Ok, came to the conclusion that as Rowling and Serenity both qualified with 3rd place, Wily should to.

 

But, seeing as Hades has had absolutely no luck in this whatsoever, I will give him a honoury free invitation to my next contest.

 

Sound good?

 

So we'll wait for the Doctor before judging, but considering he was the first to get his card in for Round 1, that shouldn't be a problem.

Well, here's mine.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side the field by sending 3 top cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. If "Toon World" is on your side of the field and your opponent does not control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Once per turn, you can send up to 4 cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard. All face-up Toon gain 500 ATK for each 2 cards sent to the Graveyard, until the End Phase. Once per turn, When a Toon monster you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can draw 1 card.

Round 2 results are up in the opening post. Gotta say btw, that the Toon cards were brilliant, I am definately using that requirement again but I will have to say Vanilla's get the toon-up next time. Oh well moving on.

 

The Final Group is as follows:

 

Anbu, Rowling, Spoon, Zextra

 

There are no requirements. Remember 1 person will still go away from this empty-handed, so you'll need to pull out all the stops to achieve glory. Best of luck.

[spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 face-up DARK monsters on your side of the Field. If this card declares an Attack against a Defense Position monster you can return it to the top of your opponent's Deck without Damage Calculation, If he returned card was a LIGHT Spellcaster-Type monster Remove this card from play.

When this card is Removed from the Field (unless it was Removed by it's own effect) you can pay 500 Lifepoints to destroy all face-up Attack Position monsters on your opponent's side of the Field. Once per turn you can flip a coin and activate one of the following effects depending on the Result:

- Heads: You can Discard 2 cards and Select 1 face-up card on your opponent's side of the Field, if the Selected card is still face-up during your opponent's next End Phase Place it in your hand, it cannot be activated or Summoned until your opponent's 2nd End Phase after this effect resolves.

- Tails: Pay 1000 Life Points to destroy 1 face-down card on the Field (this is not optional).

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summoning. This card can only be Fusion Summoned by sending the above Fusion Material Cards you control to the Graveyard. If there are 3 or more Spell or Trap Cards in your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zone, this card can be Fusion Summoned at any time during your opponent's turn turn. During the End Phase of the turn this card was Summoned, return it to your Extra Deck. When this card is Fusion Summoned, destroy all Spell & Trap Cards on your opponent's side of the field and inflict 600 damage to them for each card destroyed. When this card is removed from the field, you can add 1 Spirit Monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand for each Continuous Spell or Trap Card sent to the Graveyard for this cards Summoning.

"White Marble Sorcerer" exists in your Graveyard, Special Summon the "White

Marble Sorcerer" to your side of the field. This card cannot be destroyed by

battle nor declare an attack. Each time this card is destroyed by a player's card

effect, place 1 "White Marble Counter" on that player's Deck (max 3). Players can

remove 3 "White Marble Counters" from their Deck to win the Duel.

This card's Type is also treated as Sea Serpent. When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned, you can place 1 Tidal Veil Counter and 1 Tidal Wave Counter on this card for each non-Tuner monster used for the Synchro Summon of this card (max.5 for both). During the Damage Step, you can discard 1 WATER monster to increase this card's ATK by half the ATK of the discarded monster until the End Phase. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can discard a card to place 1 Tidal Veil Counter or 1 Tidal Wave Counter on this card. As long as this card has 3 or more Tidal Veil Counters on it, you can negate the effects of cards your opponent controls that target or destroy 1 or more WATER monsters you control. Once per turn, when this card has 3 or more Tidal Wave Counters on it, you can destroy 1 monster on the field and inflict damage to both players equal to the Level of the destroyed monster x200. Zextra, while I said Pop Culture is ok for this round, I have issue with this entry, as I have seen you use it in at least two contests since I've been here. Please create a fresh new card.

Alright, I'll come up with a new one soon...

 

Here is a far more disappointing card, but at least it's new...

Lore:

1 Dragon or Machine-Type Tuner + 3 or more non-Tuner monsters

This card's Type is also treated as Machine. You can Tribute this card to flip a coin a number of times equal to the Level of the Highest Level Synchro-material monster used for the Synchro Summon of this card. For each Heads, destroy 1 card on the field. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by its own effect, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of Synchro-material monsters used to Synchro Summon this card x200. Once per turn, when this card is in your Graveyard, you can place 1 Snipe Counter on 1 monster your opponent controls (max.1). You can remove from play this card in your Graveyard to destroy all monsters with a Snipe Counter on them. You take damage equal to the combined Levels of the destroyed monsters x300.
