Here are my questions:

 

1. Are member cards important for some reason or are they something that says "Haha I got one you don't! haha!"

 

2. How do you make sets? (is that what we call them? you know the things you click and stuff appears and click it again and they're gone.)

 

3. How can I make my cards better?

Here are my questions:

They dont matter, really.

 

2. How do you make sets? (is that what we call them? you know the things you click and stuff appears and click it again and they're gone.)

When you make the card, there are 2 boxes under Set ID. When you save your card, whatever you put in the first block is what set it is saved to.

 

3. How can I make my cards better?

Do you mean card quality, or how it looks?

 

If you want help with quality, find someone who makes cards you like, and send them a pm. Or you could pm, ill help.

 

As for changing how it looks, go to the shop forum

Not at all. They're just something that members do for fun. They have no other meaning whatsoever.

3. How can I make my cards better?

Look at real cards, or look at the cards made by good members. Just poke your head around the Realistic Cards forum (also known as RC) and check out some of the threads. I would recommend threads that have member names in brackets or lines in the titles, such as "[Lex] Project SIN | Note to the Stories | Added 3 Support cards" or "[DMZ] Machine Humour". Also, check out some OCG help threads. If you're looking for ideas, poke your head around the internet, or think of a really cool sounding word, and base cards off of it.
