[The Final Messenger]

Korona took a seat by Yoko, luckily it was a corner seat so he felt right at home there. He produced a pencil and paper from his pocket, and took a textbook and set it in a position that would make it look as if he was reading, but in reality he would be sleeping or something of the sort. He set his head on his desk and dozed off, not snoring the least bit. He already knew the penalty for snoring from all those nights on the run.

Alice stretched before scooping up her thinks and heading for the classroom door. After sitting in that room for so long after being in the gym, she wanted a breath of fresh air, so she stepped out into the courtyard and taking in a deep breath, which woke her up again a little. She didn't have a problem with being inside, but being in a small but full classroom and not moving was never a comfortable place to be. Noticing she was hungry, she decided to head back inside and see if they provided any food that wasn't fattening somewhere. As she walked up a busy hallway she noticed someone run past in the other direction. Thinking they seemed familiar, she tried to turn around to see, but they'd gone, and the people behind her weren't going to be happy if she stopped.

Yoko was kind of sad that Korona decided to sleep for the class, because she wanted to continue talking to him. He was the first friend she had made at this school so far so she wanted to get to know him. Guess he was really tired. So with a sigh Yoko opted to just leave Korona alone and pay attention to the teacher. If her siblings were in here she would at least have someone to talk too but since they weren't, it was a pretty boring class. Eventually the bell rung and Yoko was the first to stand up. "Hey Korona, it's time to wake up." She said moving her hand over to shake him.

Meanwhile, Makoto and Naomi were walking towards the Science classroom. Naomi had science left, and Yoko would meet her in front of the classroom, while Makoto went to his History class. Then all three of them would meet up in their Gym class. "Where is she?" Makoto mumbled inrritated, not at Yoko, but at the girls that kept trying to get his attention. Naomi shrugged, "Maybe she got lost...." She tried to offer an answer. While she was looking around she thought she saw Shin leaning on a wall but with all of the kids walking in front of her, and her shortness, she could hardly tell if she was right in seeing Shin.

"very funny" joey growled as the guy stayed cool and calm despite the fact that joey could kill him with bearly a movement at this point. "no its not just about the classes thing its your whole attatuide it just pisses me off." he said as he moved the knives closes to the point where the electricty was starting to tear at the boys body. "besides your whole smoke thing wont work. the smell offeneds me but other then that it has no effect at all."

Rainer seeing kyo was in distress felt bad for the boy and walked over to him deciding to try and get his mind off things. "its ok f** i'm sure that what evers going on can be fixed." he said with a smirk.

Kyosukes pupils slowly got smaller and smaller, and his voice slowly getting scratchy, "T... Ten... Years..." It got to a point where Kyosuke's pupils where completly gone and he slowly leaned forward and landed on his hands, he spit out a huge splash of blood, with black stuff slowly spreading through it. "T-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-en" Kyosuke got up slowly as his eyes rolled over to the back of his head, "Ten..." a black material then exited Kyo's mouth and began to spread over Kyosuke's face, his eyes became pitch black as well.

Peter looked over at Shin as he left. With a frown, Peter thought about reasons he would want to leave. [i]"Could he actually care about his grades? No, this was his idea. What could make him leave like that... The girl! She has to be what is on his mind! But i'm not going to follow shin, I still have to talk with Tiberius, It just wouldn't be fair to him."[/i] Peter turned back to the seats and sat opposite of Tiberius. "Hmm... You see. I am having a girl proplem, Tiberius, Would you mind talking with me about it?" Peter asked Tiberius with a small grin. Peter shot his hand into his pocket and pulled out the small black box that held the most important item Peter has ever touched. Peter sat it on the table.

Shin finally saw Naomi and sighed.[i]I guess now is a better time then never.[/i]He walked over to her through the large crowd."U'mm....Hey....Naomi ook.....I'm sorry about earlier...."He looked away a bit and then back at her."I was coming on very fast......and f you don't wanna go out then......it's okay.....I'm not forcing you to."He looked away once again not knowing what to say now.

Suddenly a huge blast of darkness exited him and filled the whole school with darkness, the class rooms, the hallways, the cafeteria, everything was covered. Then it spread into a huge orb of darkness that covered the entire school, temperaroly blinding everyone by stealing the light away. Then the darkness collapsed with the whole school untouched, and Kyosuke was thrown by an unknown force into the wall and hit the ground, unconscious.

Suddenly a dark wave seemed to come out of the wall, casting the corridor into absolute darkness. Several students panicked and tried to run, only to collide with others or the wall. Thinking quickly, Alice reached to the side and made contact with the wall, moving into it. A moment later the light returned to see the corridor in chaos as students trying to cope with the darkness now had to cope with the sudden return of the light. [i]Whatever that was, it cannot be good. But where did it come from? It came from that wall, and it seemed to start at the top, meaning must have come from above.[/i] Pushing her way through the crowds, Alice made her way up the stairs and along another corridor, searching for any sign of what might have caused the blackout.

Hyoma was still running to class. He didn't think anybody would mind since the hallway seemed like a ghost town. Then suddenly the blackout hit. Unfortunately because of that he didn't notice a piece of paper that somebody must have dropped and he slipped on it. "I'm so glad nobody saw that..." He looked to his right to see the entrance to his latin class and a couple kids who saw. "This is not my day." Hyoma then just picks himself up and walks into the classroom just hoping to get this day over with already so he can return to his apartment and be alone.

"GAHH!" Korona yelledd before blurting out some random information on the subject of wars and conquest before realizing that the bell had rang. He quickly grabbed his things, said, "Umm, g-good bye I'll s-see you in P-P.E," to Yoko, and ran out the door. Unfortunatly the blackout hit and Korona bumped into someone presumably on there way to history class, while simoutaniously falling back to the ground. It was like this morning with the kid who was looking for the gym. The boy had brown hair from what Korona could see, and looked like a male version of Yoko. "S-sorry for th-that, th-there w-was a bl-blackout and- and I b-bumped into you," Korona stuttered, attempting to gather his items on the ground.

" Wow your a hot head arent you" A serious look comes aross Jace's face. " You say that my smoke doesent effect you, but lets see how like it when your lungs are full of the stuff, to a point where your gasping for air." The cigarette falls from his lips, and in an instance Jaces body disperses into a very thick cloud of smoke.The smoke was jet black, full of tar and ash. The Smoke has spread over a large area, it looked about the size of half a football field. It was very noticable many students was even able to see it from a distance. Jace was still developing his powers, but so far he was able to control how dence the smoke became, and it was clear that he made the smoke as thick as he could to teach the boy a lesson. This move was very impressive andlarge in scale but he wasent able to hold this form of smoke for long. Jace was only able to hold this smoke form for about one minute compared to his other smoke form which was for about 15 minutes but at the cost of it being much weaker. " So hows it taste, can you feel it in your lungs yet " A voice echos from the smoke.

Alice glanced at her watch. [i]It's time for the next class,[/i] she realised, coming to a halt. [i]Now, do I keep looking for whatever that dark thing was, or do I ignore it and go to class? Well, I really don't know where it came from, and it could take hours to find it, if it hasn't already gone, whereas if I miss this class it might be problematic later one. Why did I want to learn Latin anyway?[/i] she questioned herself as she set off in the other direction, [i]It's not like I'll need it for anything - then again, I have no idea what I might need any more. Stupid Government, ruining my career like that.[/i]
She came round a corner, paced herself to a reasonable walking speed, and opened the door to the Latin classroom. Most of the class was already there, including, she noticed, Hyoma, she she sat down near.
"Hi again," she said, smiling, "how's your day going?"

joey smiled when the guy melted into the air turning into smoke filling the area. as the smoke filled the area a small yellow blue glow could be sceen around joey. "you know this would be a good attack if i didnt have a natural sheild around me at all times. my powers produce it and it keeps me basicaly in a buble." joey said with a laugh. what he didnt say though was that his natural sheild wasnt very strong and without him adding power to it would easyly be broken.

rainer who was very close to kyo when everything went dark was gladhe had his natural sheild. he wondered what would have happened if he didnt even if the light he produced wasnt that strong. when the darkness subsided rainer searched around the room and found kyo agianst the wall. he picked up the boy and started to run to the nurses office hoping that he was ok. the only thing he thought the whole way there though was kinda ironic considering what rainer usely called the boy. [i]he's so cute when he's asleep[/i]

Kyosuke slowly awoke in an infirmary bed with the nurse standing over him, "Wha- what happened?"
"Well you got yourself a nasty bump on the head young man!" The nurse said as she switched the cold pack on his head with a hot water bottle, "Excuse me but..." Kyosuke looked around the room trying to remember what happened, "How the hell did I get here?" the nurse then turned to him.
"Why that nice young man Rainer, he carried you all the way here!" the nurse said.
"Rainer? No way, you must've mistaken him for Joey..." Kyosuke said as he slowly got up, "Ah!" Kyosuke said and fell backwards back into his pillow, his head was killing him. "Are you allergic to anything Kyosuke?"
"No ma'am."
"Okay then, take these Tylenol pills." the nurse handed Kyosuke two pills to take.
"Thanks Mrs. Greene." Kyosuke said, Mrs. Greene was the name of one of the school Nurses, the others where Mrs. Willson and Ms. Tribiani. [i]"That Rainer, he's an a******... But then again, what joey said... Nah, he was just trying to make me hate Rainer less... All jocks are the same... Stupid piles of muscle... Joey as the ONLY exception."[/i] Kyosuke sat there, in bed for god knows how long.

Hyoma was pretty startled to find Alice in the same Latin class as him. Or even in Latin. Not the most popular class. "Um...hello Alice. My day...well...I've had better." Hyoma thought about that fight that he was challenged to by that pyromaniac. "Uh-um...I accidentally punched punched that other guy who is able to control fire so he challenged me to a fight. I'm terrified of fighting him...he might be as crazy as...him...but...I don't want to be called a wuss anymore and I don't want to use that crazy thing ever again. I-I just don't know what to do...I'm sorry for putting you on the spot like this..." Hyoma looked down at the table in his shame.

As hyoma started to talk about his problems to his friend rainer walked into the classroom looking annoyed. he sat down in the desk next to the boy his red eyes glowing in annoince and his ears flattened at the nurses comment. when he relised that he didnt know anyone in the class he looked over at hyoma and decided to introduce himself trying to be nice. "hey i'm rainer miles whats your name?" he asked.

Naomi looked at Shin for a while before smiling gently. "Makoto....Can I talk to Shin alone please?" Makoto 'Hmphed' but carried out her request. So now they were alone. "L-llisten Shin...I-i just ned some ti-ime th-think about it." She smiled becoming a bit mor comforttable around him. "This i-is kind of new t-to me so....I was sh-hocked at first....And I don't th-think I can agree to a date....B-but...We can have l-lunch together...A-as friends..."

While Makoto was a little ways away from Naomi and Shin, listening to their conversaition, there was a sudden blackout. "What the?...." He mumbled seconds before he felt something collide intohim. He looked down, as the lights were coming back on, and saw a really skinny kid with a weird expression on his face. "Hn....It's fine kid...Be more careful though...I doubt many people would let that go." His voice was toneless, but there didn't seem to be any anger, only what sounded like a light scolding. The kid's stutter reinded him of Naomi. "Where you heading anyway?"

Meanwhile, Yoko stared at the doorway, where Korona just ran through, confused. What was all of that random stuff he just said. "Weird....But I can't wait to tell Makotoand Naomi about him!" She grinned before heading to her science class which she had with Naomi. While walking there was a blackout. "Hm..Wonder what's going on.." A little later she saw Naomi talking to Shin, and Makoto talking to someone. Only when she got closer did she recognize Korona. "Korona....What arre you doing on the floor...?"

Hyoma was surprised by the sudden appearance of the muscle-head. He looked like the kind of guy who'd start trying to beat up Hyoma any second now and with those muscles he wouldn't need any powers to do so but if Hyoma remembered correctly he was one of those twins who had the lightning powers. "Uh-uh. I'm Hyoma Zeros. P-please don't hurt me." He puts his head on his deck and covers it with his arms. Though he didn't think that'd really help out. "I don't want to get stuck in two fights in the same day. S-so please Don't use that lightning dragon or anything on me."

Selina so far was having a boring day. There was almost no one left when she and her brother both displayed there powers. Then of course there was the fact that they only shared left her bored and disappointed because she just loved fiddling with his gender. That was the weird thing though no matter what gender they were they always thought of each other as there true gender. Like for her "her" and him "him" which had most just plain confused. Then there was that hole black out thing. Now she was sitting in third period Math fiddling with her pencil. She always thought her power was great but after seeing all the others she just wasn't happy. "I guess my brother is going to be the star here...sigh" she thought.

Meanwhile Michael was wondering what Selina was doing. He looked at his desk and without letting anyone see he placed his hand under it and placed a Push mark on it. "Hmm maybe I can do some stuff here, my sister was always the trickster but....now maybe i can make a name for myself. I'll just haft to wait until the end of class" he thought. He looked up and sat there and listened to his Science teacher. Through out the day he was noticing alot of people stare at him and his sister no dought he had a good idea of what they where thinking cause come on its not everyday you see a guy in a ball gown walk through the corridors of a school.

"Th-there w-was this- this black o-out and I- I bumped into him," Korona said to Yoko after gathering his wits of the situation. He then turned to the boy and answered, "I- I was h-heading t-to my ne-next c-class." Korona got up and walked over to his 2nd period class, but decided to skip it. Korona went to the janitor's closet and opened it with his blood, and went up the vents for another nap.

Shin looked at her and smiled faintly.He thought she might have needed more time.But he liked the idea of having lunch together.Even if it was just as Freinds.He was just glad he got to see her again rather than her saying no and running off and never speaking to him again.He noticed she was getting more used to him."Okay......We can do that......"He looked at her directly and smiled more."I thought y-you might n-need more time to think about it....."His expression chaned immediatly after saing that.He had studdered while talking to her.Was he nervous to?He blushed a bit and smiled.

"why are you so afriad?" rinaer asked looking at the boy with one eyebrow raised. "i dont fight people enless its nessary." rainer said as he leaned back in his chair relaxing some. "and what do you mean two fights." he said his red eyes lighting up some. "you allready have a bully and its only the first day." he said.

Naomi smiled, "I-i did...And thats what I c-came up with." It was then that the warning bell rung, and just as Naomi was about to say something Yoko stepped between them and grabbed Naomi's hand. "Sorry to inturrupt, well not really, but we have to get to class. You should do the same Shin, bye!" Yoko said all this in one rushed breath before pulling her sister into the science class. When they sat down the class was just getting started. Science wasn't something that Yoko was into but Naomi loved science with a passion. Naomi sat there staring intently at the teacher, her heand flying over the paper taking all sorts of notes. That's how the three of them worked. For classes that one person was terrible at, the one who was better at it would take the notes and then explaine it to the others later. It was a good system for them, and Science was definately one of Naomi's and Makoto's better subjects. Yoko was decent at it but only thanks to the help from her sister and brother.

Meanwhile, Makoto went to his Geography class and sat down. He sat in the last row as to be out of staring rang of the girls that seemed to always be looking at him. To put it plainly he was annoyed by it. He wished there was a girl, other than his sisters, that didn't act like a silly little school girl with a crush on him.

Kyosuke finally got up out of the hospital bed, "Thanks again Mrs. Greene!" Kyosuke said while leaving the nurses office. He didn't remember anything, the black in his blood, the possession, or the blackout he caused. He just walked down the hallway, passed all of the classrooms and entered the library, "I should just take it easy with a book for now... ah!" Kyosuke grabbed a copy of [u]A tale of Two Cities[/u] by Charles Dickens. "Now this is a good book." He sat down and kicked back and began to read.
