Well here are some villains for you. I'll make any changes you want made to the apps, just give the word.

[u][b]Meister[/b][/u]

[b]Name:[/b] Yukina Himura
[b]Gender:[/b] Female
[b]Age:[/b] 17
[b]Personality:[/b] Despite being the Meister and not the weapon, Yukina is the person who enjoys fighting. In fact she really likes it and is quite impatient to get to it. She not only doesn't care about hurting people but loves it. She's often very outspoken and rude to just about everyone except her brother. She can also be very cold and cruel when she wants to be.

Yukina is about five foot ten inches in height. Ignore the sword in the pic. She doesn't use a sword.

Yukina and Saburo Himura were the children of a mostly unknown Meister and Weapon couple. Their parents weren't ever great in Shibusen and not much was expected of them. They went through their lives rather okay for awhile. Yukina was to be a Meister and as her brother Saburo had the power he was to be a weapon. As it turned out when they first got to Shibusen they were paired together as it was found they couldn't directly resonate with anyone but each other. They were quite reserved and kept to each other. When Yukina was twelve and Saburo was fourteen they just up and left Shibusen. No one knew quite why. The next day both of their parents were found to be dead. It seemed hemorrhaging from spear wounds was the cause of death in both cases. Shibusen tried to investigate but never got anywhere.

As it turned out, Yukina had momentarily fallen to a burst of madness. The cause was a very dangerous encounter with a person whose soul had become a Kishin egg. The madness passed on to her and through her to her brother. Afterwards both just stopped. They were now quite evil and enjoyed the things an insane person would do but they didn't have the bursts of madness that made them initially kill their parents. From then they went off and trained together to become stronger. Eventually they joined Arachnophobia and began to fight against Shibusen. They really don't know why. They enjoy it but they really don't have a significant reason for joining. Though they're both set on never returning to Shibusen.

The spear is about seven feet in length total. It's quite large and heavy at that.

[b]Personality:[/b] Unlike his sister, Saburo is much more inclined to not fighting. However that doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy it. He's the quiet one of the group and often keeps to simply observing what goes on. He's very protective of Yukina and won't tolerate anyone hurting her. In the event she is hurt in a fight he'll push the resonance rate up to great heights to kill the opponent.

Saburo stands at about six feet two inches. Again, ignore the weapon in the pic.

[b]Soul Resonance Technique:[/b] When Saburo resonates with Yukina the latent madness in them both comes out and increases, greatly increasing their power, durability, and speed. Saburo takes on a very different appearance while the two resonate. Saburo's blade section starts glowing a dark red and grows a foot or two in length. It then begins to start moving like it's a liquid and the surface is being disturbed. Yukina has named the form the Despair Shock. In this state whenever Saburo strikes the ground, powerful shock waves are sent out. Likewise these powerful shock waves can be sent directly through people either through Saburo or through Yukina's physical attacks.

Cool, the IC thread is up. One thing though. You seem to have overlooked my apps. Just letting you know. Just so others can find it more easily.
