Guest Striker
The requirements for this round are a bit tricky. The contestants are to make a written card. This card must be a Spirit monster and have an effect when it is returned to your hand. First to three wins. The winner gets 1 Rep and 100 points from the loser and earns the right to call themselves the Card Making Champion. Kotaro's CardD.D WithdrawalLevel 4Warrior/SpiritDARK1600/1000This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card returns to the owner’s hand, you can remove from play 1 Monster Card from your Graveyard and inflict 300 damage to your opponent. Galadrien's CardOmoikaneLIGHT******Spellcaster/SpiritATK / 2400 DEF / 2400This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or flipped face-up. During each of the Main Phase 2, place 1 Ponder Counter on this card (max. 6). When this card is sent from the field to the hand, you can draw cards or make your opponent discard cards, the total amount of cards drawn and discarded by this effect is up to the amount of Ponder Counters on this card. OR you can destroy 1 card on the field for every 2 Ponder Counters on this card.

Spoon
Eh... I don't get the point of Galadriens card... maybe, before I vote, someone explains to me: It's a Spirit monster. Those normally only stay on the field for one round. Therefor, the maximum of Ponder Counters on this card can only become 1 before it returns to your hand and the counters are removed... or do I miss something? J-Max
Galadrien gets my vote. But only if you can explain something to me. The Maximum amount of Ponder Counters on the card can only be one before returnig to the hand right? You should have made it Spell Counters, then it would have fitted nicely into a Spell Counter Deck. You're getting my vote barely though due to Kotaro's card being pretty basic... hexcalibrate
i vote for kataroGaladrien's card is ineffective as a spirit with counters and even less useful considering the fact its 6 STAR monster
Phantom M.C.
@spoon, j-max, and king of dyspraxia: mirror of yata, or izanagi, they keep spirit monsters on the field, then you use compulsory evacuation device or whatever to return it, plus it still has 2400 atk and def. i'm just trying something new ;D
Spoon
Well then, it's at least possible (though not very probable)... anyways, it's the more creative effect, and I have to agree with J-Max that Kotaro's card is just to bland... Vote for Galadrien.

Guest Striker
Well, I guess I get to make the final choice then. Kotaro's card is a help for the D.D. Decks out there. However, the effect doesn't fit D.D. and it is a waste of a good idea. Galadrien's card is a waste of strength. You need the right cards to keep that card on the field to keep using its strength. With that in mind, I have decided to crown Galadrien as the YCM Card Making Champion. 3-1 Galadrien LOCK!!!
