Arms look abit too short, really short skirt too... hmm. Practise physical body shape and sketch out a kind of stickman figure then add details ontop. Might I suggest looking at some Cartoon Characters? Usually of the Chiibi variety and try and incorporate parts of how they shape the characters (not so much proportions mind you) into how you draw these for a more finished look? Well say not the right material, but if you practice more it will be better, Practice makes perfect, but then nothing is perfect, but you get the idea.
