Bull3tM0nk3y
Hello YCM, as you know this is a fast and popular forum, and everyday there are at-least 50 or more members who join and most of them use YCM, just leave, or don't even register!I have an idea that will stop this and make a faster and better YCM!For a new person who comes and leaves in just a few days there is this post about that. I think that will help us this noobs not being on YCM after about a week. Now here's the idea for accounts who have not being on YCM for over 1 year!Every year, give or take, there is a list of people who do and do not sign in for a long time or do not finish the signing up part! Admins and Super mods (if they can) to remove these members so we do not have an another database error, and this will make YCM faster to use.[spoiler=Removal Dates (This is up to the mods really)][spoiler=Non-active YCMembers]• 1 year• 1 1/2 years• 2 years• 2 1/2 years• or more[spoiler=Incomplete Register]• 3 months• 6 months What do you say? Clustered and slow YCM or everyone has their space and fast YCM?
Βyakuya
No support. They're just too busy. You can't force them and there are more other attempts at n00bs being better. Yet if they come back after a year or so, they find out their account if deleted.
//Zeromaru//
I remember I used YCM for about a month and I only used the cardmaker. Then I sort of forgot about yugioh. Then I saw an ad for the site and came back. I looked around the actual forum and found it was alot better than just being able to make cards. If my account had been deleted then I probably wouldn't have created another one and I would have alot more time on my hands. For the good of mankind I say support, but my soul tells me I cannot agree with this. No support.
Dranzer
No support. It would simply take too much time to see who has been active and who not. And there are people who could be inactive for a year and then want to come back.
Catman25
Would deleting a couple accounts make YCM faster? I don't even notice it being slow. ._.
Guest
7) Do not request the deletion of inactive user accounts. I don't know why this was even suggested. I guess you people who enjoy reading through the member list during your free time get bothered by this when you're not preoccupied by your inability to associate with human beings. Or perhaps you were just concerned that our inactive members were using up too many of the available usernames, even though enough possible usernames exist to allow every person on earth to make a billion of them without ever using up more than the tiniest fraction of a single percent of the total number available - if you don't believe me, then you can run the numbers yourself, if you're actually smart enough to calculate them properly, which if you actually considered suggesting this, you aren't. Deleting inactive accounts, on top of being completely and utterly pointless, would discourage people from returning to this site after absences, and would prevent them from saving their cards on this site via the card maker. This will not happen. Oh, and if you think deleting parts of the site that nobody ever accesses would make the site run faster, go take a comp sci class.
