It was nowhere near morning so they wouldn't fail no matter when they got there. "That is pretty strange that we haven't run into any teams from Konoha; but there were some in the group when we started right?" Raphael said, not really paying attention to anything like that when the exams started. Before anyone answered they finally arrived at the tower in the Forest of Death. Looking at Rai, he gave the scroll that he had to him and wrote in the Ground to take Himari and go as he would take care of the shinobi in front of him. As soon as he finished, Shiro began making handseals to the Stone Armor jutsu. Shiro was not going to let his team suffer any more than it needs to. As soon as the stone armor began forming, he knew that all he need to do is get his team away, then get away himself. Standing there in front of the team, he charged. Kazuki muttered, looking at his charred hand, slowly wrapping it in a bandage he kept in his pocket at all times, not wincing at all at the shocking pain that streaked up his arm. As he put his bandage into it's holder, his hand brushed something he'd found earlier in the folder in the Forest. "That scroll!" He suddenly exclaimed, flicking it out of his pocket. "I wonder what it does......?" He muttered, opening it, forgetting all about his improved techniques. He looked at the writing on the scroll. "Well, this is good." He chuckled, placing his hand on the scroll and sending chakra through it, erasing the seal and revealing a very rare Item...... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Seni smiled. "One more attack and you're finished." He whispered, staring into the cage. "And then we'll be able to focus on that guy." He pointed over to the guy in the tree. "He seems very cocky, so I'll sort him out. But first....." He placed his hands together in the same series of handseals he did earlier. "I believe you liked this move. It should be familiar. Water Release, Shark Tooth Jutsu!" He grinned again, loving the look of knowing on the face of the Shinobi as their death approached. "[i]Ciao[/i]" He laughed, giving a mock salute as their death cries pierced the air. "So then, your turn." He said, staring at the guy in the tree. Champster Posted November 4, 2010 Author Report Share Posted November 4, 2010 [Kazuki Nameni] The scroll summons a pendant, a crystal made completely out of emerald, and lands softly onto the now useless scroll. Puzzled, Kazuki lowers his eyebrows in confusion and grabs hold of it with his right hand while casting the scroll aside. "Whats this..." He whispers, glaring at the object. The moment he touches the emerald pendant it glows mysteriously and enhances Kazuki's abilities somehow. "Whoa" He utters. Surprisingly enough he seemed more skilled in blocking and a small amount in dodging. "Whatever it is or its doing it seems to increase my combat efficiency" He adds after deducing the effects he seemed to of gained. The sun overhead slowly disappears as dark clouds began circling around Konohagakure. Something was amiss and Kazuki could feel something sinister was afoot. "Whats this" He murmurs, his eyes focusing towards his village. Was this what Amagai warned them about? The impending danger that was soon to unfold? Kazuki and all of Konoha would find out soon enough... [Rewards] Acquired 20 EXP! The shinobi standing idly above the tree top grinned. He appeared unfazed by the deaths of his subordinates and started chuckling. "This is truly a remarkable discovery. I must report my findings to Hanzo-Sama immediately" The nameless shinobi thought and soon enough drops down to the ground with a small thud. "Dammit, wish I could move but I'm too exhausted to even walk, let alone fight" Misaki cursed himself for not able to join the battlefield. The tall figure approached Seni and simply threw a scroll at him. "For your efforts, [i]boy[/i]. Though it would seem that the Chuunin Exams will have to be postponed until the matter is resolved, which will soon unfold" He spoke with such sinisterly nature. "I have no interest in fighting either of you. Doing so would tarnish my reputation within the Order. Anyway, I advise the both of you to stay away from Konohagakure if you value your lives...[b]War[/b] is coming" He adds, disappearing into the ground beneath him. He chuckles devilishly as he does and his voice eventually vanishes, leaving the two behind. Misaki gathered enough strength to stand up and congratulated Seni for defeating them. "It seems you have received an Earth Scroll. Too bad, I suppose. If it was the Heaven Scroll I'd probably take it from your hands" Said Misaki as he walked towards Seni. Despite there little confrontation earlier and how they tried to kill each other Misaki got used to the idea of having [i]allies[/i] and such. "I have a lot to answer for killing the two of my teammates. Assuming they've be found, of course. He was pleased and glad - although he didn't show any expression of joy - the boy didn't resolve this matter with violence. Otherwise the organization they were after would know Seiro's contact was either killed or captured if he didn't return back to wherever he was heading. "This...Hanzo, I assume he's leading this organization and if what you say is true he's beginning to move. And their leader clearly knows we're tracking them down" He added, pondering over his thoughts. Looking up at the Monument and staring the Hokages' faces one by one Miharu soon noticed what they were attempting to do. Although he wasn't sure if he was correct or not. It was just a guess, really. "I asked a team of ANBU to check on the Forest of Death earlier. I've heard some astonishing news about countless Genin's getting killed" He said, looking back at Kyo standing beside him. Hana appears next to them and seems to take a moment to catch her breath before she began explaining things about what she heard. "Miharu-Sensei, I've received word-..." Hana stopped and looked over her shoulder. Both Miharu and Kyo glance towards where Hana was staring and there stood the man Kyo met earlier. "Since you've gathered information out of him Seiro is likely been captured, correct?" The cloaked figure said. "Kyo has been followed all this time!?" Miharu thought, narrowing his eyes at the man. "The boy next to you transformed himself as Seiro, didn't he? I see. But you're wrong if you think I saw through his transformation. His imitation of Seiro was flawless and I didn't notice anything different" He adds. Hana quickly assumes in her battle stance and before she could launch an attack she was told to hold off for now by Miharu-Sensei. "What made you noticed he wasn't?" Asked Miharu. "The scorpion..." To which the dark cloak figure answers. Just then two shinobi in dark cloaks simultaneously drops down from above and both assume into there battle stances. "Scorpions like those don't exist anywhere but in the wind country. One of your ANBU probably transformed him or herself without knowing that in order to overhear our conversation". "Dammit. We've been compromised. Hana! Kyo! Capture them if you can. If not kill them!" Miharu ordered as he performed multiple hand seals. "Misguided fools. Its too late to stop the Order!" The leader amongst said as he creates numerous hand seals as well. The two cloaked individuals both threw kunai's with paper bombs attached to them directly towards the three of them. Meanwhile Kyo could feel something strange beneath his feet, but shrugged it off as he paid attention at their enemies. Shiro instructed Rai to take Himari to the tower while he dealt with the assailant. Rai, however, hesitated. But only for a moment. "Understood" He sighed. He quickly jumped upwards and over the two where he lands next to Himari. "Himari, lets go" He whispers, grabbing Himari and placed her arm over him and carried her away. "You certain that was the best move? One on one isn't going to be fair, [i]boy[/i]. But three against one wouldn't probably make any difference, either" He chuckled. Shiro could tell something was wrong with him. He seemed like an ordinary boy with the exception of the way he talked. Insanity and bloodthirsty. Cold and emptiness. Void of life yet something clinging to live. The nameless assailant grinned, his eyes shifting into mere slits as Shiro came charging at him. "[i]Ho[/i]..." He utters, his grin widening. The metal armor covering Shiro's body was a surprise, but nothing he can't handle. "In all my travels I've never come across a shinobi who could use metal to cover his entire body. Hows' a guy gonna injure ya" He teased, sheathing his blade. In a matter of seconds he creates numerous hand seals too fast and complex for Shiro to even see. "Neutralizing Technique!" He'd shout, thrusting his palms forward towards the rushing Shiro sending this Chakra aura at him. "You're open, [i]boy[/i]" Said the nameless shinobi as he leaps forward with blade drawn and attempts to slash at Shiro, whom had his metal armor canceled and removed from around his body completely. Niiro's family were noble, rich folk back home and was raised to become a lady of nobility and tried their best to keep her away from becoming a shinobi. Despite several attempts to persuade her and countless arguments between them Niiro was very audacious and eventually carved herself a path as a shinobi through defiance. When the time came where she encountered a foe much stronger then her she froze. And before she was killed mercilessly Raphael had saved her. From then on she admired him and promised one day she'd do the same when the time arises. "Lets go, Raphael. Shinzui" She said, ordering the two to continue. Shinzu merely nods once and leads the way. Raphael had been wondering what those three were up to but shrugged when Niiro questioned him. "Whats wrong?" She asked, concerned. "Its nothing" He answered. Raphael obviously knew they were there to cause trouble, but that wasn't his problem. Not yet, anyway. The doors to the entrance of the tower suddenly shattered into pieces. "Doors open" Shinzui said, sheepishly after he had used his technique on it. Shinzui enters first followed by Niiro and lastly Raphael. The room was empty and seemed as though no one was there. The lights suddenly came on causing Shinzui to draw his blade strapped around his back. "Careful now. You don't want to cut yourself and make a mess of this place" A man spoke as his figure rose from underneath the floor and revealed a person. "Scrolls please" The Jounin spoke, casually. Both Niiro and Shinzui pulled out a scroll from there pouches and simultaneously hands it over to the Konoha-Nin. But before the Jounin could even grab them he immediately drops down to the ground, unconscious. "Wha-...?" Shinzui utters and holds the hilt of his sword firmly. A man dressed in white attire appears instantly the moment the body fell and stands idly between the knocked out Jounin and the three of them. "You three all alright?" He asks, calm and collected. He looks over his shoulder, a small part of his tanned face hidden due to his chronically visible mask, and glances at them. "Numaru-Sensei...!" Niiro exclaimed. [Rewards] Acquired 100 EXP! Serenity the Candyman Posted November 4, 2010 Report Share Posted November 4, 2010 Shiro smiled as the assailant activated his Neutralizing Technique and wasnt paying attention as the other slipped of towards the tower. Once the assailant began removing the armor, Shiro began making the necessary handseals for the Body Flicker Technique. As soon as the blade started coming down, the Body Flicker Technique was activated and Shiro slipped past the unknown assailant and went for the tower but in a different direction. If the assailant followed him, which was most likely since his trail was fresher and closer to the assailant, Shiro knew he could get away and get to his comrades. I want to fight you in the finals, so dont disappoint me." He grinned, sanely though, brightening his face up considerably. At that moment he looked incredibly handsome, and his intelligence was obvious. Then he turned to look at the white Tower looming over the forest. "Well, I hope to see you around." Seni said, not turning. He sighed, and ran into the forest, both scrolls rocking together. He laughed once, at how easy them Chunin level Nins were, and ran faster, reaching the Tower very quickly. He dived through the door, surprising the Jounin there, and rolled to propel himself onto his feet. "I've finished." He said, simply. His smile had already faded. "And I'm not sure if my teammates survived." Without listening to a single word the Jounin said(He didn't say anything other than congratulations, and it was a pathetic and shocked one at that) and walked out of the back door, setting course for Konohagakure. He wanted to get some food and train a bit, before asking some other Genin if they knew anything about an Explosion he heard. He was interested in it, for it sounded like a high scale battle or something. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kazuki grinned, lifting the pendant over his head and resting it on his neck, where it glowed an entrancing green. "Well, that was interesting. It must help my defensive skills." He stated, walking towards Ichiraku's, the most famous Ramen shop in the Village. He entered the shop just as another Genin, obviously just out of the forest, did. He apologized, noting the Band of Kirigakure over his left Shoulder. He sat down anyway, wanting only a bowl of Ramen, which he ordered quickly before the waiter could ask what he wanted, and relaxed, not noticing Kirimono a few metres away, staring out of the door, blushing. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Seni apologized as he bumped into the Konohagakure Nin. He originally thought the Nin was a Genin because of the age, but the expression on his face, and the experience and coldness that came off of him made him think differently. He was about to say the guy acted like a jounin, when he leaned back in his chair, closing his eyes, which was a little uncautious. Still, Seni was scared.....no, terrified of the boy, and kept away, sitting next to a guy staring out the window and blushing. "What's happened to you? You look like you saw an angel." BLUR Posted November 4, 2010 Report Share Posted November 4, 2010 Kyo was surprised by the sudden attack but he didn't let his guard down. Smoke erupted from the small bombshell. The smoke was a dark grey color, allowing Kyo to just barely be able to look through it and spot the mysterious ninjas coming towards Hana and himself."The Order is going to see that they are going to have a harder time than expected to plunge this world into war," Kyo said before just barely getting out of the way. "Now then, I think it's my turn," Kyo smirked. He performed a couple of hand signs before saying, "Wind Release: Petal Dust Dance!" [25 DMG Opponent can't block effectively for post -30 Chakra -10 Fatigue]. Then, a cyclone of petals emerged around Kyo. Kyo pointed to one of the cloaked figures (not the leader) and the cyclone went straight towards him/her. [i]"I'll kill them to prove to myself I have the power to beat [b]him[/b]"[/i]. How does he know his name? What purpose does have? These questions circled Kirimono's mind for a moment as he stood up and said, "I am honored to be in your presence Hokage-sama. Why have you summoned me here?" In honor of the Hokage, he made sure not to act like a fool. If he said one wrong thing, things would not turn out well. He then looked at the Kumo representative. Champster Posted November 5, 2010 Author Report Share Posted November 5, 2010 [Kyo Yami] A sudden explosion from the Hokage Mansion momentarily caught their attention, and while Kyo had already attacked with his Wind Release: Petal Dust Dance, he managed to kill one of them successfully with a critical unsuspecting strike. "Got him" He thought, triumphantly. Perhaps a little [i]too[/i] easy. The cloaked figure crashes against a wall, its cloak soars into the air upon impact, and reveals a Konoha-Nin. Though the battle wasn't over and only just began Kyo continued focusing. "What?" Hana utters to herself, her eyes glancing over to the building and soon paid attention to the two they were fighting. Miharu had been performing hand seals when he noticed the Konoha-Nin Kyo killed. "Dammit...Whether or not he's really from Konoha we'll be suspected as the attackers who blew up the Hokage's Office" He thought, his teeth gritting together. Despite his face hidden from their view the cloaked leader smiles. Sinisterly. "He's figured it out" He murmurs quietly to himself. "Hanzo-Sama has started. Its time. Do it" He said as he unbuttons his cloak and throws it into the air. His subordinate does the same and simultaneously throws it into the air. Their outfits were that of Jounins from the Leaf and wore Konohagakure headbands, a ruse to deceive the real ninja's here in this Village, and thus framing Miharu and his team. Chuunins and Jounins close by could see the explosion and when they saw the battle between Suna-Nin and their [i]fellow[/i] ninja they came rushing towards them. "Look! The Sand ninja are responsible for the attack! They've even killed our comrade" The subordinate cried out. "Bastards...!" Miharu growled. Now there was ten of them, excluding the two Kyo and his team were fighting against. The Chuunins and Jounins came running towards the three with the intent to kill. "But-...!" Hana tried explaining but knew in the end it was hopeless. They were now considered enemies of Konohagakure. "Dammit. We can't fight them, it will just make things worse for us. Kyo, Hana! Retreat for now and rendezvous together at the top of the Hokage Monument" Miharu explained as he held back several Jounin's. The two cloaked figures, who were now wearing Jounin outfits, were no longer there and disappeared off now that they've completed one of their missions. Hana nods and immediately begins running upwards alongside the steep mountain and would meet with her team above the Hokage Monument. As she soon arrived at the top she scanned the whole village and saw it was under attack by Kumogakure all over from the sides. "We're too late...[b]War[/b] has descended upon us". Secondary Objective(s) None [/spoiler] [Kirimono Murusaga] [i]Ho...[/i]" Hokage utters to himself after hearing the Kumo Representative mentioning Kirimono's name. Turning his attention to Kirimono the boy spoke, but not before bowing to him, and asked why he was summoned in the first place. The Kumo-Nin meanwhile glares at Kirimono, his eyes narrowing with each moment. "[i]One of Amagai's student...[/i]". The Hokage sighs. He didn't believe the Jounin regarding with what he said about Amagai being a traitor and had to hear it from one of his students. "Is it true...?" He asks, his tone becoming serious but seemed to of had a blank expression on his face. "Y-..." Kirimono barely said anything when suddenly an explosion ignited right beside him, knocking him out immediately. As he awoke he could see they were no longer in the office but on the roof top of the Hokage Mansion. Blood slowly rolled down on Kirimono's face when he saw three figures -- two standing beside next each other and the other in the opposite direction. "What?" He mutters, placing his hand onto his forehead and pulls it away slowly to look at the blood on his palms. He looked over to where the three men stood and could tell they've been fighting. "I made an error in attempting to kill you, [i]Hokage[/i]. I aimed for and tried killing Kirimono for discovering Amagai's secret and thus foiling our plans when clearly I should of targeted you, instead" The Kumo-Nin announced, chuckling. "And when he couldn't kill his [i]pathetic[/i] excuse of those students Amagai has forced my hand, it would seem" He added. "I see..." To which the Hokage replies, his laid-back expression never vanishing. With that clear the Hokage, his duty as leader and protector of Konoha, assumed into his fighting stance before continuing, "I suppose there is no longer any purpose in talking". This made the Kumo-Nin grin devilishly. "But don't you want to find out what'll happen in a few moments?" He asks. "[b]Order[/b]! That's what! War is coming to Konohagakure whether you know it or not and there's no stopping it!. As we plunge the world into a bloody war we will gain order and through order gain peace. Isn't that what you Five Shinobi Villages were after for decades? [i]Peace[/i]?!". A sudden huge scale explosion occurred at the west gate entrance, and when the flames and smoke rose shinobi from Kumogakure came pouring in. "I-Impossible!" The Jounin utters, shocked. The Hokage turns to look over his shoulder and sees the unimaginable. How could they of missed this. As he looked he could see Kirimono waking and picking himself up. "Kirimono. Inform the head Jounin's to evacuate the village as quickly as they can" He ordered, turning his attention at the man in front of him. Kirimono nodded and before he could run off he saw the Jounin behind the Hokage, with weapons drawn, intended to stab and kill him. Rewards: 50 EXP [/spoiler] [Kazuki Nameni] Kazuki began pondering over his thoughts. The idea of cutting down Amagai never left his mind. His focus on the man never ceased and would train himself nonstop until he was at his level, if not stronger, to accomplish his goal. Deep into his thoughts Kazuki couldn't hear a small explosion whereas the rest inside the Ichiraku's did, whom were mostly confused and all the while concerned. The owner places a hot bowl of Ramen in front of the boy and continues serving his customers. Playing with his pendant with his fingers Kazuki soon heard a much larger explosion not far, and thus came back to reality. "Whats that?!" Said the owner, worried. Immediately Kazuki body flickers to the roof tops and sees dark clouds coming from the west main entrance of Konohagakure. Shinobi from Kumogakure came pouring in and attacked both civilians and ninja's alike. "Whats this..." He thought as the boy from earlier jumps up next to him and sees the same thing Kazuki is staring at. [i]Order. Tried. Stop. War. Never ending cycle. Conclusion. Extinction. Eradicate shinobi. [b]Amagai![/b][/i]. The words rushed into Kazuki's head and sought to find out what was happening. However based on his thoughts he probably knew why... Rewards: 50 EXP [/spoiler] [Seni Madala] After asking the boy what exactly was wrong he turned his attention forward as the owner placed a bowl of Ramen in front of him. "Enjoy" The man said, cheerfully. As he started eating he could hear a small explosion not far from here, directly towards the direction of the Hokage Mansion. "[i]Ho[/i]...I wonder whats going on" Said the Ichiraku owner, puzzled. Seni paused, his mouth becoming watery from smelling the Ramen, and tried listening for another sound. A moment passed. Nothing. He shrugs and begins to eat. [i]Finally[/i], He thought, [/i]After four days in that hellhole I get to eat[/i]. After inserting some noodles into his mouth Seni heard another explosion towards the west main gate. This time it was louder and huge, which slightly frightened the bystanders and the owner of the Ramen shop. "Whats that?!" He said, worried. [i]I advise the both of you to stay away from Konohagakure if you value your lives...[b]War[/b] is coming[/i]. This sentence entered Seni's mind immediately the second he heard the huge scale explosion not far from him. Seni runs off and jumps onto the roof tops of some building where he sees black smoke rising from the gates. Standing on the rooftop was the same person he bumped into earlier, whom ignores Seni. He focuses his eyes in that general direction and could see shinobi pouring in, attacking everything and everyone in sight. [Rewards] Acquired 50 EXP! Rewards: 50 EXP [b]Secondary Objective(s[/b]) None [/spoiler] [Jinn-Tu Hyuga] Jinn-Tu had been separated from his teammates for a while now by Shinobi. Shinobi with strange armor they've been tracked all this time. What they witnessed earlier was the countless deaths of both Kumo Genins and Konoha, as well. And if they had fought back they'd probably be laying with the rest of them. Dead. As he dashes through the forestry Jinn-Tu could tell he was being followed, but his tracker didn't seem to of reached him yet, and refused to use his Byakugan. Doing so would probably inform whoever was following him and pinpoint his exact location, hence he had been using some sort of Chakra sensor technique all this time. A technique that would allow the user to sense chakra being used even by the smallest of amount being released. And so, with his chakra use lowered, Jinn-Tu flees while searching for his teammates. Then it suddenly hit him. They had the Heaven scroll with them while Jinn-Tu was carrying the Earth scroll from battling a Genin team from Sunagakure just yesterday, and from that moment on they've been followed. Jinn-Tu soon remembered that if they were to get separated from each other they'd meet at the center of the Forest of Death near the giant tower. The Hyuuga suddenly heard a loud explosion towards the direction of the Hidden Leaf, which peaked his interest. He was curious to find out what exactly was happening by using his Kekkai Genkai: The Byakugan. But that would mean his tracker would know his exact location... [spoiler=Task(s)/Mission(s)] [b]Primary Objective(s)[/b] [u]Chuunin Exams[/u] Task: Hand in both scrolls to enter the third and final stage of the Chuunin Exams. Rewards: 150 EXP. [/spoiler] [Shiro Tadashi] Shiro immediately disappears from where he was and reappears behind the assailant, dashing off towards the Tower in the center of the Forest of Death. The nameless shinobi stops and glances over to where Shiro fled, a monstrous grin plastering across his face. Just then the armored shinobi who were following Shiro's team body flickers to where the boy stood and spoke, "Shihou-Sama! Why'd you let them go?" He asks, stopping beside him. The boy named Shihou sheathes his blade and walks away at a slow pace before casually answering, "As much as I'd like to fight them there is a much important matter to attend to. Are the preparations complete?" He answers, plainly. The armored shinobi sighs and followed Shihou closely from behind. Shiro meanwhile looks over his shoulder and sees they're no longer being followed. Sighing with relief he eventually arrives at the tower and saw his teammates resting near the entrance. "Looks like we're not being tracked anymore..." Himari spoke after scanning the area with her Chakra sensor technique. She began wondering who that boy was and what exactly did he want. Shiro drops down next to them and lands softly with a thud. "What exactly did you do to make them stop?" Rai asked, curiously. Knowing that Himari would be impressed if he answered he continues, "On second thought, forget I asked. We should enter this tower and finally finish this part of the exam" He adds, slightly annoyed. Standing back up Himari opens the doors and quietly enters, her Chakra sensor technique still active. "Seems no one is here..." She said, motioning the two to enter. Suddenly a man appeared in the center of the room, his outfit was that of a Jounin from Konoha. "I see you made. Scrolls, please" He spoke. As the man spoke the three of them could hear a strange explosion directly towards the Hidden Leaf... Kōsuke Ueki Posted November 5, 2010 Report Share Posted November 5, 2010 [i]He's a Kumo-Nin?![/i] thought Kirimono as he summoned a shadow clone, it appearing behind the Jounin with a kunai to his back. Kirimono himself then dashed out of Hokage mansion, dashing out of the entance in the nick of time before another explosion occured. "I've got to find Kazuki and Chizu..." he said to himself as he continued dashing. Why was he being hunted down? Is it because he learned of what Amagai was planning to do? Was it that he was the first to get involved in the first place? He's not sure, but he knows that he has to stop the Kumo-Nin before it was too late. Heading back to Ichuraku's, he sees Kazuki. "I'm sorry to ask, but who are you again? My memory isn't the sharpest of my skills you see." Raphael said and then looked around the room some more and at what just happened around the place. Jumping from tree to tree using the branches extending outward to get closer and closer to his location. The other day he had fought another team and was able to gain the earth scroll without a problem. But the process left him separated from his teammates who held onto the Heaven scroll and were already en-route to the center of the forest. That seemed to be one item that made Jinn-Tu feel a little more at ease. But the other problem that concerned him was not only the person that was following him but the explosion that had occurred in the direction of the Hidden Leaf Village. Question remained: [B]What happened there?[/B]- -The sound was nothing good at all; that was for sure. Granted he could use his Byakugan to figure out what all had happened, but the person that was following him could use some kind of jutsu that would allow him to pin-point his exact location. Jumping onto a tree branch he turned only slightly back where the explosion had occurred. His curiousness seemed to only be getting the best of him. The byakugan was only a last resort if he needed it. It was the way Jinn-Tu thought of his kekkai genkai.- [I]No, I can't loose focus. I have to get this earth scroll to the center of the forest. On;y then should I be figure out what happened in the Hidden Leaf.[/I] -Looking down at the nap sack that held the earth scroll; Jinn-Tu did not want to waste any chakra with another opponent after obtaining the earth scroll. His teammates already had counted on him to get a hold of it and then meet them in the center of the Forest of Death near the giant tower. Calming himself down he jumped off of the tree and proceeded to the center of the forest. His primary focus was on making it to the next stage of the Chunin exams. While he wanted to figure out what was happening in the Hidden Leaf he could not risk being found.- -A cool breeze brushed up against him; through each branch he stepped on and increased his speed even more to keep himself ahead of his supposed 'visitor'? He knew that he would be coming to the center of the forest sometime soon. Now the whole village is after us." Kyo began running through the alleys of Konaha to avoid any fighting with leaf-nins. [i]"What a cowardly move, after we were beating them too![/i] Kyo then thought of the man he strived to kill. [FLASHBACK] [b][i]Kyo was lying on his bed on a dark night in Sunagakure. He was only seven at the time. In his room, there was another man waiting to speak. "Kyo Yami, how long I have waited to see your face. I want to tell you about the true destruction of the Yami." Kyo was scared, all he could mutter was, "Who are you." The man smirked before saying, "I am Jino Raimi, your uncle. You see Kyo, I am the elder sibling of your mother by twelve years. Of course, now your thinking that I must be a Yami to be related to your mother. See, I had to change my family name because of,....circumstances. When the Yami massacre occurred Ai was only ten (She was 25 during this event). I was twenty-two at the time, and I was in an organization by the name Heavens Light. This organization consisted of the ten greatest Yami in our clan. I won my position in there when I was nineteen, by defeating an HL member. When I was twenty-one, I became the leader, since I was and am the strongest of the Yami. When I became twenty-two, I realized that only a Yami could strip me of my top position. I along with the weaker half of HL secretly killed the the top five of HL, excluding me of course. Then I figured that I could make the Raikage do as I please. So in attempt to kill off all Yami while saving my own name, I commanded him to commit a massacre in his own name. I framed him for my massacre. The rest of HL and I remained in Kumo under the family name of Raimi. We knew that we could get rid of our enemies by getting shinobi to fight in our place through deception. So we set out to do just that as a five man team, The Elite Five of Rai. I just thought I would let you know this, so that you know there are still Yami out there, and once you become stronger you should join us. Though I must tell you The Elite Five of Rai are no more, we have expanded to a much greater organization." Jino laughed maniacally before disappearing in a cloud of smoke. Ai and Shuzen broke open the door and hugged Kyo, Ai knowing that Jino had been there. Besides Kyo, Ai only knew of the true massacre of Yami. Kazuki=Sasuke, the cold, intelligent one with the powerful kekkei Genkai and affinity for Fire. Kirimono=the loud one who likes the girl in the squad, has an affinity for Clones. Chizu=Sakura(with a bit of Hinata), the one who likes the boys, probably has an affinity for healing(Also has water, which is Hinata). [/spoiler] Kazuki stared at both explosions, taking everything in even with his unenhanced eyes. He continued staring for about 10 minutes before he heard Kirimono shouting up to him. "It's a bit obvious." He said, grabbing hold of Kirimono's shoulder. "And Chizu....well, I dont know, but we shouldn't split up. The last time that happened, we all nearly died. We can trust no one but ourselves, and maybe that Kiri-nin behind me." Kazuki said, turning around just as Seni landing behind him, only just picking up in the sound of him jumping off the roof. "My name's Seni Madala, a Kiri-nin as you say." Seni said, starting to hold his hand out for a handshake, but drawing it back quickly. "But I think introductions can wait. Your village is under attack, and you are missing a teammate, and they are more important." He said, analyzing the two Nin's before him. The slightly taller, unnerving one seemed to be the more serious and cold one, which was pretty obvious, and the other one was the more friendlier one, probably the one who held the unnerving one, Kazuki, back from killing someone. They were obviously friends, but didn't like to admit it. "This Chizu then, where do you think she'd be." Seni asked. Kazuki shook his head. "Maybe training? She was always the weakest one in battle. Navras Posted November 6, 2010 Report Share Posted November 6, 2010 OOC: This being my first post, and as I'm still not 100% on what to do in my current situation, i'm following the mission guidelines of others, as they all seem to be generally the same thing. If this is not what i'm supposed to do, i'll fix it at a later date. Again, i stress, tell me if i need to change something. IC: Aimi opened his eyes and looked up at the thick foilage that was above his head. for a moment, he didn't know where he was. Then he remembered; the chunin exames, the forest of death he had heard so much about, the attack from out of nowhere, the blood... He looked down at his left hand side pouch and slowly reached inside. His muscles ached fom the fight he had barly survived, but this was no place to think about that. He undid his pouch and pulled out the heaven scroll that he had been given at the begining of the exame. He sighed with relief at having not lost it and looked back up at the foilage. He looked for only a moment before remembering his comrades. Aimi slowly and psinfully sat up straight and looked around. He saw some shinobi in strange armor, but none of his teamates. He turned his head to the left and saw someone he recognized. "Li," he said to himself, as he forced himself to stand up and walked over to his injured teammate... at least he hoped he was injured. He walked over to Li and roleld him on his back. There were three kunai sticking out of his chest. They weren't very deeply imbedded, but they had gone deep enough to draw blood. Aimi took each kunai out and leaned close to his fallen comrade. He was breathing... that was good, and bad. If he was alive he would live to take the exame another day, but it would only slow him down carying his with him. It couldn't be helped. He picked his unconcious team mate up and slung one of his arms over his shoulder. "I've got you Li," Aimi said to no one in particular. He looked around but there was no sign of his other team mate, Chou. "Darn it," he said to himself again. It still couldn't be helped. If she wasn't here he would have to find her along the way, or she was done for. What was first and formost important at the moment was finding a place where Li and he could clean thier wounds. He started walking but stopped when he realized that the shinobi in strange clothes might have something that they could use. He carried Li over to thier unconcious bodies and searched them. He found only a souple of green food pills, some clothe and guaze, and a heaven scroll that he didn't need. The rest was expendable. Aimi began to walk away from the scene but stopped when his leg seized up with pain. He looked down and saw that a shuriken was stuck in his leg. This was odd... he hadn't felt this pain before. But that could have been due to the shock. Unless of course... Aimi looked around the area, searching for an unknown attacker. He couldn't see any right away, but that didn't lower his suspicioun. "Sorry Li," he said, "I'm gonna have to put you down for a moment or so." He lowered his unconcious team mate to the ground slowly and removed the shuriken from his left leg. He looked at his wound and decided it was just a little bit too deep. "I'm borrowing this," Aimi said as he ripped a piece of cloth from his comrade's shirt sleeve, all the while keeping his head up for any sign of an attacker. When his newest wound was treated as well as it could for the moment, he stood up and began pulling out a kunai from his right hand side pouch but stopped. He decided against that particular kunai and pulled out another instead, one that had a thin steel wire attached to it, just in case. He felt responsible for getting involved, and wished he didn't. But it was mostly fate that led to his decisions. Now he has to protect this village at all costs. Raising his head with a serious expression on his face. "We'll split up to find more reinforcements." he began. "Kazuki, you head west to the training field. Seni, was it? You head towards the city gates. I'll head to Chizu's house, cause she might be there. If any Kumo-Nin get in your way, take them out in any way possible. Got it?" Whoever this is must think pretty quickly on their feet?[/I] -Even without the use of his byakugan; Jinn-Tu could tell that this person that was on his tail was coming in even closer. No matter what village he hailed from, he (Jinn-Tu) knew he had to be prepared physically and mentally. Even if this tracker was getting closer to him that did not mean he was going to find him on instinct right then and there? It took a whole lot of time to seek someone out even if they were not using their chakra for the time being. Although, Jinn-Tu wanted to activate his byakugan to check what had happened back at the Hidden Leaf; he could not afford being found?- -Jumping from the tree he quickly landed on the ground and continued running a straight line shot. His arms flying behind him as his feet crunched against the dead leaves on the forest floor. A calm cool breeze brushed up against his face as he moved quickly through the area. Stretching his legs out he quickly moved across the field until his legs forced him to stop upon approaching the bank of the river. There were very few trees and rocks around the area?- [I]If I stay out here any longer, then that tracker will sure enough find me and kill me?[/I] -There was not much time to actually think the whole process through? To find his teammates he would have no other choice but to use his byakugan even if it meant his little friend discovering him. But if he was able to get to his teammates at the right time then it would be all the much easier in a three-to-one situation? Looking the river over he moved his hand in the direction the river was flowing. If it was flowing towards the the giant tower in the middle then that would be the direction he would have to travel. Away from the tower would only mean him traveling back to one of the gates he entered into when starting the challenge.- -His fingers pointed down stream towards where the tower was. Through mere sight he could tell he was getting close? However, he needed his teammates who had the other scroll to pass this part of the test. Lifting his hand up he quickly used one of the hand seals; mainly the last one snake hand seal while lifting his right index finger nearly perfectly while at the same time closing his eyes. Inhaling a small breath of air he quickly exhaled.- [COLOR="Blue"]"BYAKUGAN!"[/COLOR] -He quickly spoke the words as his eyes opened up with the pupils nearly visible and viens being revealed on the side of his face. Extending his vision outward he directed it over to the the giant tower were his teammates would be. His gaze shifted several times until he was able to feel the chakra of his teammates. Letting off a small grin he deactivated his byakugan quickly hopping that the tracker had not noticed any of it, and took off in a sprint down stream towards where he could feel the chakra of his teammates thanks to his byakugan. As much as I hate to admit it, it'd be much easier to Kill Amagai with two team mates." Kazuki said, annoyed that Kirimono was trying to take Kazuki's leader position. Still, atleast Kazuki was still the focused one, and the trained Killer. "Seni, she's about yai tall." Kazuki put his hand just above his shoulder as he said this. "With (Colour of her hair) coloured hair. You'll know her. Give her this, to prove your with us. Dont use it." And with this, Kazuki dropped Amagai's Kunai into Seni's hand, sighing. "You lose that, and I [i]will[/i] kill you. I need that, as I'm going to kill a certain someone with that Kunai." Kazuki grabbed his new pendant. "See you later." He said, waving quickly to Kirimono and Seni before vanishing off. "Well, he's...erm...nice?" Seni chuckled, grabbing the Kunai firmly. "Who's he trying to kill? Actually, nevermind, we have some friends coming. You can tell me later." Seni said, just as the shadow of some Kumo-nin appeared around the corner of some buildings, straight in front of Kirimono, by the looks of it all armed with Katana's and Kunai. Champster Posted November 9, 2010 Author Report Share Posted November 9, 2010 [Kirimono Murusaga & Seni Madala] The Shadow Clone meanwhile thrusts his arm with a kunai in his hand at the Jounin from behind, and without suspecting this at all pierces him. "Nggh!" The Jounin groans as he looks behind and sees the boy who just stabbed him. "Why you..." He adds, teeth gritting, as he grabs hold of his arm while turning to swipe at him with his own sword. The Hokage notices the commotion behind and turns and looks over his shoulder as the Jounin destroys Kirimono's clone. "Ancient Art: Buddha's Palm Jutsu!" The Kumo-Nin roars as this incredible force of chakra is compressed until it had a very high density and then releases, striking down the Hokage taking him completely by surprise. Meanwhile after instructing the two to begin searching, and before dashes off to Chizu's house, Kirimono and the Kiri-Nin named Seni were inhospitably greeted by the Kumo-Nin with drawn weapons. When his clone was dispersed he feared the worse. [i]Hokage-Sama would never fall so easily[/i], Kirimono reassured himself. Before charging a large Kumo-Nin drops down from above and lands with a tremendous, earth shattering thud, creating a small crater around his feet. Both Kirimono and Seni could tell he was an incredibly strong individual while the rest of the Kumo-Nin were complete shock and some even cowered in fear the man before them. "Raikage-Sama!" Said one. "Its Raikage-Sama" Said the others in unison. The figure they called [i]Raikage[/i] lifts his arm and points his index finger towards Kirimono before asking, "You there, [i]boy[/i]. Direct me to your Hokage before I alone crush and flatten this village" He growled, a terrifying feat. Hana meanwhile drops down to her knees and ponders over the thought of how they failed to stop the Order. "Hana, get up. There is nothing we can about the Kumo attack at the moment but we can still salvage whats left of our alliance with the Leaf" Miharu-Sensei said, his eyes scanning the whole village as he did. Hana looked up and nodded at her Sensei, picking herself up soon afterwards. "The both of you bring Seiro to the Hokage Mansion while I speak with the Hokage. Hopefully he'll listen to what we have to say and stop this misunderstanding between our villages" He added. Kyo suddenly felt a strange sensation underneath his foot yet again. He recalled his feet being stuck earlier when he met with Seiro's contact and couldn't help but wonder about something. Just then before Miharu-Sensei could even move something incredibly small had bitten him behind his neck, causing him complete paralysis and fell over the edge downwards. "Be a good little children and let your Sensei fall to his death" A man spoke. But they didn't hear this person and before Kyo and Hana could even react to save their Sensei a swarm of insects surrounds them, prohibiting them from saving Miharu-Sensei, whom eventually plummeted to his death. Hana immediately checked her right hand and saw a seal disappearing, and with eyes widening in complete shock, she screamed, "Nooo!!". Kyo quickly spun around where he had heard someone and saw the same two people they fought earlier before. Seiro's contact and his subordinate. "Miharu Nerazo has been disposed of. Our mission here is complete, [i]Seiro[/i] impostor" Smiled the man dressed in Jounin outfit, his subordinate chuckling beside him. Secondary Objective(s) None [/spoiler] [Kazuki Nameni] Kazuki began searching the nearest training fields in the outskirts of Konoha. He had no idea whatsoever where Chizu would be but he had to try and look for her. After a few minutes, while avoiding Kumo-Nin to save his strength for an upcoming battle he could feel stirring inside him, he eventually arrived at one of many training grounds and surveyed the area. For a moment he could see a figure moving quickly throughout the trees, his or her face hidden because of the darkness. "Chizu?" He uttered while simultaneously drawing a kunai from his pouch. A Kumo-Nin suddenly rockets himself towards Kazuki from behind and aims to slice off his head with his sword. Kazuki however realized there was already someone behind before the assailant attacked and quickly spun around to retaliate. As he readied to parry the attack a customized, yet familiar kunai whooshes by Kazuki's head from behind and pierces the Kumo-Nin's heart, sending the attacker back into the forest where he'd abruptly popped out. Dead. Kazuki looked over his shoulder and scanned the area behind him. Was it Chizu? He'd thought. "I see you made it into the final stage of the Chuunin Exams, Kazuki" A man spoke, his familiar voice coming from where Kazuki was looking at. Narrowing his eyes Kazuki saw the figure slowly coming out from the forest and sees [i]him[/i]. "So, may I ask as to why you are here? But where are my manners. How have you been lately?" Amagai asked, a smile plastering across his lips. He appeared weak and by the looks of him he had been battling for a while. Either that or you banged your head really hard while we were separated" Shinzui answered, teasing him. He sheathes his sword back and greets the man before them. "You don't remember?" Niiro asked, turning to Raphael as she did. "Numaru-Sensei is our team leader and squad fifteen's captain. He has been for a while now" She added, explaing Raphael was to who this man was. "Numaru-Sensei, why'd you attack the Jounin?" Shinzui questioned. Numaru remained silent for a while as he checked the Jounin's pulse. He wasn't dead or anything but simply knocked out unconscious. "I've received word that Raikage-Sama has declared war on Konoha" He explained. "The moment I was relayed of this information I immediately came here as quickly as I could to make sure you three were alright". Niiro was shocked. [i]War[/i]? She thought. Shinzui meanwhile couldn't help but grin. His clan back home believed the ninja aren't born or made. They earn it through relentless wars and those who survive the aftermath can then call finally themselves the [i]elite[/i]. Now with war declared Shinzui could prove himself as one and earn his rank amongst the ninja world. "Come quickly, we need to find Raikage-Sama and find out whats going on. If we're lucky he'll still be near the west gate entrance commanding the troops. But knowing him he'll likely be leading the assault" Numaru spoke, instructing the three to follow him. Realizing this Jinn-Tu quickly body flickers out of the way and appears safely standing on a tree. His eyes were fixed on the figure just a few feet away from the origin of the attack. "Found ya" The man said, chuckling. [i]How is it possible for him to find me this quickly?[/i], the Hyuga pondered. Jinn-Tu saw the man wore strange armor and didn't seemed to be a participator in the Chuunin Exams nor was he from neither of the villages. "Its customary from where I belong to tell each others names before we go into battle with the intention to kill" He smiled. Sinisterly. He grabs hold of large scroll that was positioned behind his waist and puts it down in front of him sideways standing up. "Mines Hatori, Hyuga. But I'll soon become a captain from the organization I belong, so I recommend you call me that instead of my name" The man named Hatori said, his grin widening the moment he spoke. Jinn-Tu could see he wasn't far from the tower positioned at the center of the forest and perhaps with a little luck he could outrun him and, when he does, team up with his allies in an effort to defeat this mysterious foe. Aimi could tell he wasn't here to participate in the Chuunins Exams but for something else. Something [i]sinister[/i]. Li tried numerous attempts to get back up but failed in the end. He was too badly injured to even stand up, let alone fight alongside with Aimi. And for this he cursed himself. All he could do now was watch closely as Aimi fought with this unknown adversary. But before they could talk further or begin fighting one another Li suddenly spoke, "Where is Chou?". The man shook his head in response. A monstrous grin, unnerving to both Aimi and Li, plastered across his lips as he assumed into his fighting stance. "I have no idea whom this [i]Chou[/i] you speak of, [i]boy[/i]. But I'll tell you one thing; I had hoped you two were dead already" The man answered, his slithering-like voice scaring wildlife away. "I suppose it couldn't be helped. Anyway, enough chit-chat. I'll finish what these corpses started and kill ya two" He added, his grin never disappearing. The man waited for the one standing to attack or continue talking while the poison took effect. He'd chuckle at this for a moment before he assuming back into his battle stance, awaiting patiently for his foe to strike first. [/I] Aimi thought to himself. [I] I barley remember what happened earlier, let alone had time to deal with this psycho! [/I] "Li," Aimi said, looking back at his fallen comrade. "stay where you're at, I'll fend this guy off as best as I can. If you get the strength, get up and run." Aimi turned back to his attacker with a scowl beneath his brown. "I don't know who you are or where you came from, but I know this much," Aimi said to the unknown shinobi, raising up his kunai threateningly, "you're in my way, and I advise that you move." Without waiting for the shinobi's answer, Aimi threw the rigged kunai at the unknown attacker and took off sprinting towards the left. He had only a limited amount of kunai in his pouch, three, maybe four at best, so he had to make the best of it. When he was 90 degrees from where he had originally attacked, he threw another of his kunai then jumped in the air. Making his signs as fast as he could, Aimi took in a breath and whispered, "Fire style, Roaring Flame Sphere." He exhaled his jutsu, sending a massive fire ball at the shinobi. [i]"Kumo wants to do this again, the brainwashed Raikage wants to keep on warring with the weaker innocent. Why! Why does he who has the power to save this world use it to destroy it! Thats why, after I finish [b]him[/b], I'm going for Kumo! I will destroy Kumogakure with my own hands!!![/i] Then, while explaining instructions, Miharu was bitten by an insect. He went into a complete paralysis and fell off the monument. Staring at where he died, Kyo was shocked. [i]"So then why does the world kill off the ones who wish to protect it and side with the bastards who chose to bring chaos upon it? Maybe it's only the weak, but Miharu wasn't weak, was he?"[/i] Looking straight at the one who killed his sensei, Kyo was mad. It wasn't like him to show emoion, but he couldn't stop himself. "Maybe if you tell me where Seiro is hiding, then I won't have to kill you," Kyo hissed staring solely at the man he had met when he was disguised as Seiro. Kyo turned to Hana, "Go help Konoha Hana, I want to kill them by myself," Kyo turned back to the mysterious shinobi, "So at this point I'm guessing you have allied yourself with Kumo. Well all the better for me, I get to destroy two of my enemies today!". Kyo then started running toward the subordinate of the mysterious contact. The subordinate went for a punch but Kyo kicked his hand away, and followed with a straight punch to the jaw. Then he smashed his forearm into the subordinate's throat, and followed by slamming him to the ground with his forearm still on his enemies throat (Bone Crushing Combo [30Dmg -30Fatigue]). He then flipped backwards onto his feet and looked directly at the killer of Miharu (The mysterious contact). "So do want to suffer his pain, or are you going to answer my question!" Kyo yelled. It actually made him worry when this unknown mysterious shinobi recognized Jinn-Tu as a member of the Hyuga clan? The way this individual stood and along with the large scroll that was removed from his waist. Analyzing the situation Jinn-Tu's gaze quickly moved over to the tower where he could sense the chakra of his teammates? He was not that far away from them. If he could only get to them, then and only then would they be able to help him against this opponent. It had been said that teamwork was a masterful key in any kind of situation. And boy did this hyuga kid need his team.- [I]Looks like I will have no choice but to use some chakra? At least until I meet up with my teammates.[/I] -Moving his hand over his pouch he noted having three shuriken and one smoke bomb. Perfect. The smoke bomb was a perfect way to perform what he wanted without a problem. Arching his knees he jumped down from the tree branch landing in front of the mysterious shinobi. His gaze remained firm upon his opponent. It appeared that Jinn-Tu was about to go into a fighting stance, but he didn't.- [COLOR="Blue"]"Call yourself whatever you like,"[/COLOR] -He began lowering his hand down to his pouch.- [COLOR="Blue"]"What I am calling you is a [b][u]complete waste of my time[/b][/u]."[/COLOR] -Just as he said the last three words his hand quickly was removed from the pouch with a smoke bomb in his grasp. Raising his hand up he threw the smoke bomb down onto the ground. Upon activation a dark gray almost black smoke appeared around Jinn-Tu concealing him from Hatori. This would give Jinn-Tu just enough time to pull off one jutsu. While in the smoke he slowly raised both of his hands up performing the half Tiger hand seal by raising his index fingers. Concentrating his chakra; Jinn-Tu was able to produce a Lighting Release Shadow Clone. As the clone appeared Jinn-Tu quickly turned to where he could sense his teammates chakra and took off in the direction of the tower.- [Spoiler=Stats (Real Jinn-Tu)] [[Color="Green"]Health[/COLOR]] [COLOR="Green"]200/200[/COLOR] [[Color="Blue"]Chakra[/COLOR]] [COLOR="Blue"]115/150[/COLOR] [[Color="Red"]Fatigue[/COLOR]] [COLOR="Red"]145/150[/COLOR][/spoiler] -While Jinn-Tu was able to make his escape the clone arched his knees and jumped into the air out of the smoke and towards his opponent. Using the Gentle Fist style of combat; he only hopped this would allow some distraction so that the real Jinn-Tu could escape and meet with his teammates.- ((ooc- I am quoting the clone with orange text so it wont be confusing.)) [COLOR="Orange"]"GENTLE FIST!"[/COLOR] -His words quickly escaped his mouth as he came down for several strikes with his palms at his opponent.- -Meanwhile, Jinn-Tu moved as swiftly as he could. Knowing he had to use at least some of his chakra to make a quick escape to his teammates seemed to be well worth it in the end. He knew that his Lightning Release Shadow Clone would be destroyed, but it seemed like the only way to get away and meet back with his team members for assistance. Kazuki said, sighing. "You know, in your current state I would kill you, quickly aswell, if I had the Kunai you threw at Chizu. I've been saving it for you, but I let a new acquaintance of mine borrow it." Kazuki explained, jumping onto a wall a few metres away. "I'm here looking for Chizu. She's gone missing, if you must know." Kazuki said, his face straightening, his voice becoming more serious. His eye's flashed electric blue for a second, and were still enough to make a small bead of sweat break out from Amagai's forehead. However, it was gone as soon as it had appeared, Kazuki being certain there were no Genjutsu at work. "Not that you care about her."Seni was gone just before the Kumo-nin appeared, but after sensing a huge chakra appear he was soon back. However, he was hidden on the roof of a nearby building, watching as the Raikage questioned Kirimono. [i]The RaiKage? Why would the RaiKage attack Konohagakure himself? "I guess following Numaru-Sensei is the best bet at this point." Raphael said and then looked over to his team mates and nodded at them before starting off with Numaru-Sensei and heading straight for Raikaga-sama at the entrance to the leaf... Champster Posted November 16, 2010 Author Report Share Posted November 16, 2010 [Aimi Arisato] The mysterious shinobi quickly draws a kunai with a paper bomb attached to it, swirls it around his finger momentarily, and deflects the first and then the second kunai thrown at him with relative ease. "[i]Ho...[/i]" He mumbles as he notices Aimi leaping into the air and fires this huge blazing flame at him. With only seconds to react he immediately pulls back his arm and tosses the kunai with the paper bomb at the end. As the explosive weaponry was thrown he uses his free hand to create a single hand seal to active the bomb and ignites it, causing it to explode upon contact with Aimi's Fire Ball, but not without sustaining some burning injuries. "Dammit...Should of thought this through" The nameless shinobi scolds himself as the tiny meteor-like shower descends upon him. As this happened Aimi lands with a small thud and quickly body flickers to and grabs Li by the shoulder and escapes with him. The small barrage of fireballs wasn't much but it distracted the mysterious man for a moment while the two escaped. Which they did successfully. "Oh well, at least the poison should be in effect soon enough" The man grinned devilishly. Aimi appears on a large tree branch with Li on his side. Li barely had enough strength to continue onward even with his teammate helping him. "I can't seem to walk any further, Aimi" Li said, weakly. Aimi then remembered he had a Green Pill that would restore ones wounds and stamina. But only slightly. "You can't escape from me!" Hatori yelled, his voice becoming closer and closer as they hid. "Such aggressiveness, even for a child" The nameless ninja pondered at this thought as he looked back at the member of the Yami clan. Hana had already left once Kyo told her to do so without hesitation. She was strong, but the death of her Sensei devastated her. However she couldn't just cry over him. She was an ANBU, and her task as of this moment was to inform the Hokage of what happened between the Order and attempt to settle the misunderstanding with their villages. Afterwards she would gather the ANBU teams from Suna scattered near Konoha to counter-attack this invasion. "[i]Seiro[/i] has been captured by Miharu and his ANBU earlier, wasn't he? Did he not tell you this?" The man said, puzzled. His subordinate reached out for his master and uttered "Hanzo-Sama...!", before choking and dies. "Tell me, [i]Yami[/i]. Amagai was a spy for the organization called the Order and has always been one for years even before they met. Kazuki's body tried moving in for a kill without even knowing and managed to control his actions when he soon noticed this. He pondered over the thought of whether or not to listen or attack his former Sensei, or simply ignore him and continue searching for Chizu. "We can settle our differences later" Amagai added as he looked up and glares at Kazuki with his Sharingan-like eyes. Raphael could tell Numaru-Sensei didn't seem to approve the war on Konoha and wished to speak with their Raikage before actually doing anything. "Numaru-Sensei, what exactly is going on? Why did our Raikage-Sama declare war on Konoha, anyway?" Niiro asked. Shinzui appeared uninterested in hearing out Numari-Sensei, but he couldn't resist knowing how it started. "I only know the basic details. Our village was attacked a few days ago by several squads of ANBU belonging to Konoha. The damage done to our home village was devastating, and when our fellow Kumo-Nin managed to retaliate and captured one of them he or she explained that our Genin participating in the Chuunin Exams here were next" Numaru explained. "All the more reason to attack Konoha-Nin" Shinzui thought and smirked, his hands forming into fists. Niiro wondered why ANBU from the Leaf attacked in the first place and suspected something was amiss. Squad fifteen soon enters a large meadow clearing and the four of them could see dark smoke rising from the village. As they ran Numaru felt something strange. Someone had been watching them for a while now. His eyes moved left and right, scanning the area around them. Unaware of a trap set on the four a seal Niiro steps on quickly activates and seals whoever was last in their formation in this gigantic box-like barrier. "Wha-...?!" Niiro stopped and turned as the barrier was created around Raphael and imprisoned him. Shinzui was too distracted in the thought of killing off Leaf ninja's to notice this and continued onward to the Leaf. "Shinzui! Wait!" Numaru yelled. But he didn't listen. "Damn. Niiro, stay behind and try to help out Raphael. I need to get to Shinzui before he gets hurt or worse" He ordered before running off to chase his student. Niiro nodded and turned to the giant barrier. Its height reached over 30 feet high and lengthened over 40 feet wide in both directions. "Remember me?" A man spoke as his figure rose underneath from the ground and eventually, a man in an armored suit appeared inside the barrier along with Raphael. "You nearly killed my brother earlier, you little runt!" The armored man barked angrily as he drew his sword. Rewards: 100 EXP [b]Secondary Objective(s)[/b] None [/spoiler] [Seni Madala] A sudden explosion erupts near where Seni hid and nearly knocks him out cold, but barely manages to escape the blast and tumbles around on top of some rooftops before coming into a stop. "Wha-...?" He utters, his vision becoming blurring for a moment and eventually could see clearly. A large scale battle between Leaf and Cloud forces were taking place all over the village. Panic, confusion and chaos was spreading throughout the streets of Konohagakure. Seni stood up slowly and looked over his shoulder, having sense a presence behind, and eyed at this man with a Kumo headband. "Kiri-Nin?" He said after seeing Seni's Kiri headband. The man pondered for a moment before grinning at the boy. "I suppose killing you wouldn't be the worst thing in this chaos. Besides, no one would even notice a single Genin from the Hidden Mist getting killed, now would they" He laughed as he rams his sword down at Seni. With quick speeds Seni dodged the attack successfully, only receiving a small minor cut on his arm. Gliding backwards on the rooftops Seni came into a halt as he prepared himself for another attack from the man, and one for himself as well. [spoiler=Task(s)/Mission(s)] Primary Objective(s) [u]Assault on the Doorsteps of Konohagakure[/u] Task: Survive the attack Note: Defend yourself from attacks and perhaps aid Konohagakure Rewards: 150 EXP. [b]Secondary Objective(s[/b]) None [/spoiler] [Jinn-Tu Hyuga] The smoke bomb was an annoyance to the man named Hatori, Jinn-Tu's mysterious foe at the moment. His Lightning clone meanwhile began striking the man with Gentle Fist the Hyuga were known to be using in hand-to-hand combat. The man smiled at this futile attempt. Unraveling the large scroll he quickly slams his palms onto the ground and yells, "Summoning Jutsu!". The contents of the scroll had markings of some sort of seal and when he spoke those two words and thus channeling his chakra they disappeared, and this strange yet small mechanism appeared in front of him. "Hitomane!" He shouts and at that moment the mechanism spins rapidly - Its shape like a disk around the size of an adult male's head - opens this shutter hidden and emits a rather strange pulse and eventually, causes the clone of Jinn-Tu to explode in an electrical surge. "A clone?! But when-..." He mutters to himself as he turns sideways and surveys the area. "I see. I should of been using [i]that[/i] to track his movements, but I got careless. Oh well, at least I managed to get a signature of his chakra" He sighed as he grabs the spinning disk with his hand, which soon stopped upon contact with his fingers, and quickly runs off to chase the real member of the Hyuga clan. Meanwhile, Jinn-Tu noticed his clone vanishing and was informed as to exactly what happened. "That strange device he summoned...It seemed to suppress the chakra from my clone and dispersed it the moment it emitted that strange pulse" Jinn-Tu thought, planning over his tactics when the time came if should he encounter Hatori once more. He saw the tower behind some trees and could see two figures standing idly by large metal doors. "Is it them? Is it Naoki and Shuro?" Jinn-Tu asked himself as he neared his destination... [spoiler=Task(s)/Mission(s)] [b]Primary Objective(s)[/b] [u]Chuunin Exams[/u] Task: Hand in both scrolls to enter the third and final stage of the Chuunin Exams. Note: Proceed to the center of the Forest of Death and meet up with your team. Rewards: 50 EXP [b]Secondary Objective(s)[/b] [u]Assault on the Doorsteps of Konohagakure[/u] Task: Investigate the explosion site Note: Use your Byakugan to see whats happening in Konoha... Rewards: 150 EXP. [u]The Order[/u] Task: Defeat or repel the unknown adversary Note: Either fight him or alone or team up with your allies near the tower... Rewards: 100 EXP [/spoiler] [Zaraii Tankaishi] Zaraii had been leaning on his back against a tree, waiting patiently for his teammates for a while now. They told each other to meet one another at this specific location if either of them got separated. In which case he and Zaraii's teammates were and had been waiting for them for several hours now. Zaraii began wondering why they got separated in the first place. The battle they had with a squad of Iwa-Nin was intense, but with his Buddha's Welcoming One Thousand Arms of Death technique he was able to turn the tides in there favor. And for winning there first battle against another squad of Genin they received the Heaven scroll, and along with the Earth they possessed, they were able to enter the final stage of the Chuunin Exams. But not before they got separated from fighting several teams from Kiri and Suna altogether. Zaraii looked into his pouch beside his waist and glances at the two scrolls he was entrusted with by his teammates. And it dawn unto him. If neither of them could make it they had another rendezvous point. The tower positioned in the center of the Forest of Death. Zaraii gapped a great yawn and slowly stood up. His eyes looking to his left and soon to his right, observing the surrounding areas around him. He turned and faced the general direction where he could see a small tower overhead.
