyblade up. About 3 Shadows jumped for an attack. Adrian took a swing killing 2. "13 more!" He swung at the 3rd and bashed him on the side of the head. "Make that 12." He took a mad dash at 3 more. His long black hair covered his eyes as he made a slash. Killing 1. "11." He then hit another. "10." He jumped up landing yet another hit on 1. "9 Left." He then just began running getting hit every few swings but he had gone to berserk to realise the hits. When he brushed the hair off his eyes there were 5 left. "5 remaining." He shook off the minor sting on his arms from the few blows they hit while his hair had blindfolded him. He smacked another heartless with the keyblade. "4!" He lunged a stab into another killing it. "3." He again swung at a heartless killing another. "2." He ran at the remaining heartless to his right killing it and turned to the other trying to attack from behind but he slashed it down. "0." He began to run yet again. "Hades? Are you around here!?" He asked, charging down the dark path.

Toras and Mickey continued to soar through space int he gummy ship. Toras turned tot he driving Mickey and asked in a soft tone. "Mickey...what's Malificents plan or Ansems? Are they tryng to gain control of the worlds?" Mickey turned to Toras then faced forward shaking his head. "No, My belief is that malificent and Ansem are aiming to unlock the keyholes to every world and there by flood them and swallow them into the darkness." "So they want to get rid of the worlds, they don't even care about who's on them?" "The darkness consumes anyone it can geta hold on, i've only met one person who was able to control the darkness and not be consumed by it." "what was his name?" "Mickey looked sad for a second. "That's a story for another day..."

Adrian looked on into what appeared to be a chamber. He stepped in the chamber. "Hello? Hades." He looked up to a throne. "Woah I take it your Hades?" Adrian asked. The man with fiery hair nodded. "I bring word from Lord Ansem, he requests you place Cyntia against cloud in the colliseum match." Adrian told him. He stared at the blue flames on Hades' head. He looked around. "So....uhhh, nice place you got here." Adrian said sarcastically. "So, you are in charge of the matches huh?" He looked around and took a seat. "So I saw the colliseum, it is pretty big, I think I saw Hercules, or what I had enterpreted he looked like." He looked around Again. He only thought this place looked better than where he was last time.

Cyntia began to stir. Opening her eyes, she was welcomed by the brightly lit interior of an unfamiliar shop. Looking around without getting up, she saw Shinji, Leon, Yuffie, Aeris and another guy she didn't know. Since Shinji was here Cyntia assumed it wasn't a hostile place since he had brought it up, she assumed she was in Cid's shop and that the older guy was Cid. Sitting up, she stretched her arms and rubbed her head. The pain wasn't exactly welcome.

"Hey, I was just saying to Shinji here that a couple of guys were looking for you. You should check out the 3rd district if you want to find them." Leon said briskly as he saw her sit up.

"Huh? Why are people looking for us?" Cyntia said in a confused voice.

"Probably looking for you, they mentioned Keyblades at least, as well as being told to be on the lookout for you in particular. Whoever sent them knows your name."

Getting up and stretching a little, Cyntia wiped her eyes. The darkness that greeted this simple act was enough to jolt a few memories back. Specifically, the ones about the Islands being swallowed as well as Rutik, Toras and Adrian. Keeping this to herself, she looked at Shinji in a curious sort of way and asked politely, "Want to go0 check this out? Could be helpful, interesting at the very least."

Hadres watched the boy walked in and sighed, he then dissapeared in a blue flame and reappeared behind the boy back to back with him. "So Ansem's standards are getting lower I see?" he then turned and put his hands on Adrian's shoulders, "I mean look how small youare, no doubt you can't handle the darkness, buttt." He then reappeared to Adrian's right combing his blue fire hair with his hand. "I see Ansem's given you some strength, no doubt that will grow, You say Ansem wants me to put Some girl in amatch against Cloud?" Hades then poitned behind Adrian where Cloud had just walked in. "U see him his a real darkness fighter." Hades appeared next to Cloud. "Me and Cloud are how u say?....Besties?" Cloud swiftly moved his arm to swipe at Hades who dissapeared and re appeared in front of Adrian with his arms folded. "Hmph, We're having some difficulties at the moment. "Heres what I'm gonna do how about I put you in a little match with Herc, and if you win thereby proving to me that you are sent by Ansem, then I'll put Cyntia in a match wioth Cloud, what do u say?" Ansem held his arm out to shake Adrian's hand, he then frowned as Cloud hit hades hand away and said. "I didn't agree to fight some girl, only herc, then you give me back my heart." Hades grew furious, he hair glowed red as did his body slightly as he yelled out. "I make the decidions! not you!!!" His hair then turned blue as he held his hand out again at Adrian, What do u say?" Hades grinned.


Toras and Mickey both had landed on Hollow Bastion an icy area with many platforms moving up and down, "This is where Rutik is. Your friend's heart may still be obtaiunable depending on how close Malificent has gotten to him. "Toras brought out his keyblade and nodded. 'Right!"

[Fader]

Adrian smiled. It was the perfect way to slingshot him to be the best. He grinned. "You have a deal Mr. Hades, Herc will have some troubles. He looked behind him at cloud. "There is no need to fuss, as you can see Hades is quite good at making decisions." Adrian's grin faded into seriousness when he looked at Hades. "So when do you want Herculeus and I to begin our clash?" Adrian could tell talking about fighting Herculeus made cloud angry. "Also I would guess it is at the Colliseum?" He said in a tone more as to hear his own voice rather than as a queston. He liked Hades' hair as he stared at it, on occasion it would go red, if he got angry, his face was also quite skinny and not wide in the least bit.

ooc: did adrian miss the fact that hades was paying him out? Also i'll control Hercules until the fight then u control him.

Hades grinned extensively at Adrian. "Well the games are in a while, so what i'm going to do is have a little exhibition tournament right here in the underworld!" Hades motioined his arm forard causing a gaint door to open revealing a large open area. "Just survive 3 rounds in there then i'll tell u to fight Herc." hades put his hands on Adrian's shoulders so what do u think squirt?" Hades then dissapeared with a large grin. Cloud walked past Adriasn and into the open area. Suddenly 10 Soldier Heartless apopeared. In one swift sonic Raid Cloud destroyed all ten heartless and walked out and back pass Adrian eyeing him off and walking towards out the chamber.

Hollow Bastion

Mickey and toras both loocked at EWachother and nodded they then dashed to the first platform and jumped ion it, as it rose into the air they jumped off and landed on the next ice platform which was slkightly larger then the previous one, suddenly 6 soldier heartless appeared.

Adrian watched Cloud kill 10 Hearless with one strike but tried to remain calm and unamazed. He studied Cloud as he walked away. Suddenly 10 Other Soldiers appeared in front of Adrian. "I should try to be more impressive than Cloud." He whispered to himself before dashing at the heartless that were in a line. He slashed at each one as he passed. Thus killing 3. He then once again went back striking killing 2 more. As the Other half looked on he took a leap and crushed one in the head. That made 6 down, and 4 to go. He then took some more strikes killing 2. He had finished 8, not in the time Cloud had but in combonations that were nice. He then attacked the final 2 as they dissapeared. He then glanced at cloud then quickly away. He began to walk away from the center of the battleground slowly.

Round 2

suddenly 3 "Just need to get the name and ille dit here" and 4 soldiers appeared, the 3 were big and blue attacking them maybe difficult as attacks from the front do nothing to their massive bodies. The 7 stood around Adrian in the area opened up by hades. This was round 2 of 3.

Hollow Bastion

Toras and Mickey looked at the 6 soldiers around them. 'The heartless come in greater number here?" Toras questioned causing Mickey to nodd and reply, "That's right, the heartkless are attracted to power, Malificent is very powerful and has opened her heart to the darkness, no doubt she is the source of the heartless." Toras nodded and ducked under one soldiers flying kick and turned slashing it and diminishing it. Toras then called out. "Sonic raid!" Toras dashed forward destriying 2 other heartless. (- 5 ap) "Fira!" Miuckey called destroying 2 heartless int he process. Mickey then jumped over a flying kick turned and slashed down destroying the remaining soldier, Toras and mickey both nodded and turned back tot he platform that they needed to jump to next

Toras turned to mickey standing still and glancing at the distant ice platforms that remaine din their way, Toras looked down then asked Mickey. "Mickey, do you think that one a heart turns to darkness it can every turn back to light?" Mickey looked a little surprised at toras's question then replied. "Toras, Darkness can only enter a heart through the persons own acceptance of it and what it says it promises, That is so to with the light, if Rutik has fallen into the hands of the darkness then it is possible for him to come back, and fight for the light, but with the light, i don't think so." "What does that mean?"" "It means Rutik at heart will be darkness, but the best we can see from him is his actions supporting the light, like i said i've only seen it once before." Toras nodded. "No time to waste ythen let's go!"

Adrian looked on at the 3 Large bodied Heartless and the 4 Floating Soldiers. [s](Its Jenny Kraig!)[/s] "Hmm those 3 are larger than usual." He ran in and took a strike at a soldier and that knocked it into the first large one. It did nothing. He ran at the first large heartless for a srike at the front. It did nothing but recoil and that knocked him back a few feet. He ran at a soldier and hit it and used it as a springboard behind the large one. He delivered a 3-Hit combo at the back making him skid forward and onto his large body. He used the moment to deliver a final strike. "4 more!" He then struck a soldier , killing it but got knocked to the side by the 2nd large heartless. The large heartless tried to fall on him. Adrian rolled to the side, cheating death, but leaving the large one on his stomach and a moment to get his back. He began a beatdown on it as it died. He then struck the last soldier and it went towards the larger heartless who took it and threw it at Adrian. Adrian swung at it like a baseball and it tore through and the soldier faded. He then ran at the last large body who went for a slap to knock him away. He slid underneath the massive hand and struck it from behind. As the last heartless died and faded, he began to twirl the keybblade between his fingers again.

Shinji had a cloudy meomory, some children was walking somewhere and picking on eachother, teasing one another, the normal kid stuff. The children where all alone, but they where running around having fun. Shinji could only gather up those details before losing the meomory and hearing Cyntia speak. Shinji's face went a little brighter. "Sure, lets get going!" Shinji said with confidence. His right fist clenched in the air like he was ready for anything. A warm smile acrose his face, one of those children running around in his meomory was him. Shinji suddanly understood why he liked Cyntia. In his cloudy meomory, he was talking with a girl around his age, she was what Cyntia remindded him of. The little kids would play a few games together, in one, the little girl who was talking with Shinji would play as the princess. Shinji felt like he found a friend, but he couldn't remember anything about that little girl. Shinji knew that there was no way that Cyntia and that little girl was related in anyway.

"Wow now that was impressive." came a sarcastic voice of hades that echoed through the arena. 'You really have surprised me kid, but I have no doubt in my mind that you are not Ansem's apprentice so heres what I'm gonna do." Suddenly an "Invisible Heartless" Appeared. It hadm a black sword and was floating in the air.

Upon reaching the top the two ended up on an elevator like amchine that had takent hem to the door of the giant pink castle. "ollow bastion." Mickey murttered followed by a nod from Toras.

Adrian looked on and blinked. "Woah, an INVISIBLE heartle-" A wuick swing to the back from the invisible heartless hit him. Then he saw the swing from it a spit second before landing blocked it with the keyblade. He knew the heartless somewhat floated so he used the ground for leverage. He jumped out of the way just before the heartless could finish him off with the mighty smash of his sword. "This is harder than I thought." He jumped out of the way of another swing. "Much harder than I thought." He began to kick dust at where he could see the sword to blind the heartless and make him show up. The heartless paused and Adrian swung as hard as he could at the heartless. He hit it so hard the keyblade flew out of his hands and the recoil knocked him on his back. "Ooof." That might be the match.

Toras and Mickey were about to run through the front door when suddenly 2 defender heartless appeared. "What are they?" Toras questioend still holding onto his keyblade. "defender heartless! You can't hit them from the front remember that!" Toras nodded.

Toras and Mickey both ndashed for 1 defender each, upon approaching the defenders pushed their shield forward at them, Toras and mickey in unison jumped over the attacks and went to swing the defenders backs. However the defenders quickly spinned with theior shiled hitting toras and causing mickey to block the attack. "Toras!" Toras landed on the ground and slowly got to his feet, he was quickly approached by a Defender Heartless who was about to swing his shield at him. Toras immediatly jumped backwards casuing the shield to his the ground, toras then jumped over the heartless and a bit of a distance away calling. "Sonic raid!" Toras suddenly dashed at the defender hitting its back it pushed thedefender into the walll next to the door and cause d it to diminish. Mickey was constantly dodging themagic attacks of the defender and finally dodged one attack by jumping over the defender and hitting its back causing it to diminish.


Olympus coliseum

The heartless took a big hit, for a moment it looked like it was finished, however it sudden;ly slowly rose to its feet grabbing its laying sword, suddenly he threw the sword innt he air and caught it, he then suddenly dissapeared witht he sword stuck intnhe ground. A dark ring appeared around Adrian!

Toras and Mickey both stood straight up and faced the giant door that stood between them and inside the walls of hollow bastion. "Toras." mickey began, Toras slowly turned his head and seriosu expression towards Mickey. "U realise Rutik is inside there, i don't know what you'll see, so make sure you're prepared okay, Rutik may not be the same person you once knew on your own island, are you sure you can handle resultling in the unthinkable if need be?" Toras took a step forward. "If Rutik has allowed himself to accept the darkness, then his already lost, I'll put him out of his misery if need be, hhis my friend, one of my best, and I'll stop at nothing to make sure his at peace and seperated fromt he darkness, if i know rutik." Toras smiled. "He wont let soemthing control him!"

Adrian saw the ring. He couldn't go anywhere. He slowly made it to his feet and picked up the keyblade. He looked sharply at the ring, "Blizzard!" He shouted.(-1 MP) as the icy winds sooled the ground, it weakened the dark ring and somewhat carried Adrian. He had escaped the ring. He then went for a slash at the invisible heartless hitting it. The ice was still effecting the invisible heartless, it began to appear in the ice. It was frozen. He had Adrian right where he wanted him. DING! Adrian looked up. "Time is up!" Said a familiar voice. The ice shattered around him; the heartless disappeared. He looked around confused. "Wh-what? Nobody told me we were- Ugh!" The heartless reappeared and hit him in the back. "Hey, time ran out! What was that all about?"

Olympus Coliseum

Hades appeared sitting on a surrounding pillar in the area. "I'm sure if u were ansem's apprentice he would have at least taught u to not left your guard down, yet i'm still not sensing any darkness within you, a blizzard? is that really it?" Hades suddenly moved his arm forward causing 5 shadow heartless to appear. "I know they weren't apart of this round but i can't help it, it's just really really fun." Hades suddenly appeared behind the 10 shadow heartless and the invisible heartless. "So prove to me right now your Ansem's Apprentice!" (ooc: don't destroy all the heartless in your next post, i think u'll like what's going to happen next.)

Hollow Bastion

Mickey and Toras began walking in the giant door that led into a room with a door tro their far left and a door about 20 metres in front of them . "Toras strained his eyes for a moment looking at the front door.

Rutik followed Maleficent through the giant doors and revealed a room with a fountain and a giant two-sided staircase where the above level leads to a library. On the ground under them is a special circle with a heart insignia similar to the Heartless insignia, but without the X through it. Rutik stood in the center and asked, "What's this?" "This is where I shall give you the powers of darkness." replied Maleficent. "You must give in to the darkness so this can work perfectly as I expect it." Rutik nodded as he closed his eyes and cleared his mind. Maleficent raised her staff and had begun the ceremony, Rutik glowing black and green. "This will only take a mere 15 minutes to complete." Maleficent, staff still raised and made another smile and chuckled slightly.

"Almost finished..." said Maleficent as she began to see Rutik slowly taking on a his dark form. All but the heart insignia was visible as Rutik had begun glowing black instead of black and green. "Huh?" Maleficent heard the door open and stopped the ceremony, Rutik returning to his normal form and wondering what had happened. Maleficent looked at who entered the door and realized that one of the two was Mickey. "Well, your Majesty, what brings you to my domain?" Rutik then saw Toras. [i]You found me, Toras...[/i] thought Rutik. Maleficent turned to Rutik and said, "Leave for now, boy. I need a word with the king and his little friend." Maleficent opened a dark corridor and Rutik walked through it slowly, but stopped and turned slightly to Toras. "If you survive what you are about to experience, I'd like to talk to you alone. Goodbye for now, Toras." Rutik entered the dark corridor and reappeared in the chamber with the Final Keyhole. Maleficent was shocked as he looked at Toras. "So you're Toras? I would have expected this to be a challenge, but now you will fall to your knees by my hand! For I am the mistress of all evil!" Maleficent then rose up with the ground under her as a platform. "Heartless, attack!" Maleficent then summoned some Defender Heartless to distract them.

Toras and Mickey had just walked in to see Malificent in front of them and Rutik walking through the door's hallway. for a moment it seemed that time ahad stopped for Rutik and Toras as Toras watch Rutik glance back at him, everything else in the room seemed dark. "Rutik..." Toras thought. "Is this feeling i'm getting...darkness? Is it true Rutik...have you really accepted it? No, that can';t be it...could it?" "Toras stay focused!" Mickey called out as the two drew their keyblades out. Malificent was on her platform and had summoned 3 Defender Heartless. Toras grew with anger as his glance of Rutik had dissapeared. "Malificent!!! What have you done to Rutik!" Malificent merely grinned. Toras grew angered and dashed forward, Mickey held his arm oiut to stop Toras however Toras escaped his grasp and dodged the attacks of the defenders and headed straight for Malificent! Malificent still grinned as Toras jumped at the platform suddenly within a metre of Malificent, while still airborne an invisible barrier appeared that stopped Toras and sent him skidding on the ground to his original spot. "Darn..." Toras thought as he slowly got to his feet helped by Mickey. "We can't rush into this Toras!" Toras looked down for a second and nodded, the 2 then prepared to fight.

Adrian lookrd on and thought. What? Only five shadows? How weak does he think I am? He focused on them. He began ti whisper to himself. "He has something planned, I can feel it, just like when I first met Lord Ansem." He whispered to himself. Well, just in the 3 rounds, he fought an invisible demon heartless with a huge sword and escaped death from a 1,000 pound heartless. Just then a thought struck him. He could summon them if he couuld beat them and overload power on him. He looked on and hoisted the keyblade up. "Whatever he has planned, they are still only 5 weak heartless." He lifted the keyblade on his shoulder. "Game time!"

Don't mistake ansem for a fool, the heartless wont stop coming, until you urself, become pure darkness." (this is how ill be introducing the MKS intot he story (the new character))

Toras charged at one of the defender's with his keyblade as the defender pushed his shield forward Toras jumped over it but only to be met by the shiel of the second defender sending Toras skidding to the right. "Toras!" Mickey called as Toras slowly got to his feet. A Fireball was already headed towards Toras just as he rose. "Fira!" Mickey called as a fire ball of his own collided with the defender's one and exploded, Mickey then jumped to Toras's side and jumped over all the defender's appearing on the other side of the room. "Now Toras!" Toras immediatly pointed his keyblade forward, all the defenders had their backs to him. "Sonic Raid!!!" Toras called out.

The one he called Rutik was hit and died. Adrian's heart wwasn't him controlling it, it was controlled by darkness, by Ansem. He hit the third heartless. "You are Toras!" He yelled at the dead body of the heartless. He hit another heartless. "You are whoever decided to join the unlucky crew!" He yelled at what must have been Shinji. He then saw 1 left. He struck it the hardest. "And you are the friendship holding me back!" He yelled at the last shadow. Hwe then twirled the keyblade between his fingers again.
