Question! Tandem Writing

For those who don't know, tandem writing is when you and several other people (or maybe just one other person) take turns writing a story. It's kind of like RPing, except no godmodding/powerplaying rules.

So, tandem writing. Is it allowed? If so, where? If not, I'll probably just abuse a loophole and do it anyway.
