[spoiler=Plot]NOTE: This happens about a decade after Yu-gi-oh! 5D's...
The Accel Synchro factory has exploded, destroying Daedelus Bridge, and separating New Domino into yet another part... they now call it "Daedelus". It has been a few years since the explosion of the Accel Factory... and due to Rex Godwin being terribly sick, he has not taken initiative and connected these three parts. Because of this, the people of New Domino city are tired and angry, while still trying to recover from the explosion. The people of Sattelite and Daedelus are growing tired and weak. The five Signers have moved away and are impossible to contact, so they cannot help this situation. The three cities now despise each other, and one man has taken this opportunity... he plans to bring back the Dark Singers! Lazar has finally decided that a new director shall take his place. Also, Psychic duelists have learned to control their power somewhat and the number of Psychic duelists has increased. One small girl in Daedelus is tired of living in darkness. She is trying to take a few people and create a dueling team to fight the darkness and despair. Will you follow in her footsteps, or will you attempt to thrive within the darkness? Appearance: She wears a red sweater and red sweats. She wears her black hair in two braided ponytails sticking out the back.
Personality/Bio: She loves cute monsters and therefore runs a Dragunity deck. She has many different cards, and edits her deck regularly so that she can try different strategies and so her opponents can never expect a thing. She is also a Psychic Duelist, a weak one, but still... she can only summon Dragunity Brandistock. She is tired of living in fear of gangs and/or card hunters. She wants to make New Domino City the way it was before the Accel Factory. So she started a group and she calls it the "Cuteness Group", however most group members disagree, so it is the "Past Peace Pals". She is technically the leader, but because she daydreams alot and is still young, [insert your character's name here] makes most of the decisions.

I like it, I just haven't been on since you posted it.

I can make one suggestion, if you put Jaeger/Lazar in place of Godwin in the plot it would make more sense but take very little effort.

Name: "John Green" (real name unknown)
Age: 22
Appearance: He's Japanese, but rather tall, and with a face that can pass as being Caucasian well enough. He has dark hair, a rather slim build, and brown eyes. He usually wears a white shirt, black trousers and boots, and a green lightweight jacket, which are tight-fitting, allowing them to double as a riding suit.
Personality/Bio: John's family on his mother's side was heavily involved with the Yakuza, whilst his father's family were scrap metal dealers. As a child, he was trained up to navigate his mother's family's world, and became involved in the criminal underworld of Japan. As a very good duelist, he was often sent to collect the debts of various second-rate duelists who tried to beat other collectors of. Eventually he was tracked down by a representative of a small group, who on the surface were trying to deal with duel gangs, but in truth investigated the various supernatural elements of duel monsters. When he joined the group, he adopted his current name to keep the attention of family members who would oppose his decision away from him as much as possible. He soon found he had to protect one of his mother's cards, which contained a duel spirit, from members of his family who wanted the card's power. His mother was ill at the time, and shortly after her death her hospital room was raided for the card, however it had already been passed on to John's sister, who to this day holds the card. Fortunately those who seek the card believe she doesn't have it, she is unaware of it's power, and she is now at the duel academy where John superior works. John himself now moves around, investigating any sign of the supernatural in duel monsters. He has a long history with Psychic Duelists, most of whom have ill intentions for their power, leading to him distrusting people with psychic powers.
John is generally a private person; he will speak to people happily enough, but will avoid revealing personal information as much as possible. He's also rather suspicious, especially of those with Psychic Powers, having spent several years hunting down rouge psychic duelists.

Personality/Bio: As a young man, Mr Lime was a steeplejack. As he got older, he became a civil engineer for Domino and helped complete the Daedelus Bridge designs. He retired from this job two years after the WRGP, citing health concerns. After moving back to his birthplace in Satellite, he lived through the explosion of the Enerdy (still awesome) reactor, and witnessed the resulting devestation. Now, he's ready to drive back the night and restore his city to its former glory.

As a person and a Duelist, Mr Lime believes that balance is everything. As he gets older, he still plays Duel Monsters as a form of mental and physical excercise. His personal archetype, the Longhorn monsters, is based around Summoning big threats consistently. This makes his deck strong in each period of the Duel, but master in none.

Since I can have multiple apps, and there aren't many people in this yet, here's a Dark Signer (and servant).

Name: Yuki Tachibana
Age: 12
Appearance: As a Dark signer, she wears the standard robes and has the tattoos, but she can still appear human, and often does, wearing plain but high-quality clothing in muted colours. She has rather pale skin, and has straight, dark, shoulder length hair. She has a slim build, and is rather short. She seems to still be growing, and is in fact still in the later stages of puberty, although this doesn't seem to have bothered her much, perhaps because the only changes have been to her body shape, due to her technically being dead.
Personality/Bio: Yuki is a somewhat quiet girl, but also rather stubborn, unwilling to back down once her mind is made up.
Yuki was the only child of one of the richest industrialists in New Domino City, and raised in and apartment the tops district. When the city was first reunited, her family moved into a house on the edge of the city. It was something of an ideal life - her parents spoiled her, and the family had staff. All that changed on one evening, when, whilst walking through a part of Daedalus on the way back from inspecting a hospital they had opened there, her parents were shot by a robber - it was the middle of a busy street. Yuki was shot as well, but, desperate to get back at the man for hurting her parents, she silently asked for strength. At that moment, the Earthbound Immortal Cusillu was fighting to be released, and latched onto the girl's hopes. At that moment she managed to stand up for a moment, which was enough to frighten the robber into fleeing. She lost her faith in people that day, and since then, aided by the one member of her parent's staff that stayed with her and agrees with her feelings, she has sought to rid the world of those she sees as evil, starting with the population of Daedalus. She currently lives in her parent's house.

Name: Hugh Fry
Age: 42
Appearance: Tall, and muscular, with bright blond hair which is just beginning to have the slightest flecks of grey. He usually wears a black suit, his uniform as Yuki's butler, although he on occasion dresses up as a dark signer, mostly when the dark signers would need Yuki to do something she would be physically incapable of.
Personality/Bio: Hugh has, for his entire life, been known for his loyalty, which he only gives to those he feels are worthy of it, but once he finds someone he feels is worthy of it he will support them no matter what. People have joked that if he were to die his ghost would follow around whoever he was loyal to. He was therefore a natural to be a butler, although due to his ideals, for a long time he drifted from house to house, never quite getting along with his employers, until he found Yuki's parents. At the time, they were working to improve conditions in Satellite, when most public opinion was against it, and although they had everything they wanted, and employed people like him, they were always generous and even went without the most extravagant of luxuries. Hugh was heavily involved in raising the young Yuki, however he was also becoming disillusioned with the world. Although Satellite and New Domino were reunited for a time, most people were still unpleasant, and he began to have dark thoughts, which he pushed aside until one night, when he answered the phone to discover his employers were dead and their daughter in the hospital. Rushing to her, he heard words he never expected from the previously kind girl, but which he agreed with, and thus he supported her in her quest for revenge on Daedalus. He is also currently Yuki's legal guardian.

Personality/Bio: Robert Beat was a student of Advanced Duel Physics until he was exposed to a strange type of "Beat" Enerdy in a lab experiment gone wrong. Now, with his powers of spongy afro, the ability to detect Enerdy and good rhythm, he duels to defeat those who would use Enerdy for evil. He is "The Beat"! GROOVY.

As a person and a Duelist, The Beat believes that tempo is everything. His deck aims to prevent attacks and make big pushes and exchanges. As such, his deck is best in the middle and late game.

[b]Appearance:[/b] Harmon is tall and slim in nature, and although he may not seem very muscular, he carries himself with an air of superiority which compensates for this. He will be commonly seen doing things like folding his arms, to appear more physically imposing, or inclining his head slightly upwards to look down upon someone. He has black hair, but it is shaved very close to his head, drawing emphasis to his face - which constantly gives the impression of mild contempt or scorn. In terms of clothing, Harmon wears a black duster, with a white shirt, dark jeans and steel toe-capped boots. His Duel Runner helmet is black metal, with a golden trim, similar in design to that of a medieval knight.

[b]Personality/Bio:[/b] The self-proclaimed 'King of the Wastes', and a menace throughout Daedalus. Harmon sees himself as the one man who must unite all the duelists of Daedalus by asserting himself as the most supreme duelist among them, and the only one fit to lead. He will ally with or oppose any duelist who might incline him to do so - he sees it as a means to an end - the end being Daedalus, Satellite and New Domino reunited, with Dan Harmon proclaimed as a hero. Harmon had graduated from Duel Academy as a star student, and was trying to break into professional dueling before the destruction of the Accel Synchro Factory - trapped in Daedalus, he now wants another way to become known, respected and feared.

[b]Deck Type:[/b] Dan Harmon uses an Evil Hero Deck, with [url="http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/226697-evil-hero-support/page__pid__4739743#entry4739743"]new, powerful replacements[/url] for the Elemental Hero Fusion Materials. Rumour has it he used to use an Elemental Hero Deck before the Accel Synchro Factory explosion, but the rationale behind his change in deck-style is unexplained. His deck also utilises some Monarchs to help his Evil Hero fusions, and cards which counter Synchro Summons or common Synchro Monsters, due to his anger at the Accel Synchro Factory's explosion ruining his chances of becoming a Pro Duelist, and trapping him in Daedalus.
