Hundreds of years ago, when the ages were dark, many relied upon the gods for help. To no avail, a small group of people found a way to bend matter at their will. They could create fire, water or destroy things at the click of their fingers. They called these men, Sorcerers. The King found them, requesting to be tought how to use magic as to be the most powerful king there ever was. They showed him how, through years of intense training and finally, he was The Great king Sorcerer, the most powerful sorcerer to have ever lived. He used his magic to win wars and conquer nations. Soon the world was conquered by The Kingdom of Magic.

Many protested about the kings rule and religious cults were made. They involved calling upon the forces of darkness to bend the shadows to their will. Eventually forming The Cult of Shadows, the rebellion attempted to kill the king and plunge the whole world into darkness though they failed and were completely destroyed. The councils of the world declared Sorcerery to be too powerful for man kind, so they destroyed all records and ended all teaching. But to this day, those who's ancestors were sorcerers have magical blood flowing in their veins thus meaning magic is still very much alive. Now secretly, in present day, the Cult of Shadows is forming again and many unknowing heros will emerge to fight them.

In central New York, that is where the War of Sorcerery shall comence, but no one knows when. [/spoiler]

Magical artefacts or weapons: A small dagger with a wavey blade in the shape of a flame. It has a weird emblem on the hilt.


Bio: Alex's mother and Farther died in a car crash not long before he was born and Alex was forced to grow up in a foster home. He hated it there and was bullied by older kids but one day something strange happened. There was a powercut and one of the kids was messing with a candle pushing it closer and closer to Alex saying he was scared of the dark. He tried to push the bully way but he couldn't and was burned on the hand. Burning with anger all the candles in the room exploded setting fire to the old foster home. After running from the scene, Alex is wanted byt he police for arsen. Now he is 15, he has gotten used to living on his own and is learning to master his powers.


Personality: Alex is brave, clever and is confident btu not overconfident. He is a quick thinker and a very good problem solver.

Appearance: She has waist length brown hair, two bits of which are plaits tied with red ribbons. She has black eyes as dark as night. She wears a white long sleeved t-shirt with frilly ends and a red ribbon around her neck. She wears a knee-length black skirt with white on the inside (don't peek up to check, she'll murder you) She has knee-length black boots with medium heels. She wears a red ribbon on her wrist.

Magical artefacts or weapons: A longish black sword. It is enchanted by evil, so it is surrounded by purple flames.

Bio: Alexis lives in Melbourne with her Mum and two (idiot) brothers. She used to live somewhere in the Australian Outback before a small group of roaming Cult of Shadow people attacked, killing her parents and one of her brothers (she had 3). Her family has been on the move since, never staying in one town for long, being half followed by the Cult of Shadows. Finally, however, they stopped being followe and settled down in Melbourne, in a calm street. Alexis is yet to discover her powers or get the magic sword (above).

Personality: Alexis is quiet yet impulsive, acting on a whim most of the time. She is usually content to simply do her work and daydream. She is sort of seperated from the rest because she is half withdrawn and has trouble fitting in.

Anything else?: Alexis often has vivid nightmares of her father's death.
