Here are my apps. I don't fully understand whether pirates must get their powers from medallions and must be one of the pirate classes, so if you have issues with my pirate, feel free to tell me about it and I'll edit.

Name: Taiki Murasame
Age: 14
Gender: Male
Personality: Taiki is noble and an honour-bound individual. He will always put his allies' safety before his own, often by putting his body between them and the enemy. At times, his protectiveness can be overbearing. He is rather clueless at times, being completely oblivious to things like navigation and cooking. Despite this, he will always try to accomplish whatever he was assigned and is willing to take blame without excuse when he fails.
Type: Paladin
Focus: His gilded tower shield, which is carried with him everywhere he goes, even when not fighting.
Appearance: 5' 5", muscular frame, pale skin. Taiki has long crimson hair that reaches his shoulder and is tied into a tight braid. His gold yellow eyes shine with vigour and strength. His regular everyday clothing consists of a white T-shirt with a red and gold vest with brown trousers. His outfit for battle is a modified suit of full steel knight's armour. His helmet is based of the helmet of the Knights Templar, with a small slit for the eyes to see through.. It also has a tall red plume that the feathers can be taken off the plume one by one to be used as throwing darts. His cuirass is thick and highly decorated with swirling patterns with a lion's head in the middle. His greaves and gauntlets make up the rest of the armour, with chain mail topped with cloth covering the rest of his body. His weapon of choice is usually a polearm, like a halberd or pike. He does not have any close range weapons and relies heavily on his shield to beat off attackers that get close. His shield is his most valued piece of equipment, which he keeps on his person at all times. It has a cross pattern on the front gilded in gold, which seems to stay pristine despite the punisment it takes. Although Taiki wields this shield with ease, it is massively heavy to anyone else.
Bio: Taiki was born to a rich family which controlled a large trade network between forty colonies. His parents were greedy and often exploited the merchants, making them travel incredibly dangerous skies for the sake of efficiency. They were elitists and treated the poor like dirt. Taiki did not absorb these characteristics as he was raised by the most part by his uncle, who was a soldier who travelled in protective convoys. It was from him that Taiki became honourable and humanitarian. He learned abjuration from his uncle and quickly showed talent in all forms of magic. His uncle died tragically in a storm and Taiki vowed to continue learning magic in memory of his uncle. His parents were not enthusiastic about their son deciding to become a mage and not being able to take up the family business, but nonetheless provided all the supplies he needed.

Gender: Female
Personality: Proud to be a female pirate, she is a radical feminist, believing that women are superior to men. The only men on her crew are the cook and the doctor, who are both homosexual. This aversion of men is not due to hate, but due to her fear of men. She refuses to be in the same room as a man unless she is hacking him to pieces. Unlike most pirate captains, she has set a code of conduct for the treatment of her victims, banning unnecessary violence and the killing of the unarmed. She is also able to drink most men to the ground.
Weapons: Cutlass, steel toed/soled boots, hidden blade.

Appearance: 5' 7", Caucasian skin, thin and rather undeveloped figure. Her blue hair is shoulder length and naturally falls into spikes. Her emerald green eyes are fearsome, yet caring at the same time. She has a long spiky black tattoo along her spine that starts from the base of her neck down to her tailbone. She wears an ornate red and white naval captain uniform with full leggings that cover most of her legs except for a small patch of skin on her thighs. Her boots are knee length and black with metal soles and toes, making them incredibly heavy and hard. She also wears a black tricorn hat with patterns in white string. Bio: Jeanne was born to a widowed mother who was married to a pirate who was killed by the Guild before she was born. She swore vengeance against the guild and decided to become a pirate. She made a living by pickpocketing merchants who came to the colony and used it to pay for training in [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sambo_(martial_art)]sambo[/url] and fencing from the colony's barracks despite being a girl. She showed great skill in combat, eventually qualifying her for markings to amplify her natural abilities. When she was 17, she left home and joined up with a passing pirate crew. On that ship, she was treated horribly due to being a girl, despite the tolerant captain allowing her to join in the first place. The discrimination peaked when she was raped by the crew and marooned on an abandoned colony. Despite this, she survived and eventually got off the colony on a passing merchant ship, the [i]Fleur-de-lis[/i]. She then managed to single handedly hijack the ship, disabling the 15-man crew and leaving them on a nearby colony, keeping the doctor and cook with her. The word spread throughout the colonies of a powerful female pirate who stole a ship, attracting a number of women seeking independance from their fates as housewives. She then started her successful travels with her all-female crew and was officially recognized by the pirate lords as a legitimate pirate captain at age 25.

Just to elaborate what I intended with the medallions.
1.) They are different from magic. Anyone may use them.
2.) Anyone can come up with effects for medallions, but they must be 1 of the 3 categories.
3.) They should be balanced, a good effect should have low charge.

I'm also proposing that we start this RP soon. My suggestion is Friday this week, giving anyone who has reserved and haven't posted their apps yet 3 more days.

Personality: The calm and quiet kid, some call him mysterious, while others call him a loner or an outcast.

Focus: He has special Gloves that he can use his Evocation, not only does it allow him to use his powers but it increases his powers and he has the ability to bend it into any shape or form if necessary.
Appearance: 5"9 with a slight muscular tone, he has white medium hair that covers part of his eyes, his face has a quiet look. He wears a white cape that goes around the sides and back of his body, a white hood is connected to the cape but he rarely uses it. He has dark leather shoulder pads and chest piece. He has pitch black leather gloves that go half way up to his elbows, and on the back hand of the glove their is a pearl like orb with a light that squirms inside the orb. His pants are leathery and dark, to go with his pants are boots that goes with his gloves. He has a dark look to him, that makes people wonder about him.

Bio: Blackrose was a quiet fellow that had a mysterious personality, but he is very intelligent and always surpass most Apprentices. He is an Evoker, and his past family have been Evokers and have a special gene in his lineage, his eyes change color of the element he will cast, if he will use a Fire Spell his eyes will turn ember, if he will use a Lighting Spell his eyes turn light yellow and glows, if he will cast an Ice spell his eyes will turn teal, if he casts a Water spell his eyes turn dark blue, this also occurs to the light inside of the orbs of his gloves. Blackrose also has experience with Dark magic and is the first of his family to learn Dark magic, if he casts a dark spell his eyes will turn red and glow. A year ago his family has disappeared, and strangely the town folk do not know who his family was, they only knew that Blackrose was an orphan living in a small house that he inherited from his unknown family. Blackrose is still trying to figure out who did this, but first he still needs to surpass the skills of a powerful mage so he want's to train in the guild until he can beat everyone in the guild, including the Guild Masters.[/spoiler]

Early on, mages must choose a way to help focus the flow of their magic. This allows the mage to progress faster than without, making it a must. There are three different types of focusing methods.

Arcane Bond – Most mages use arcane bonds to help focus their magic. By storing a portion of their power in an object they can improve their spell casting in accuracy, speed, and strength. Should a mage not have their bonded item on hand spells become much harder to cast, and can even drain their Well faster than normal. Bonded items cannot be destroyed by normal means. Arcane bonds are most commonly used on jewelry, but they can also be used on weapons. Mages can unbond and rebond new objects, but the process is often too long and tedious to pursue.

Familiar – A mage does not choose their familiar, their familiar chooses them. Smaller animals have a tendency to bond with mages. For whatever reason, these animals will follow their master to the ends of the earth all the while acting as a different form of arcane bond. Over time, a mage can learn to communicate with their familiar telepathically along with animals of the same species. Mages can also cast spells with their familiar's help, delivering spells that would normally require direct contact. Familiars can be injured or killed which weakens it's master's magic.

Markings – Some mages feel that entrusting their power with anyone or anything besides themselves is foolish, so they go down a different route. With the help of another, mages can have symbols of arcane magic tattooed onto their body. This allows a mage cast spells without relying on a bonded object or a familiar. The downside to such markings is that they limit the size of your Well. Mages with markings must be learn the value of efficiency early on, or suffer painfully.

Personality: Maura is quiet and peaceful young woman. Although she is extremely confident in her abilities, she conceas it. Maura is kind hearted and rarely reveals anger or aggression unless it is to protect someone close to her. Dispite these traits, however, Maura's knowledge of protective magic is quite limited while her knowledge of Conjuration and Transmutation is quite extensive due to her studies.
Type: Alchemist
Focus: Maura's focus is Arcane Bonds. Maura's item of focus is a necklace with an emerald heart in the center of a steel heart.
Appearance: With long dark brown hair that fell gently to her shoulders, Maura Clairice Victoria takes pride in her hair. When people see her they see the long glistening hair that flows behind her when she runs, the soft blue/green eyes that melt even the strongest men's hearts, and the soft perfectly colored lips. Her hair covered her ears which were slightly bigger then "small" that are curved at the top. Completing the beautiful face of this beautiful girl is her small "cute" nose. To top it off her skin was ever so silky and smooth to the touch, which sent a shiver of excitement through those who touched it. Most of the time when Maura is seen in public her long hair would a shine to it and is almost always "let down." She felt that it went perfectly with her favorite outfit of a simply school girl skirt, with a sleeveless tank-top that stopped just above the belly-button. Although when this was not an appropriate she would wear a slightly longer skirt with a black shirt that extended the proper length, past her belly-button

Here's the Head teacher thing if I can do it. If not, I'll just change it to a normal teacher. Oh and I've decided against a pirate.

Gender: Male.
Personality: Michael is a friendly man with a good heart, but is dislike by many people for his relaxed approach to everything. He isn't much bothered about rules in the school, except for one. He believes no unexperienced Mage should practise magic without an assistant, and noone should try creating new magics without an assistant. Of this rule he is increbily strict, and he expells any students who break it twice or injure anyone because of it.

Kazuki chuckled, finally reconising who the person he was following was. He pushed the Kunai away from his neck, the blade touching his skin but not cutting it. He shook his head at the unscarred man and apologized. "I'm sorry, I thought you were someone else. You look so out of place here." Kazuki then turned to the man with the Kunai. "Sosuei. Trying to skip work are we. Tut tut, I'd thought you were better than that. Though I cant really say anything." Kazuki smiled and lifted his hood an inch so Sosuei could see his face, but noone else could. He let it fall once again over his face and turn to the man with the mace and sighed. "Please put that away. I wouldn't want any of you to get hurt." Kazuki said, solemnly. The man smirked. "'Ere that boys!" The man shouted. "This guy thinks 'e can take us on! Lets show 'im who 'e's dealin' with!" The man with the mace smirked and lifted his weapon up to strike Kazuki, like the lackeys surrounding them, when the all dropped their weapons and started gagging. "I warned you." Kazuki said, sighing as he lifted his hood. "You should know better than to mess with your Hokage." And he walked away, dragging Sosuei out of the Inn. "I'm sorry for alarming you, Sosuei. But, as Hokage, I had to make sure you weren't an Intruder." Kazuki explained, yawning. "And dont worry about them in there. They wont choke. It was a simple Genjutsu that makes whatever you last drank feel like fire, which in their case was beer, and was in their throats so it made it seem like it was burning their throats." Kazuki chuckled slightly. "So, I gotta get back to the Ramen shop and Isuma, before they start worrying. I said I'd be two minutes, and I've been five. Tell me what happened on your mission as we walk back. And good disguise. You actually managed to fool me. Though it's probably because there were Nin's in there, meaning I wouldn't be able to distinguish chakra." Kazuki smiled as he started walking back towards the Ramen shop.

"Sh*t" Sedimen cursed. He walked out of the bushes, the last of his hands signs complete and the Jutsu coming into effect. His longsword was in his hand, but was held casually. You couldn't just give him the money, could you?! He said to himself. No, you had to give him time to be suspicious. Sedimen smiled as he walked towards Edan, hand outstretched. "Mi name's Denima. 'E 'Ired me as a Bodyguard, jus' 'ncase ya 'appened to turn on 'im." Sedimen said, putting on a great accent. "But 'e dont want me bein' seen, 'ncase ya thought I was gonna 'tack ya." Sedimen waited for Edan to shake his hand, for then it would be all over, quickly and effectively.[/spoiler]

The only time she would open up about herself, or anything in general, is if they are her friends or family. Maharu is very down to earth but is quite naive when it comes to a lot of things. When it comes to booksmarts, she's there, but when it comes to people in general she has no clue how to interact. So she normally uses the books she reads as a guide on how to talk to people.

[Spoiler=Sample Post]Sen was surprised that he dodged most of her kicks but it never got through the smile that seemed to be plastered on her face. "I tagged you. You're it!" She giggled watching Hakoto go flying from her kick, but quickly recovering and coming back to attack her. It suddenely went dark on her end as he sliced her glow stick in half. Hakoto was still heading for her, and out of the corner of her eye she saw Shuuhei toss her his. Sen caught it then jumped back dodging his attack, landing on the wall using her chakra to stay there.

The allyway suddenly went bright as Shuuhei's lightening crawled along the walls, and he told her to finish off her opponent. "Aww! But the game just started!" She sighed frowning, "Oh, well he was getting boring anyway." She placed her hand on the wall, using her lightening abilities to call Shuuhei's lightening to her hand. Sen then pushed off of the wall, suddenly vanishing then appearing right in front of Hakoto punching him in the gut with her lightening covered fist. He hit the wall forming a dent, her fist still connected to his stomach.

"There! All done!" She smiled at Shuuhei, removing her hand letting the samurai crumple to the ground unconscious. Sen then winced looking at her smoking hand. "Your lightening is not nice..."

Like once she almost blew off the side of the house all because she was angry, and afterwards she passed out for almost a whole month. As she grew up her parents kept her from the outside world not wanting her to get out of control and taught her how to control her emotions, since her powers seem to be connected somehow. So when she was finally enrolled into the school she had a quiet personality. Her bonded item is a plain silver necklace that her father got for her when she was 10 years old.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

Personality: Anson is a lazy man, having almost no drive whatsoever. The only time that he'll be bother to get up is for women, a drink or if a potentially good fight is presenting itself. He doesn't care if you are a mage, pirate or whatever as long as you don't try to harm him or his friends then he won't try to fight you. He strongly believes that ruthlessly, and pointlessly flaunting your power is childish, and that the end never justifies the means. Anson hardly kills an opponent at perfers to incompacitate them enough for them not to fight anymore.

She often gets excited when she see's her students do well in her class, seeing as she loves Abjuration with a passion. Surprisingly enough one of her most memorable attributes is that she is a total klutzs, and is almost always late for something. Izaria tries to make sure that everyone in her class gets a chance to participate. She is terrible at remembering names but despite all of that she would always be there for her friends and her students.

[spoiler=Bio(Optional):]Izaria doesn't remember her past at all, and only remembers waking up at the school when she was 7 years old. It was the first year that Micheal was the head teacher of the school. The only thing she remember was her first name. To her, she had been there all her life and trained everyday. Even though she did well in all of her Arcane arts, she excelled in Abjuction. Years later she became one of the youngest teachers in history to teach Abjuction in the school. Along side her is her familiar Tanaki, who she met when she was 14 and was out taking a walk. Tanaki was following her all day and even though Izaria knew this, she said nothing until she finished her walk and was back at the school.

After that Tanaki became her bonded item. They are always together, with Tanaki being on her shoulder, on her head, or walking beside her. Tanaki can also transform into a larger form of herself if he ever needs too.[/spoiler][/spoiler]
