The YCM War: Glitches Plot [Accepting/Started] {PG-17}

[Jake the Sage]

Jake turned as he heard Andx state they were leaving and quietly nodded his head to the dog passing by; however he attempted not to raise question by the Nexus member. After Andx had left he excused himself and turned to leave, quickly catching up to Andx before he had gotten to Black, "So when the hell are you going to change back? Well . . . guess it doesn't matter . . ."

Honestly it was a bit annoying talking to a dog instead of another human being, at least while he was human, and Jake looked down at the trotting canine. Once they reached Black he lead them along the path he was creating while explaining that they were heading back to the base before shooting off to Test Tube Genesis. [i]"So there is going to be war abound,"[/i] Jake thought to himself as he walked along the virtual passway until Black finished off with, ". . . there is war, gentleman, and we are now in it."

"Yeah and I have an entire bag of tricks I've learned from my travels I can't wait to show off," Jake said with a bit of a grin and looked to his side, "Right Ni-"

Stopping midsentance he felt his side and realized, through all of the sudden bustle, he had left Nic behind back in Roxas' room without any further instructions; and knowing NIc he wouldn't move unless told. SO he'd have to sneak away sooner or later to get him back, because telling him to leave by himself would be too risky. [i]"Sh*t I've gotten myself into a jam this time . . ."[/i]

[i]"Yeah you have dad,"[/i] Lora added in mentally withy a bit of a gigle; she was taking a bit of amusement out of this.

[Andx]

Jake caught up quickly to Andx before they got back to Black. As Jake looked down on him he asked how long he planned to stay in the dog form. Jake sounded annoyed somewhat and that only put a wide smile on Andx's face. He hadn't thought the form would annoy Jake after long enough but then he had been waiting for them for a bit now and was no doubt a little irritated from that.
"What's the matter Jake? You more of a cat person? Sorry to say, I can't do cats. So if it's all the same to you, I think I'll just say as I am for a bit longer." Andx said. He figured Jake might not have appreciated the lighthearted answer but Andx wasn't too concerned about that. Shortly Jake would have something to do and he'd begin to focus in on that.

Shortly after all three were inside Black's garganta moving along. Black told them there was to be war and Jake started to voice his enthusiasm only to stop in the middle of his sentence. Andx looked at Jake, offering a curious and somewhat confused look with it.
"Something the matter Jake?" Andx said. He knew if Jake felt like explaining, all one needed to do to find out what was up was to ask. Andx also had a question for Black.
"So Black, what do you plan to do? Do you want just the three of us or should we stop by the base to pick everyone else up?" he asked.

[Jake the Sage]

Jake didn't know if he should tell Andx that he had left his little 'spy' behind while Black was around; seeing as Black was the one who had wanted privacy in the first place. Deciding against it, for worry that it'd cause internal aggression from Black, Jake merely shook his head and explained it off as nothing more than a feeling. Once he had convinced, as best he could, the others that what he had paused about was nothing more than a feeling he turned his attention span back to the war. It would be problematic if Glitch returned, though he had never actually witnessed the monstrosity, chiefly due to his absense at the later of the YCMaker War, and it only made things worse that there seemed to be other factions going against them. [i]"What if someone gains control of Glitch?"[/i] he thought as Andx questioned Black and then waited for a response, [i]"They'd be more powerful than a Mod . . . but also equally as dangerious."[/i]

[Blake]

Black listened, and figured that Jake had forgotten one of his 'kids' once again. He shook his head at him. "Whatever you left, Jake, we'll get it later. I'm sure nothing will happen to it. Now, Andx," He continued on to the blue dog, "Well, for this specific mission... it's just us three. I don't want anyone unneeded to invade, as it could cause casualties. The others will be sent to scout after Verdin, ferry info between us and Nexus, or hold the fort down per se." Black stopped walking and waved his white hand, and a portal opened in front of him, in the same manner it always did. "Alright, we're back. JAke, go find Shadow and Ice to send to scout out Verdin. Andx, send Dane and Spazix, if he's here, to Nexus." He stepped out. "Meet me in my office when you are done."

[Shadow Zero]

Shadow had just decided to get up and do some moving around when Black and the others got back. "Black-san, you've finally returned. Good. There is something that I need to tell you. Aniki can be present as well if you wish, but nobody else. The fewer people know, the better." Shadow didn't like keeping secrets, unless it included his abilities in some way that he didn't want to become general knowledge, but this time he knew that it would be a necessity. Looking at Andx and Black respectively, he waited for Blacks response, hoping that he wouldn't force him to divulge the information in a public manner, and hoping to be taken seriously, as the matter of which he had to speak on was very serious indeed.

''but what about all of the innocent people torn-onii-san?!'' l asked looking out the window with a lot of concern. l had understood that torn-onii-san had decided to take down the wall by some kinds of means and that would let a bunch of people in that werent supposed to be here. l felt like running out to the wall to stop it but l dont think that onii-san would let me go. looking back at him l could feel my eyes well up with tears ''please onii-san l dont care about me . . . l dont want to see anyone else get hurt!!''
l had been hurt enough up to this point and now that l had found someone who wanted to protect me l didnt want to see anyone else go through the same thing. l felt useless that l could only pleade with onii-san not to take the wall down.

[Sploda]

"Oho, so they are sending them at us? Roxas is more clever than I credited him to be." Creator said listening in on the meeting. He flipped open a small button on his belt and pushed it. It activated the security system for the base, level Cupcake. Creator then contacted Nexev, "Oh your mightyness the Cirque is on the way to the base, I recommend you prepare for battle and transport PROTO here quickly." Creator said speaking into the comm in his watch.

Meanwhile rooms in the base began to seal themselves off and several orange lights turned on. Guns rose out of the ground armed with explosive Cupcakes, TTG had no reason to use real ammo.

[Nexev]

"Bleh let them come, makes it easier to take out a faction, don't even have to pull the BS about being attacked." Nexev sighed and turned to proto. "Dude, can you actually make yourself useful for a change? Then you can start crying about being not sentient later. Go get Creator, let him go do things in his cretory ways and such. He's a bit of a weirdo but don't let it get to you. Now shoo!" Nexev said as he begin to prepare for Verdim's and Cirque's arrival, stacking up sandwhiches and getting bags of chips out.

[i]Plan canceled, Cirque is going to attack us. We shall swallow up the faction and work our way from there, DO NOT KILL THEM! I have special plans in store. [/i]

Nexev typed this message to Verdim's head.

[Proto]

"Very well, Protocol 657 initiated." The PROTO unit moved towards the transport device, making a large stomp with each step. The Transportation Unit was a large cannon, designed to lock on to a beacon and fire the passenger to it, making better time then most of the other transport devices. Unfortunately most of the testers had not survived the process, leading the Test Tube Genesis to use it as a easy way to transport Military equipment and weapons to other places. PROTO stepped inside the large pod, not that the pod provided any safety, it was mostly just for insuring that the object it was transporting hit the beacon.

"Thank you for choosing the Test Tube Genesis Transportation Unit for your traveling need, we hope you enjoy your trip and have a nice day!" The cannon fired, blasting PROTO into the skies.

Several seconds later the pod crash landed on the blue beacon. "Sorry, we're having some technical difficu-" PROTO ripped apart the pod and began walking out of the alleyway, it was here to destroy, and that's just what it was going to do.

[Sploda]

"It's about time PROTO. Now time to cause some trouble, first lay waste to this Market Place. Leave the Jellybean stand, I need to make a purchase." Creator said, pushing a button on his watch which switched PROTO over to his control. He didn't really care what happened to the people, he was just supposed to cause trouble and bring the Nexus members running.

"Why do I always get stuck with the icky jobs? No matter let's play PROTO." Creator said as he tossed several ion grenades towards a crowd of people, promptly blowing them up.

[Andx]

As the group stepped out from Black's garganta back in front of their base, Black told both Andx and Jake to find two of the other members. Andx was to find Saint Dane and Spazix and get them to head off for Nexus. Andx figured they would probably be used as either a communication line of some sort or as aids to Roxas's forces. And since Andx knew of no amazing communication line between the group members he figured it was far more likely that they were going to help Nexus fight. Right as he was about to go find his two "targets" Shadow came up. He asked to speak with Black, and Andx if Black wanted, in private. He was clearly being very serious about what he wanted to say.
"Well that made your job easier Jake." Andx said to Jake as the two of them were a bit behind Black. Andx took a few steps forward to tell Shadow what he thought, of course the decision came down to Black.
"Is it so important that Jake not hear it? I can understand wanting to keep things secretive but that seems like a little much. Anyway, it's not my problem. It's your choice Black. Shadow seems pretty determined to speak with you so I'd at least consider hearing him out. If you want me to be in on it that's fine, but if not I'll get off to finding Dane and Spazix as you asked." Andx said.

[fenrir]

A green haze floated towards Nexert, two bright red orbs appeared from the haze and glared at him. Slowly the gas shifted to a more humanoid looking form, before Fen stepped out from the gas. With a particularly wicked grin and his signature fedora, he bowed. "Why hello there Boss, who do you want me to bother today?" He took his hat off as he bowed, when he was done he stood back up, holding the hat against his head in a casual fashion. "Speaking of which, I got the acid you wanted me to alchemize. It didn't take that lo-" Fen began to distort, the green haze returning once more to consume him, only he merely returned to his casual position afterward. "Long. Didn't take that long."

[The Warden]

Broken got tired of banging on the door, Fen wasn't there. 'Blast it' he cried. There was some banging echoing in the base, it seemed to be coming from the entrance hall. 'Are we under attack?' he wondered as he ran towards the entrance, to find Nexev and Fen. 'Ah, there you guys are' he declared loudly before slapping Fen on the back in a friendly manner. 'I was looking all about for you' he said to Fen with a devious grin.

[Shadow Zero]

Shadow remained silent at first, weighing his wish to limit the amount of chaos he felt sure would ensue against the wish to keep from offending people. It only took a few seconds as he furrowed his brow in thought, but he decided against it in the end. Sorry Aniki, but this information needs to be kept as secret as possible. The more people that find out, the greater the chance that others might find out. If it were ever to become public knowledge, I feel that the fear it would instill in them would cause this city to tear itself apart." Shadow chose his words carefully as he spoke, not wishing to offend, but wanting to make clear that the only guarantee that there was of the people of New Forum not turning into a panic-stricken mass was in silence. Shadow momentarily glanced towards Jake, giving him an apologetic look before turning towards the stairs leading to the quarters of those residing in the base. As he reached the door, he turned back to Andx and Blackand said "Shall we?"

[Nexev]

"Right.... Whatever you say." Nexev said. Make sure to apply it to the traps, we need to make sure we can see what they can do before the ambush my making him go through danger themselves.

It'd be fun trust me." Nexev said with a smile. "Until then, do you like Tuna or are you one of those loser ham guys?" Nexev said with a wagging finger. "Have to make sure everything is perfect for the welcoming part and stuff."

[SPA7X]

From within the base, I awaited something. What that was at the time I had no idea. It's not like I could simply tell I was to be summoned by Andx for a mission. But I just felt that I was supposed to wait for someone, wait for the ok to go and leave the base. As I thought about what today would be or not be, I pulled my pen out of my pocket. It was a simplistic one, but one I have always used while writting. Infact, I have used it fo so long that my old friends used to believe the pen contained so weird mixture of ink and my blood. I guess that's kind of ironic now, considering that I had indeed "Became what I wrote". And so I waited sitting looking at the door as I slowly downed my drink, nerves continuely growing.

[Jake the Sage]

[i]"Well at least one thing hasn't changed dad,"[/i] Lora called out mentally as Shadow began to speak of his reason to keep a some 'vital' information quiet. Though Jake was half listening, meaning he still heard and understood each and every word, he glanced down at his side and replied top his daughter, [i]"Oh? How so?"[/i]

[i]"This Shadow guy is still a pompous ass,"[/i] she stated and Jake shrugged his shoulders; Shadow himself unknowingly enforcing this by what he was stating. He had wanted a private audiance with Black to him the infomation, stating he feared that it's knowledge would lead the people of New Forum into a panic. Stepping forward Jake lowered his eyes and spoke, "No need for that. You might as well tell [i]all[/i] of us what you know now. Once you have get your things ready . . . we've been given our 'marching orders' and we are heading to Verdin!"

[Shadow Zero]

Shadow glanced over at Jake as he spoke, not saying anything at first, and then simply folded his arms and said "Sorry, but this is not a debate Jake. I have my reasons for wanting to limit the spread of this information, and on this matter my mind will not be changed. Black-san, Aniki, I'll wait for you in my quarters. We have much to discuss. Oh, and Jake, don't worry about finding Verdin. They'll be here soon, I'm sure. I have a feeling that by tomorrow they will be in New Forum. Just a feeling I have is all." With that, Shadow turned and left the main entry way, walking back to his quarters and entering it. The simplistic red lines forming black squares along with the single chair in the room welcomed him once more, and as he sat in his chair, he closed the issued a command for the door to close and a round table to appear, along with a chair for Black and a small bed for Andx to accommodate hi dog form. His preparations completed, he waited for the other two to show up, Primus once again separating from him and drifting lazily about the room.

[Ghoulish]

Hyabusa had really nothing to do, he walked the streets of the city of new forum looking for tasks or possible disputed to resolve. Hyabusa then walked to the back of a tall building, he then stood facing the tall building, he turned his head side to side making sure no body was int he vicinity. After clarification Hyabusa glanced up the tall building Hyabusa then put one leg out and planted his foot on the structure, suddenly he began sprinting up the building, upon reaching the top he jumped and landed on one knee on the flat roof, that was an area that could be walked on, Hyabusa stood up straight and folded his arms. Hyabusa then walked to thre edge and looked over the city of new forum, thinking of something he can do.

[Ultimate Assassin Ninjew]

The moment the man named Jacob stated he was part of the faction bent on destroying the Glitch, Ninjew knew that he was probably there to make the alliance. However when he said he was just waiting, it made him wonder who was talking to Roxas. As the door opened and a dog walked out, calling Jacob to leave, Ninjew knew that the dog was not an ordinary dog. He then noticed the Garganta and knew that a member had some powers dealing with a certain verse that he also had a piece of. [i]So this Cirque du Mask group is made up of people who can shapeshift. Or at least from what it seems that's what they can do,[/i] Ninjew thought as he watched them leave. Ninjew didn't even notice Hyabusa walk passed him because he was thinking about what had just taken place. Snapping back into reality, Ninjew walked into Roxas's office to talk to his leader. "Roxas, why were the Cirque Du Mask here? And why was your door needing to be closed?" he questioned Roxas.

[Blake]

Black sighed, as he felt tired and wished to rest a bit. The day was drawing to a close, and he planned to start during the night. "Come one, Shadow, Andx, let's get this over with..." He said, sounding more than a bit exasperated. Black walked the short way to Shadow's room, sitting in the chair when he arrived, folding his hands, and resting his head in them. He waited for Andx to get completely settled in before he spoke. "Alright, Shadow, fire away. Make it quick." He rubbed his temples, and just hoped it would be over soon. "What could be so urgent, Shadow?"

[Phantom Roxas]

Roxas sighed when Ninjew entered. "Remember my earlier announcement? That meeting I had between Black was us discussing our alliance, and it actually met with success. The Cirque will help us with the problem that is the Glitch should we need more allies, and they will help us deal with Test Tube Genesis and Verdin. I had my door simply because I wanted the meeting to be held in private. I wouldn't want anyone to eavesdrop. Anyway, since that matter is done, I'll call back my Flygon." Taking a dagger-shaped flute, Roxas played [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gThWk7e6Yi4&feature=related]a tune[/url] on it. Within moments, the Flygon flew outside Roxas' office, waiting for Roxas to open the window. Roxas did so, and immediately sealed the Flygon in a small red and white capsule, which he placed on his belt next to two more capsules. "Ninjew, I'll be out investigating, seeing if I can at least but a dent in Verdin's forces myself. I trust you can handle things in my absence?"

[Andx]

Shadow had made it clear that he wanted as few people to know of what he wanted to say as possible. Andx couldn't think why something so important that it was dangerous to let more than two people in on it hadn't been brought to Black's attention sooner but he guessed that was what he was about to find out. Shadow and Black moved off to Shadow's room and Andx followed not far behind. Upon looking in the room it seemed Shadow had changed some furniture around. It seemed he was often changing furniture and on a less serious day he'd have to ask Shadow where he got the funds for so many changes of things for his room.

Upon looking Andx saw Shadow had a small bed out as if meant for his current form. Since it was there he took the opportunity and laid down on it, keeping his eyes open of course as he wanted to pay attention to Shadow. Also moving about the room was the strange creature Andx had saw come out of Shadow earlier. He still had to wonder what that really was. But it wasn't much of a concern, and once Andx settled Black raised the all-important question of what Shadow wanted to say. Andx added his own positive response to Black's question.
"Yeah, it's not every day you get this serious." he said. If anything the response meant he was ready to listen as was Black, who seemed somewhat exasperated by the whole thing.

[Shadow Zero]

Upon Black and Andx entering and taking their prepared spots on the table, Shadow raised a hand and caused a small see through computer window to pop up at the side. He pressed a few keys and caused the door to be closed and sealed in the same pattern of red lines forming the edges of black boxes as the rest of the mostly barren room, save for the furniture that had been summoned for Black and Andx's convenience in addition to his own chair. He then pressed a few more buttons and caused a small flat circular device to appear in the middle of the table and utter a noise that went from low, to high pitched, to outside of even a dogs hearing range within a second. At the same time, a couple of menus appeared in front of Black and Andx displaying the various foods able to be materialized. "I apologize for this, but one can never be to careful. Please feel free to grab yourself a snack while your here, I'm sure you are both hungry." Shadow grabbed the screen by the edge and swung it in front of himself, then pressed a button that caused two more screens to appear. One appeared on the table in front of him facing upwards, the other one appeared above and behind him and was expanded in size for easy viewing. "I know you both want to get a move on with things as quickly as possible, but there's a lot of information that I've acquired, and we need to go through it all. However, first things first. I trust that you are both aware of the erasure incidents?" Shadow waited for one of the two to respond, a serious look on his face, his tone of voice also serious. If he was honest with himself, he would hve rather not discovered what he had, but now that he had he knew he had to tell someone, and Black and Andx were at the top of the list as they were his direct superiors.

[Sploda]

The Market place was in complete disarray. Creator had been lobing explosives all over the place, well that was when he wasn't firing his lasers at people and stands. He had somehow managed to acquire a bag full of Jellybeans and was currently eating some while blowing up a crowd of people with his Neutron Ray. "This is so boring, when will something fun happen?" Creator asked aloud hoping for an answer. When one didn't come he sighed and lobed another plasma grenade over a building.
