Master White
That's a game glitch.Actually, it states in the rule book if a card effect is by passing the rule in the rule book, the card effect preceeds all other rulings, therefore making it possible for negative and o level monsters, like in the anime, and if you call the anime wrong, then you need to go look up the anime rules for dark Synchro's, thanks... Hope that helps you, Lord Ursus. Neat Japanese cards, I wish I could do that.
FTW (For The Wynn)
Monsters can't be treated as Level 0 or be Level 0. New game dynamics come out all the time. 3 years ago no one had any idea wtf a synchro was and if there was a point. This is a new game dynamic and therefore makes it very original. BTW, I'm curious, why did you put that date as part of your title? I ask because that just happens to be my 21st bday, unless you're using the English system and it really means 9/12 Which I kinda suspect. Overall your cards look good, everything seems fine at a glance.
Lord Ursus
@White: Thank you for the reasoning. It was quite easy to make them Japanese. I simply made the cards on MSE and pasted in the English card lore translated into Japanese. ;) @FTW: Thank you for the reasoning, as well. You see, here in Norway, we put the day first, then month, then year, so it really sais 12th of September 2010. The date is when the thread was last updated, so you can know when I've updated this thing. I'm glad you liked the cards.

Max Darkness
"Hysteria" would be useful against Beatdown and more basic Decks (like a simple Synchro Deck), but could be easily done in by more tactical and aggressive Decks like "Counter Fairies" (who run a number of "Divine Wraths"), "Lightsworns" (using their field-clearing effects) and "Gladiator Beasts" ("Gyzarus" could obliterate it, or "GB War Chariot" would). Otherwise, it's basically a "Magic Cylinder". "Memory End" is a reversed "Soul Taker" and obvious fodder for "Torment's" effect. Simple really. You might want to change its first effect to a Quick-Play Spell, or only allow it to be activated during your opponent's Main Phase. "Hysteria" is quite situational in fact, since it would only work against a field that doesn't have any way of countering its effect, and multiple Decks run cards that get rid of it. "Memory End" could be used in more Decks than "Memory Requiems", since its second effect is very generic.
Lord Ursus
I see. I might tweak Hysteria, then. But I'll keep Memory End the way it is.
Max Darkness
I see. I might tweak Hysteria, then. But I'll keep Memory End the way it is. Don't tweak "Hysteria". It's strong enough as it is, because although it can be stopped, it forces your opponent to use up one of their Traps that they would've otherwise used on one of the more powerful "Memory Requiems". Its strength lies in its ability to use up an opponent's resources.
Lord Ursus
That was the general idea, yes. Why do you want Memory End to be tweaked like that BTW?
Max Darkness
That was the general idea, yes. Why do you want Memory End to be tweaked like that BTW? Exactly, so it doesn't need to be modified. And as for "Memory Requiem", it's because being able to activate your Normal Spells during your opponent's Battle Phase lies in the realm of deux-ex-machina anime duels. ltorres666
Nope. Minimum level a monster can have is 1. You forget that a card's text supersedes the rules of the game.
Lord Ursus
Max: Meh, I'll keep it that way for the time being, as to make it original. Itorres666: Thank you, though I believe we are done with that discussion.

FTW (For The Wynn)
Alright, I like the new ones and I didn't notice any errors but a glaring flaw in your strategy became quite obvious in your set. Your set requires massive amounts of Life Points in order to operate because it is easy for you to lose lifepoints if your opponent can constantly direct attack. I would recommend making a Field Spell that gains life points based off of how many Memory monsters you control. Perhaps also a Spell that returns removed from play Memory monsters to the deck. Other than that I don't really have anything to say, well done.

FTW (For The Wynn)
Believe me, I have a plan with this. ;) Image Spell of Pain with this set. I actually did think about that and that would be fun to do, but I still want to see some more support cards. Let me know when your plan comes to fruition and I'll rate the set completely.
