Ice, he claims the light orb lets him loophole out of the freeze spell because you didn't freeze the light orb.

So yeah.

That doesn't explain how you can override other peoples elemental attacks.
By being frozen I mean he can't do s***.

He can't attack or anything. If I was vague, then that was my bad. But I doubt he was pulling an intellectual loophole.

"Like you said, my fire balls are a basic attack. I don't need my armor to use that attack since even a child could use it," responded Striker. He had the knowledge of the attacks, and what could only fall under the armor and what was open for all.

"And to shed some Light on how I moved..."
"I have been trained in controlling the elements," said Striker. "I am allowed to use the vast collection of elemental attacks by my armor. Each piece allows me to use a different aspect of the elemental fighting style. You can say that I'm cheap and a coward for using the elements, but I find great use in them, especially with Light." Striker turned into an orb of Light and floated to the nearby balcony. When he got there, he converted back to human form.

"Wondering how I did that? Well, I was originally a Level 76 Light fighter, but when I realized it wasn't enough to defeat you, I learned the rest of the elements bit by bit. Each element I, how should I say, grew in, I received a piece of my armor. I'm in no way, shape, or form a master in all the elements, but I know enough to survive and thrive in a fight." Striker had his grin on as he waited for Ice's response.

"Just to let you know, I'm still bound by your freeze spell, at least in human form."
"...I have that. Yes, I'm that awesome. Anyway, care to release me from the spell, or do I have to break it myself?" Striker had 1 defensive concept that Ice missed, he could increase his body temperature to break the spell. That however, would weaken him slightly. Striker was begining to learn that Ice was a ater fighter, a very defensive person, but Striker was evenly matched in defense.

I guess my return was for nothing?
Uh, sorry I missed you.

I'm busy fighting the most annoying child ever, so I kind of got wrapped up in the fight.

First of all Ice is hardly playing defensive, he's playing lazy. Your playing blind-moth-running-into-lantern NO MATTER what Jake says about insults that is totally what is going on. You can't decide other peoples things for them, if Ice wanted to be a offensive character you just made that impossible if Ice wanted to keep the fight plotholeless. This is why having stats on people is bullshit and what your doing is also bullshit.

If you were fighting me the stats would atleast make sense as I did admit my power is a wholy defensive one. But Ice did no such thing so you are just pulling facts out of your hat and forcing Ice to play along with them.

Second still does not explain how you got rid of the bubbles, and freeze spells have nothing to do with actual cold unless it's usen by a ice wielder. Giving yourself a fever would just make you sick when you heat up above your cells ability to survive in it comfortably.

Third a freeze action spell like Ice did would mean the shift into light would be impossible, even if your immune in that form.

OoC: I forgot to add that part when I made the post. Didn't want to GM. Anyway Deathly, I'm facing the most stubborn person on YCM. Now Ice, make your next move.

MOST STUBBORN PERSON ON YCM
...Get out.

But seriously, that was bull. You can't add a thing last second. I know you added it to make me seem stupid/counter my post because I was procrastinating my post on Ponychan.

And that s*** takes up a decent amount of time.

"Ah, a battle taking place against Ice. Note time to achieve more knowledge." said DeathlyFiend enthusiastically. He grabbed his notebook of fighting styles and descriptions that was laying connected to his belt. He also grabbed a feather from his back and turned it into a pen. With this, he opened his notebook to a new and clear page to write Ice's way of fighting. "Ah, before I take notes." DeathlyFiend added. He grabbed another knife from his back and stabbed himself with it. An invisible shield took an oval shape around DeathlyFiend to protect him from the fight. Soon, he took his seat where he stood and his shield stayed the form it was, but the position moved slowly down to be key with DeathlyFiend's position.

Ooc: Dane is officially awesome in my records!

They are going to hate bang.

SO HARD! <3

What?

Dane, Striker, and Ice.

See I know Ice and Dane are totally not a blackrom item but they are simply splitting Striker and this is cool because Ice is a good prince who will be able to properly share a sex slave and Striker will lose his manhood to a pair of scissors so that Ice can use it as a strap on. While Dane takes him from behind. <3

...what?

While it doesn't happen often, I have to agree with Nexev. Having stats on another RPer is like saying you own their house when you don't know where they live. Unless an RPer has given a statblock or a general description of how they style themselves you don't have any stat data on them at all.

Getting rid of the orbs of water was nothing short of Godmodding, plain and simple. You can't make the orbs disappear on a whim, or with an ability, without leaving it open to being countered or prevented. Few things in any Role-play are ever absolute, almost all posts must be left open. Instead of "I punched you in the face" you have to say; "I swung my fist at your head, attempting to hit your face." Now you have a chance to block, dodge, or acknowledge the hit.

The form shift to escape is striking me as an extremely lulzy 'lolwut' moment.

So my character is GMing because he has a notebook of stats?
Technically yes. You're trying to determine things about the opponent that can easily change. Now, if that's what you've observed and not what you are presenting as a fact, it's different. If the opponent out right stated that's what they are, it's different.

If YOU came up with it, and YOU stuck it to the opponent as a complete fact, it's godmodding / power playing.

You've got to remember that data can easily become outdated.

Just because you took a few notes about something doesn't mean it's going to stay that way. That's why Striker's notes about when I fought him technically won't do him any good in the future.

You also need to know that if you took the notes, but weren't around, that's another example of godmodding.

I know they can be outdated. And I only pay attention to fights with my character Sitting down in a shield and taking notes near the battle ground
