In Ancient times, The Pharaohs of Ancient eygpt guarded a secret to which only there 3 Ancient gods knew beforehand, Translated into a sacred text known as the Millennium Tomb. It was the only Source of the Cursed art of "Shadow Alchmemy", used to congure up beings of Unstopable might and power, but was never to be used by mortal hands. But as eygpt guarded the Powerful Spellbook, Many of the Kings most Trusted, behind his back unlocked one of the Spells to forge a power to protect its Existance and of Eygpts. Though shadow Alchmemy come's at a price.

In this case, the Souls of 99 people.

Notherless, the spell was cast with the Fugative Village Kull Elna was Masacared, there flesh, bones and ultimaly there souls Dammed to become 7 Mystical items of pure Shadow power to last the Milleniums; just like Eygpt wanted to be. The Millenium items were born. The king though was alerted to this Shocking reverlation and feared for the Kingdom and his Son. To the God's wrath and protect his son he gave his life. And so as his son obtained the throne; the King and pharaoh Atem had now to Face the Greatest evil formed by the Millenium Items. Again, his soul was trapped within the Millenium Pendent to seal this great evil away. And to ensure this, he Smashed the Pendent and, so in turn his memorys.

Then, 3000 years later the Legendary duelist Yugi Mutou Uncovers the secrets of the Millenium items, releasing the Spirit of Atem to share his body and defeat History repeating Itself many times. Though, eventualy Atems soul is Deemed worthy to be set free from inprisonment ,from the Now suitably named Millenium puzzle, to the afterlife. With his duty compleate, the Items are sent down into Another, darker realm to be Ultimaly protected from mortal greed again. Though, the Millenium tomb still existed. In 2089 a wealthy Arcologist Uncovered a Ancient tomb in the Valley of the Kings. It's text's were so complex to descyther and eventualy; 30 years after finding it the Arcologist whom tryed to Unlock its secrets Unlocked the Spell to Create Milleniums items; Though he was found the day after by Police. Dead. His feeble mind being tourtured by the Shadowed creatures who feed apon the Tombs power until he killed himself. The Tomb and all the research was Taken to The Futureistic Megacity of San Andreas's History Museum, For a exibition on Ancient Eygpt.Three years Later the Book was stolen, Along with the Research with it. No traces were left of the villians behind the heist, Excluding The Calling card of the Villans of this story; The Covenant. They swiftly attacked the public and Mudered Thousands of people in San Andreas to forge a Armarda of Various Millenium items and a Army of shadow creatures which they control. The City soon fell to there grasp, With little Retailation. But as the Covenant planed for Global Domination With the Imnmence power they wielded, a Army of duelists rose from the 4 corners of the world To hold back the Fiends. To ensure that the Covendant did not escape, 3 of there Most powerful Phychic duelists sacerficed themselves to erect a Massive Magic barrior to stop there hoards from escaping the cit, Which made the sun turn dark and cold, The Effect they call "Dark Dawning". They called themselves the Yiliaster.

The Year is now 2178. The Magical Barrior still stands. So does the war. Much of Yiliaster and all the Civilions have been forced down to the Huge complex of sewers and subways, Crafted into a Mass settelement known as The undercity, while the Covenant have Preserved Some of the Surface's city to create there Settelment; Onxy. The Rest of the city is Scorched forever as a Mystic battlefield of Shadow games and lost souls.

Yiliaster is Losing. Everyday the Covedant are advanceing underground; level by level they Penertrate, even though many die through the traps set in the abadoned sections. Though, they plan to strike back by launching out there third Generation of Artifical intelegences; or A.I's onto the Battlefield to take the place of Humans. This is where you begin. Are you one of the Coverdent, trying to bring the havok of the shadow games back to earth, A Civilion doing his part in the war or are you one of the New A.I's defending the earth.[/spoiler]

Appearence: K.A.N.A Displays Himself as a Purpleish Hologram which projects from a Gravity Cell, a device that floats in mid air and Can contain a Supercomputer the size of CD. His Avatar displays himself as a Male at the age of 15, Brown hair which is Spiked on the sides with two bangs, one on each side of his Head. Blue eyes which show Programming in them like Cortana from Halo. His Avatars' Clothing Consists of A labcoat with the same Decoative style of Yusei fudo's jacket, a Silver top underneath, Sage cargo trowsers, Black boots and Gloves to match. His Gloves are Mapuilated by the Gravity cell so he's Able to interact with the physical world. He wields a Virtual duel disk (with a Deck) which is styled to match his Lab Coat.
Bio: K.A.N.A is a Third Generation A.I which was created by the Mind Map Process (A cloned brain of a Human is Scaned ionicly to copy the Exact structure of All copyed memorys, Personatly and Cognative Abiltys, Destroying it in the process. The Scan is used to form a Basic Operating system which is Tweeked By other A.I's to function much like a Human.) K.A.N.A was created outside of Yiliaster by a Unknown figure as a Tool to aid his Master in his Goal, though the Personatly programed into him refused this objective and swiftley went rouge, Escaping though a Wireless router onto the Internet. It layed dormet for the first Twelth months on Internet fourms, Leaving behind a Trail of new Virus's to slow down anyone trying to stop jim. After time passed, K.A.N.A was captured when he was Caught onto a Download onto another A.I's Gravity Disk, Fleeing back to San Andreas to Find His Purpose. He failed though, as his Original creator was found dead on the Battlefield, His soul taken by shadow creatures. Without a Purpose, he fell into "Rampancy" (The state when a A.I's Programming forces it to Exceed its Programming limits after its purpose is Compermised, Leading to a State of True Self Awareness.). Over time, Rampancy has caused him to act as human as possable, Perfectly simulating his Doner's personatly and to Metastability. He gave himself a new objective; To surive and obtain a True human body. This objective has led him to anothe strange figure, claming to beleve to have been the doner for the cloned brain and promices him to help him gain a Human body, if K.A.N.A helps him fend of both Yiliaster and Covernant. He's agreed and now they work as a Partnership and possibly friends.

Name: Historic Avatar Networker Alpha 1.0 aka H.A.N.A. aka Izumi Kimidori

Appearance: H.A.N.A's true form consists of a 'core', which contains a supercomputer to run the AI system, an antigravity mechanism to hold it at the required hight, propulsion systems, and holographic generators, capable of forming opaque and seemingly solid images around itself. 'H.A.N.A' appears to treat this as something personal, and it is a sign of her trust to let another see it. For most, the only sight of the entity is that of one of it's favoured forms, of which there are two of note. Both share several common factors, including a hight of about 5' 1", a rather slim body form with rather feminine features, dark hair and green eyes. Of the two forms, the most distinct is the form generally known as 'H.A.N.A', which is a youth of undetermined gender, although more often identified as female than male, wearing a white hood and cloak over white tight-fitting clothing which shows an androgynous body. This version's duel disk seems to blend in with the forearm, and to some eyes seems to be part of a cybernetic limb.
The other form, known as 'Izumi Kimidori' is more obviously female. The form has uncovered long hair, and a more feminine body shape, and although it usually appears to be wearing a jacket, t-shirt and tight-fitting trousers, has been seen in skirts on occasions. The first form seems to be the one most often used when the unit is functioning on official business, or is engaged in a turbo duel, whilst the second is apparently preferred when subtlety is needed, and often for ground duels. It is suspected the second form is that of the original subject of the scan. Since the AI herself decided upon the name of this form, it is believed that the name is also from the brain's original owner.
Bio: 'H.A.N.A. is a third genereation A.I, modified as an experiment. When Yiliaster found several very detailed brain scans amongst the documents of several small groups which had joined up with them, a research team used the scans to try and produce a 'living historical character', using the best quality scan. Unfortunately the modification needed to prevent culture shock in the new AI was underestimated, leaving the resultant AI struggling to cope with the world she awakened in. The goal of recreating a dead person was achieved, but it took a long time to input the information the AI would need for combat whilst trying to prevent the personality collapsing due to the twin shocks of being in the future and being in an artificial body.
In order to minimize the need for further reprogramming, which due to the nature of the AI was deemed unwise, she was given a copy of the deck the original Izumi Kimidori used, which seemed to push her towards sentience, but at the same time it caused her to San Andreas and apparently vanish for over a year. Eventually, she returned to the city, having modified the deck she was given, including adding a card the research team could find no record of. Since then, however, she seems to be satisfied with fighting with Yiliaster. The experiments in the use of historical scans has not been repeated, and the team has mostly been stood down, aside from two individuals who function as the AI's support unit.

Bio: Jenny is a universe-hopping adventurer who enjoys traversing different timelines. She is quite upbeat and curious, which occasionally leads to her getting into trouble. As the leader of Jenny's Angels, she is also concerned about her fellow travelers and other people she meets. Jenny has a device called a sonic omni-tool, which has virtually every single tool ever created ready to use.
Recently, the group arrived here, and they are working on repairing their ship while they help out the locals.

Norixa has layered black hair that reaches to the middle of her back. There are three caramel highlights on either side of her face that run through her hair. She appears to have no visible eyes, especially since the area where her eyes are is covered in long bangs. She has a heart-shaped face and a small nose. She's short and rather slim, but compared to some, she appears more average in weight. She mainly has the long bangs because she is ashamed of her face. The only visible facial feature she has is her jagged Nobody maw of a mouth, and she is very hesitant to reveal anything else.
She rarely dons the black cloak, instead wearing a long, sleeveless, blue-hued rib-knit duster sweater that has a pair of white wing designs on the back, along with a blue version of the pants the Dancer Nobody from Kingdom Hearts has, along with black Dancer boot and a blue headband with a Dancer's string behind it. She retains the painted design all Dancers have on their chest, as well as the Nobody symbol on the left hip of her pants.
She also has a silver necklace with a lion-like beast on it.

Bio: Unknown. What is known is that she is no longer human, but used to be. She is also unused to Duel Monsters, and is still trying to get the hang of it. She has the positivity the rest of Jenny's Angels, but she is a bit more level-headed, unlike Rei's stubbornness and Jenny's curiosity. She happens to be a magic-user, and is very proficient at it.
Norixa met Jenny somewhere between meeting Rei and now, and the [i]Awful Lot of Running[/i] has malfunctioned - again - and stranded them in this universe for a while. Until then, they are trying to understand what is going on.

The [i]Awful Lot of Running[/i] is a large black and grey craft that faintly resembled the stripped-down bastard offspring of a Klingon Bird of Prey and an SR-71 Blackbird made out of junk and scrap metal. The craft had a spherical cockpit at the front of a long neck section. The cockpit had a cannon battery on one side, and some sort of sensor array on the other. At the end of the tubular neck, which apparently wasn't designed for the pilot to walk through, was the main body of the ship. It had a rectangular body, two pairs of engines on either side, and a pair of stubby wings. The top had a fifth engine and a stabilizer. On the bottom was a ramp and a pair of cargo doors leading up into the ship. Curiously, the ramp and doors were right next to each other, but on the inside, they looked like they led to different parts of the ship.
The [i]Running[/i] also has robotic bodies it uses for repairs.

Bio: ARoR, a.k.a. the [i]Awful Lot of Running[/i], is Jenny's timeship. It travels the multiverses with its curious captain and her eclectic companions. It mainly stays inside of its ship, managing the very, VERY fragile systems, but it occasionally uses a robot body to go outside.

Haven't done a Yugioh RP for a while, and I've never RPed as an A.I. before. This is going to be interesting. I will also use a Human later, haven't got enough time at the moment to make it.

Name: C.R.I.S. (Or Kris)(Completely Robotic Intelligent Sapien.)
Age: 50 years since activation, 19 in appearence.
Gender: Male Programming.
Race: A.I.
Faction: Covenant.
Appearence: C.R.I.S has an appearence of a tall, fair haired boy of around 19, with dark green eye's. These are the only give away he's not human, as his eye's have no veins in them. Light also doesn't reflect of them. His hair is spiked up with one spike coming down over his face. He has unmarked, unharmed pale skin and is about 5'10. His usual attire is a black suit with a dark red tie, and polished black loafers. His dueldisk erupts out of his suit when he duels, and his deck is usually already there.
Bio: C.R.I.S was created by the Convenant to counteract the boom of Yliaster Robots near the start of the war. After him came many robots, all more advanced than him, but he was one of the most reliable robots and was usually sent where others failed, and almost always came back victorious. He has only lost 10 times, out of over 10000 duels. Although he is one of the most recognised Robots by Yliaster, he is one of the least known, having barely any information on him.
His deck is a unknown one, the Idea erupting from Kris' creator's brain as he thought of Kris. He created the deck as a part of Kris, and it has never been used to it's full potential.
Kris has been patrolling under ground alot recently, and has captured or terminated many Yliaster Duelists and has caused the Covenant to get down to previously unreached places under the Yliasters control, and has been a major advantage over the Iliaster. However, Kris has lost entertainment in his Job, and wishes to fight better duelists, or retire/shut down.
Deck: Cyber Kuribohs. Based around Kuriboh.
Duel Runner: Creates a holographic bike around him.

Age: 10
Gender: Male

Appearance: Holden seems to be something of an average child. He's around 4 and a half feet tall, and has a somewhat lean form, which is to be expected. He has a fairly slim build, although he doesn't seem at all underweight - rather, he seems as though he's just grown into his weight, and seems to be healthy enough. He has neat medium-length blond hair that is almost never seen out of shape, and deep blue eyes that seem to most who see them to be staring deep into them, something which frequently unnerves people. His usual attire consists of black formal wear and coat, which he will wear even when it is a very impractical outfit (such as in a turbo duel). His duel disk is of the standard 5d's design, in dark blue, with an extra port to connect it to his duel board.
Bio: It's not clear where Holden came from, although the people in Yiliaster who've looked into the matter consider it a sign that members of Covenant have relationships, or at least have done recently, since they're doubtful he could have been recruited. Holden first appeared two years previously, and despite apparently being a new recruit, managed to turn the tide of a battle in the favour of covenant. His youthful appearance is considered a major advantage for him, since in addition to the mobility he has in turbo duels, more than a few opponents have underestimated him. He is, however, a very competent duelist even without considering his age.
Despite only having been fighting a year, and being the youngest member of Covenant's main fighting force, Holden was given one of the three Sacred Beast monsters. The decision was questioned by many, since it was doubted that such a young child could handle such a monster, but he didn't seem phased by it at all. It was also pointed out that he had the only deck capable of using that monster in a turbo duel...
Since then, Holden has been a constant problem for Yiliaster. Seemingly capable of escaping from even the most sharp-eyed foes, defeating him will usually only delay whatever his aim is, and sooner or later he will succeed. He is ruthless, and self-confident to the point of seeming almost arrogant, which can be jarring considering he is still a child.
Deck: Crystal Beasts/Hamon
Duel Runner: He uses a duel board, similar to the one Rua/Leo uses, although in a darker blue, and with a cord to the duel disk that extends and retracts automatically.

Name: Bakura Miyazaki

He ties his hair back into a ponytail though when he duels his hair comes undone and looks like Yami Bakura's, he also gets a purple mark on his face that looks like the Thief King Bakura's scar. He normally wears a black coat with a striped blue and white shirt under it and blue jeans along with black sneakers.

Bio: Bakura appeared in front of the headquarters of Yiliaster without any memories along with his deck and what appeared to be the Millennium Ring though this seemed to be a replica. They found out his name from a student handbook he had on him, though it was mostly destroyed so they couldn't get any other information out of it. They kept him confined for some time but after feeling comfortable enough they let him out of confinement, after doing test on his ring they found it didn't have any abnormalities and returned it to him.
He later became a full ember of the organization as one of their top duelists. Eventually he left the headquarters in order to find out more about himself, though he is a member of Yiliaster they still do not trust him completely and could have someone watching him. Before he left they gave him a custom Duel Disk and his duel runner.

Age: Unknown, Believed to be in between 30 & 50, but many believe he is a demon that has lived for thousands of years. He likes to laugh at this.

Appearence: [spoiler=Image and Description, Image in other spoiler at bottom]Known simply to most as 'The Man in the Top Hat' or 'The Man in Black'. That is what he is. He is 6 foot tall exactly and is very slim, though it is rarely noticed. His hands are always covered in thick, black, leather gloves that go down into the sleeve of his bright white shirt which is the only light part of his clothing, and is the part that is first spotted, which he likes as it draws attention to his hands, with which he frightens his opponent. Covering most of his shirt, however, is a long, black, high collared tail coat, with polished black buttons at regular intervals. These are buttoned up to hide the shirt underneath. He wears a dark brown Belt over this which holds a small pouch for his deck and a hoop from which hangs his dueldisk, which folds down into a small round disk with a black hook erupting from it. He wears black trousers with two small pockets in which he habitually slips his hands in when he grows bored. His face is almost always shadowed by the top hat he wears on top of his jet black hair. The only thing that is usually seen is an evil, white grin and his sharp blue eye's, that almost pierce the soul. Many automatically tell he is psychic, just looking at it. Most have to wait till a card flies out of his deck into his hand. His 'palour trick' he calls it.

Bio: He had known data until 10 years ago, and already rumours of him had spread. He was a demon, a shadow, among a war stricken civilisation, preying on those unfortunate enough to encounter him. Roughly 12 years ago, a teen he had been dueling escaped, just, and told people about him. Many believed, after already hearing a rumour, but those in the Covenant and Yliaster scoffed at the Idea. For two years this man was thought of as insane, and the Yliaster had him locked up. That was before 'The Man in Black' showed up publicly, at a huge battle between psychic generals in the armies. They were both dead and souless within 5 minutes of him entering the duel, and he had told them he'd start of with 1000 life points, each of them had 3500. He didn't lose a single life point.
Since then, both Yliaster and the Covenant have been frightened of him choosing a side, and both, although scared, wanted him on their side. Recently though, Both sides have noticed he seems to favour Yliaster over the Covenant and keep sending people to him with offers to join. All have either been found as bones, or not found at all. He appeared two more times publicly, one in another major duel, one as a broadcast to tell Yliaster to stop bugging him, or he would destroy every agent of theirs he found. Now, Yliaster have been less persistant, and both sides are scared. At the moment(Meaning when we start) he is being bugged by a man who thinks he would beat him easily, and a boy who is frantically telling the man to run.
Deck: The Horrors.
Duel Runner: A black motorbike with a soft back that allows him to relax and sit straight when he's riding. It has a dark red streak down on side that looks like a splatter of dried blood. His duel disk fits into a space just above the steering and has a gap from which his cards come flying into his hands usually, as having to lean to them would be 'annoying and a waste of energy'. Bio: Brandon was born into a fairly wealthy family, getting most of what he wanted. That is mostly why he is chubby. After he turned 9, his parents were in a car accident. He was at home when he recieved the news. It broke him. If not for his deck, he would have gone off the deep end. His Guardian monsters kept him faithful that someday, he would have another loving family. Since his parents died, he has lived with his god parents. He has gone to school, but he hates going. He teased daily by the others. The only way he gets respect is by dueling. He is beat up at school though, and often runs home early. Now, since this war has began, not muched has changed for him, other than he gets to duel more. He hopes he can help the other duelists and save the world.
