Atrus held up the badge, then put it into his case. "Thank you." Atrus walked outside, happy with his victory. "Now I have six badges... Just two more to go." Atrus looked at his two remaining spots. "Lets see... I still need the one from Hautra, then he one from Gloomdelta..." Atrus started walking towards Gloomy Shades.
-Later-
Atrus had arrived at the edge of Gloomy Shades. "Well, that was an interesting area. Had I not known better, then I would have said that I just went throgh a forest. Well, there's Gloomdelta." Atrus walked to the Gym, went inside, and pulled out a Pokéball. "Im here to challange the Gym Leader!" Atrus called out.

-MEANWHILE-

Zura Glory looked at his Pokédex and his watch. "So Rectus is finally back. Better go pay him a visit." Zura hopped onto his Charizard after ensuring the Hedron's saftey, then rode off into the distance once more.

[Ｄｈａｒｃ]

[color="#708090"]Dante had finally arrived in Hauntra town after a long journey with many a sidequest and pit stop. He walked into the Pokemon Centre, hoping to find someone who knew something about the Griseous Orb or Giratina. He immediatley noticed a boy with brown hair sitting at a videocall console, talking to a man. He realized they were the two he spoke to before Nathaniel's disruption. Dante was normally a tactful and well-mannered man, even with his lack of emotions, but this situation called for immediate action, he assumed. He had noticed something about those two from the moment he first encountered them.
"Excuse me, kid, I saw you back around Terramean. My name is Taylor and I was wondering if you could provide me with any information having to do with what I asked of you earlier or the Legendary Pokemon named Giratina? It's very important to me. However if you nothing, that is fine. Also, as soon as you are done with this call, may I request a battle with you?"[/color]

[Jack of All Spades]

Jack was thinking hard off places to go to start his pokemon adventure. "Well, bud. Where do you think we should go?" Kazooie was eating some berries he found on the ground. Kazooie turned his heads and suddenly a look of alarm appeared on their faces. "DUUUUUOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" they shrieked. Jack quickly turns around, and sees a CATERPIE [img]http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/plmfsa/10.png[/img] swiflty crawl into the entrance of the forest. This CATERPIE was odd though. It was glowing gold, glistening in the morning sun.

"Interesting." Jack said to himself. "C'mon, guys! We've got a freaky pokemon to catch up with!"

[Zextra]

Caden looked back and noticed a man standing behind him. "Uh, Nathan, I have to go. I'll call you on the watch later" Caden said and hung up. He turned back at the man. "Hello, my name is Caden. I remember you asking about strange crystalline stones from before. Anyways, Giratina is said to live in the Turnback Cave, which resides somewhere between Spacial Ruins and Gloomdelta Town. It seems to be in Gloomy Shades. Also, you asked for a battle?" Caden thought about it, and decided to take the opportunity to train more for the league. "Sure, I don't see why not" he smiled.

[Serenity the Candyman]

As Caden was dragged off by Rectus, Nathaniel shouted, "Next time I'm attack first, you wont see the next day." Nathaniel went over toward s the nearest Grunt. "Where is Dante? I thought that I asked you to get him! Get me a phone, Now!" Nathaniel was now Enraged at the disipline of these Grunts. After taking the phone from the nearest Grunt he dialed, hoping to get ahold of Dante.

[Ｄｈａｒｃ]

[color="#708090"]Dante smiled for the first time since The Defeat. It was kinda creepy. "Alright, come with me."
Dante led the way outside and pulled out a Fast Ball. "Alright, I'll sned out my Pokemon first. Electivire, descend like lightning and shock all beings with a display of your glory." ((OOC: Kinda long, but this is going to be Dante's thing from now on, whenever he's in a battle. I've got one for every single one of his Pokemon.))
Electivire descended from the Fast Ball like a bolt of lightning, the yellow light that is trademark of Fast Balls and the Lightning Seal accentuating this effect. Golden electrizity crackled between the two Tesla-coil-esque antennae atop his head, and a trademark Electivire grin played across his face. The Thunderbolt Pokemon ceased his grinning and the electrical charge between his antennae stopped.
"Vire, Electivire."
"Indeed. It is your go." Dante waited patiently for the boy to send out his Pokemon.
Then, his phone rang. With an expert toss, he managed to get it between Electivire's antennae, who sent a quick jolt betwwen them, annihilating the phone.[/color]

[Jack of All Spades]

Seconds past, but Gradnis Forest isn't looking any smaller. Trees lining the forest in a straight path, as if it were a maze path. Patches of tall grass polluted the low-cut jungle.
Kazooie was scared. He hadn't been outside Jack's house before. Only to be walked around the neighborhood, say "Hi" to the local gym leader's pokemon, and to defecate. But he was willing to fight for Jack. Jack had taken very good care of him; Kazooie couldn't let ANYTHING happen to him. Suddenly, a METAPOD[img]http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/plmfa/11.png[/img]sprung from the tall grass Jack was walking on. Jack leapt with suprise. The METAPOD was not attacking him. It just jumped out. It headed for another patch of grass. "OH NO YOU DON'T!" Jack yelled. "Pokeball go!" He tossed a pokeball at the METAPOD. 1, 2, 3...caught! "YES! I CAUGHT MY FIRST POKEMON!!" Jack yelled, loud enough for the SPEAROW[img]http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/plmfa/21.png[/img]to fly out of the trees in such alarm.
"Whoops..."Jack murmered.

[Serenity the Candyman]

Nathaniel heard the other line go dead. That idiot doesnt know when a good thing comes his way. Going to the nearest Grunt, he said" Give this to Dante in Hauntra, It contains a map and a letter describing the location of Giratina. It also includes a phone with my number in it. As soon as he gets it, make sure ha calls me. Meanwhile I will be waiting for him in the cave or maybe the other side of the Vortex. Houndoom, come forth." Houndoom came out in the usual Blueish-Green flame. "Let's go searching for a Legendary Pokemon."

[Zextra]

"Well, I don't know about this guy, but what's important is that I need to get stronger and fast" Caden thought. "Alright, Electivire, let's go!" He threw a Pokeball, and a yellow flash of light revealed a black and yellow creature, identical to "Taylor's".

"Alright, Taylor...let's start" he thought. "Electivire, use Freeze-Burn Spiral!" Electivire's right arm glowed blue into an Ice Punch while its left arm glowed red into a Fire Punch. Then, its eyes started glowing blue as it used Psychic to materialize the ice and fire into spirals surrounding Electivire's body. "Now, charge straight at the ground and use Earthquake!" Electivire slammed itself on the ground, creating a large fissure. Then, several pillars of ice and fire protruded straight out of the ground all over the battlefield, including one coming out from under Taylor's Electivire's feet.

[CrystalCyae]

Ashmin was clueless. "What can I do?" She screamed in her mind. "I only have one more thing I might be able to do, besides Dig. Let's hope it works...." "OK Diglett, dodge it physically!" The small pokemon did so, and attempted to move out of the way of the beam, and succeeded. "Good Job Diglett!" "[i]Now I'm out of options. Dig is the last thing I can do.....[/i]"

Meanwhile.....

Kalin rode the short, final stretch to the Rockius Mountains. He could tell he was there when it became difficult to ride without fallin off because of the road bumps. Eventually, the terrain to rough, he had to walk. "This rots...." He muttered, dragging the bike once more over a large stone. "Next time, I'm taking the plane......" He scrabbled up a rocky hill, and there, in front of him, was the Rockius Mountain town. "Finally!" He gasped. He dragged the bike down the hill, and rode into the town.

[Serenity the Candyman]

Caullen went in front of Meganium and said, " Stop Attacking. You have pass my training. Sometimes the best thing is just a simple dodge, Not some elaborate attack. The best of trainers can have their pokemon dodge any attack and use it as preparation for the Next Attack. Now that your ready in my books, lets go and get ready for the Gym Leader." With this he returned Meganium and headed out of the forest, towards the pokecenter. " Remember this: Always keep a cool head, No matter the situation."

[Ｄｈａｒｃ]

[color="#708090"]"Hmph. Jump and use Protect."
Electivire lept into the air and surrounded itself in a green sphere, fully protecting itslef against the incoming dual-elemental column.
"Good. Now, combine Hidden Power and Signal Beam."
Electivire nodded and the Protect dissipated. Then, numerous light blue glowing spheres emanated from Electivire's body as a rainbow energy formed between his antennae. He fired these in combination at the other Electivire, and they formed into a single beam with power much greater than the two attacks by themselves could accomplish.

Alex returned to the Gym entrance with Manectric and a new Pokemon, Venonat. He had made a decision on the Pokemon he'd use and stepped into the Gym.
"Leader Shibi of Gradnis Village, I challenge you to a Gym Battle. I have trained sufficiently and am ready for this challenge. I will not hold back."
Then Alex noticed the current battle and was embarrassed. "Ahem...Sorry...I'll just wait...Again...This is no way to start off my journey..."[/color]

[CrystalCyae]

Ashmin grinned. As Caullen walked away she called, "Thanks Caullen, this training will help me win!" Her grin widened. "[i]Now Diglett has a half advantage, and what with Quilava's advantage already, I reckon I can win the Gym battle. Then I can head off to the next one, maybe with a third Pokemon by my side....[/i]" She thought, walking towards Gradnis Town.
After a quick heal to make sure Diglett was in top physical shape, she walked towards the Gym. "Hello?" She called.

Meanwhile....

"So, is there a ferry to Immortafreeze or is there not?" Growled Kalin to a man who tried to be smart about telling Kalin what he wanted to know. "Maybe there is, maybe there isn't." The man grinned. Kalin shook his head. "OK, I'll ask this again. Can you please tell me if there is a ferry here that can get me to Immortafreeze City?" The man's grin widened. "Maybe there is, maybe there isn't." Kalin rolled his eyes. "Ok then." Kalin walked off. "Is it that hard to get an answer to a simple question? I even asked nicely and he still decided to joke around."

[StealthyTyranitar]

"Ok, Flaafy use Double Thunderbolt consecutively to hit the blades!" Yelled Wilas. The Thunderbolts hit the Leafs , but the Blades didn't stop coming. They collided with Flaafy and sent him across the battle field. "Fine, use Defense Tackle!" This was Flaafy's favorite move. He formed a huge ball around him and charged at the Grovyle. "Oh, wow, Flaafy improved alot. It must have been pracicing while i was sleeping." The ball around Flaafy was. The ball was un-avoidable. It was gonna slam right into Grovyle if he didn"t do something [u]very[/u] fast.

[Serenity the Candyman]

Caullen had already returned Meganium to Professor Elm and entered the Gym. There yet again was Ashmin. Hmm...thought Caullen. " Well its seems that the Gym is busy at the moment. Listen, you can even hear the battle going on. Let me think... Wait, have you been to this Gym before?" he asked. Then checking his team, he threw a poke ball. " Ralts I need you to direct us through this maze."

[Zextra]

"Alright, Electivire! Use Psychic and manipulate those pillars!" Electivire broke off several of the pillars from its last attack, and levitated them in front of it. The combined fire and ice spirals blocked the blast and dissipated. "Good work! Now, Electivire, jump up, then fire off 3 Focus Blasts in a triangle formation!" Caden declared. The three Focus Blasts hit in a triangle, creating an explosion right at the other Electivire's base. "Now, Fire 3 more!" Electabuzz Fired 3 more!" Elevtabuzz created 3 more Focus Blasts. "And now, Psychic!" Electabuzz's eyes flashed blue and so did the 3 Focus Blasts. The 3 Focus Blasts melded together to form a giant vortex. "Now, release the Focus Vortex!" he called. Electabuzz unleashed its energy, firing it directly at the other Electivire. "Now, Electivire, jump into that vortex and control it with Psychic! Now, charge straight down at it!" Caden called.

[Ｄｈａｒｃ]

[color="#708090"]"You truly believe this will work? Electivire, Quick Cross Impact!" Electivire crossed his hands and blue light emanated from them as a purple aura with an orabge outer spiral surrounded him. Electivire accelerated upward at a rapid pace, a white light trailing behind him.
"Are you ready to end this, Electivire? Good. Now, Unleash!"
Electivire forced both arms outward, the energy from Giga Impact transfering into them. Electivire slammed into the attack at full force, and reached the other Electivire. Then, Electivire fully released the Chop, causing a massive explosion and sending Electivire plummeting to the ground.[/color]

[Dementuo]

"Grovyle, you know what to do." Grovyle nodded. Grovyle was suddenly replaced by a doll. "Now Grovyle, use Leaf Blade!" Grovyle appeared behind Flaffy, leaves raised and glowing, ready to strike.

-MEANWHILE-

Atrus had finished another rigorous battle with the seventh Gym Leader, and had obtained his seventh Gym Badge. "Now, I might as well head over to Hauntra." Atrus started to walk towards Hauntra, avoiding the usual wild Pokémon and what-not. He went to the Pokémon Center, and noticed Caden battling someone. He walked over to the side of the battle. "Hey, Caden!" Atrus called as he walk over, keeping a safe distance from the two clashing Pokémon.

-MEANWHILE-

Zura Glory was now outside of Gloomy Shades. "This is where Rectus' last signal was..." Zura noticed a Nebulus Grunt. "Hm... Looks like they know I'm here... Better find the commander or this area quickly." Zura attempted to approach Gloomy Shades, waiting for the grunts to stop him.

[CrystalCyae]

"No, I haven't been here before. And you're right, I can hear a battle. Seems like a Flaffy versus a Groyvle. I would asume the Grovyle belongs to the Gym Leader, and the Flaffy belongs to the challenger. Maybe we should go and watch." Ashmin pulled out a Pokeball. "C'mon out Diglett!" The moile Pokemon appeared. "Ok Diglett, do you think you can help lead us through this maze?" The mole nodded, and Ashmin turned to Caullen. "I know your Ralts could probably get us through the maze by itself, but it's always helpful to have another Pokemon to double check our progress."

Meanwhile....

"Ok, so where do I ge on the ferry, and at what time?" Kalin asked the young girl who had finally answered his question. "Well, there's a dock not to far from this spot, and there is a time table there. And, because you probably don't know the way, I'll take you!" The little girl beamed. Kalin smiled. "Thank you, that would be much appreciated." "C'mon then!" She called, skipping a singing all the way.

[Serenity the Candyman]

Nathaniel entered the room where he took the Orb from and saw the Vortex was like a giant storm. Taking the Device, it open up to become a holographic Com-link. Locating Dante, He sent his hologram towards him so the could "talk." With this, he stepped into the Vortex.

Meanwhile.....

Regulus came over to where the boss was. " Boss, you said you wanted to see me?"

Meanwhile....

A Grunt immediatly entered the vortex after Nathaniel."Sir, we have an intruder on the site." Looking back at the Grunt, he said, "Shut the Entrance to the Cave. And stop him from finding anything. If this person wants to know something, he better not find out about this Cave!"

[Zextra]

"Electabuzz, don't give in like that! Using your arms and body, use Giga Cross!" From inside the vortex, Electivire's arms started glowing, then its body glowed and accelerated the vortex further, turning it a blinding rainbow-colored hurricane. "Now, use Psychic and use Dragonic Formation!" Caden called. The shape of the vortex changed. It turned from a straight horn to the shape of a dragon's head. The two attacks clashed and both attacks dissipated, while both Pokemon landed, apparently worn out. "Impressive" Caden smiled. Then, he heard Atrus call him. He turned around. "Oh, hello, Atrus" he greeted back, then turned back to the battle. "Electivire, can you keep going?" Caden asked. Electabuzz nodded its head. "Alright, then. Comet Swift!" Caden called. Electivire shot out several stars, and blew a Flamethrower, making them resemble shooting stars or comets. "And remember, Swift can't miss" Caden explained.

[Ｄｈａｒｃ]

[color="#708090"]"I'm not an idiot. Besides, Electivire can take a hit."
Electivire took the attack, seeing as how he couldn't move because of Giga Impact. "Good, now ShineBurst Combo! And replace Discharge with Swift!" A powerful, blinding light shone forth from Electivire's body as star-shaped rays, glowing light-blue spheres, jets of flame, and rainbow beams burst forth, firing at the other Electivire.
"Now I just hope [i]YOUR[/i] Electivire can take a hit as well as mine can."
Dante saw the hologram beside him, but he didn't pay attention to it now. He was too focused on his battle to be bothered by Nathaniel.

[Zextra]

"Electivire, Light Screen now!" A clear, translucent barrier passed in between Electivire and the rainbow beam. While some of the attack passed by the barrier and hit Electivire, half its power was trapped by it. "Electivire, we're not through yet, are we?" Caden smiled. "Now, ready? Use Rainbow Tomb!" Electabuzz fired off Signal Beam and Focus Blast and let loose a giant rainbow wave on the ground, protruding through rocks which sprung upwards. Several spikes came out of the ground which surrounded the other Electivire. Then, it shot a Rock Tomb, bombarding the other Electivire with many rocks and rainbow shards. "Now, follow up with Earthquake!" Then, Electivire slammed down on the ground again and created an underground wave which shot at Electivire, shaking the ground beneath it. Caden's Electivire keeled over. "Electivire, hang on a bit longer" he thought.

[Ｄｈａｒｃ]

Electivire once again put up a green barrier, and the shockwaves stopped dead as they hit him. However, they still hit the rocks which fell onto the barrier and forced it to shatter., and Electivire took a moderate amount of damage. Electivire fell forward but caught himself with his left arm. "Electivire, let's finish this. Rest." Electivire collapsed to the ground and fell asleep, slowly rejuvenating itself. "Now, Snore." Electivire slowly picked itself up off the ground in its sleep, then it let loose three massively powerful sound waves at the other Electivire.
"Hmph. I doubt you'll make it through this."[/color]

[Zextra]

"I predicted a Protect. Now, Electivire! End it with Feint!" Electivire shot at the other Electivire as it tried to put up the barrier. Electivire pierced right through the barrier and struck the other Electivire in the chest as the attacks that would have been deflected by the barrier continued to slam. "Electivire, I'm sorry, but don't let go!" Caden called as Electivire grabbed on to the other Electivire. The shockwaves and rocks fell on the two of them, slamming down with incredible force. Once the smoke cleared, Caden saw that both Electivires had fainted. He sighed and took out his Pokeball. "Return, Electivire. Excellent work; rest up as long as you need" he said as Electivire disappeared in a flash of red light. "That was really helpful" Caden thought. He walked over to "Taylor" and offered his hand. "Thank you for the battle" he said. Then, he turned to face Atrus. "Hello. How have you been? It's been a while since we last saw each other" he said, smiling.
