Lag on YCM

Alrighty, well as alot of you have seen by now. YCM has gotten alot laggier after the forum switch. I'm not saying that we should go back to our old forum layout because this will not happen and I've grown to like the new one! (Except for the new rep system).

While trying to enter the forums/load pictures/load posts/enter threads/post replies, myself and a alot of others are complaining about the same lag. This lag isn't so bad that it makes scrolling throught the forums unbearable, but it's really quite anoying to see every other post in a thread go "edit: double posted, dumb lag".

Another thing that grinds my gears is when somebody posts a topic (being the first post of decent length filled with text or images big enough that you need to scroll down to read it), that the second person's post overlaps it and causes me to refresh my page to get rid of the overlapping. I know I could just keep hitting F5 each time, but thats getting pretty anoying to do every time.

I'm not in any way an admin and so I have no idea how you would control the forums or deal with these sorts of problems, but I needed to post this to get my thoughts and the thoughts of other YCMers out and condensed into a thread.

All I request is that you acknowledge that there is a lag problem currently facing YCM, and that you will put an effort forewords in trying to reduce it. The old forum layout had a lightspeed connection in every way so I'm assuming it has to be something with the new version.

The only thing bothering me ATM is the post lag , its alright scrolling around the forums its just posting that takes about a minute.
