Pretty much, except you become monsters in the career mode, kinda pointless, setlist is best with Ties That Bind from Alter Bridge DLC. and every other DLC from Gh5-GH3 [looked it up] [laser cannon deth sentence FTW]

Quest Mode has the right concept storyline-wise, but it just doesn't know how to make things more specific. The "powers" make gameplay insane (getting Star Power for a whole song, the ability to get up to x36 without Star Power [x72 with] etc.) and considering the difficulty of the songs actually make the game easier (which is good for the people who whine about how hard the songs are). I still would rather play without the "powers", so I spend most of my time in Quickplay. Oh and removing the score for Quest Mode was dumb.

In my opinion it's the best song list for a Guitar Hero game so far. Guitar Hero has been out for a while so if the people are complaining that the difficulty is way harder then past games well they can just play a lower difficulty. Love that 2112 by Rush is on there but hate how it is broken into parts. You can play it all at the same time in Quest Mode but there are some narrations in between parts so it still isn't all at once.

Plenty of tracks for the people who like harder rock, 3 MegaDeth songs, Fury of the Storm, Bat Country. Bohemian Rhapsody, Bodies, Psychosocial, don't forget the ability to get songs from a few of the older games, (Metallica DLC *cough*) The only thing this game is missing is Nightmare. Looks like I'll have to play Rock Band for that one... If you aren't into rock well it has a few songs from other Genres. (I do like how each character gets their own Genre in Quest Mode.) But really if you don't like rock period, go play Band Hero.
