Oh, I forgot about the SP upgrade thing. I'll upgrade Kekkei Genkai to 15 if that's alright. Also, may I change my upgrade of Raven streak to a new technique, as I did say that I was going to have an added technique, and if I couldn't I would upgrade Raven Streak. Anyway, If I may add a new technique instead, here it is:

[i][u]Blazing Fire Blade Technique[/u]: Description: A Variation(And much more powerful Version) of the Kirigakure village's Spinning Ice blade technique invented by Konoha's previous Hokage, intended to counter the Ice blade technique. It was tought to the Drecel clan by the Hokage just before his death, and has been handed down to the three most talented children of each generation of the Drecel clan, aswell as every child in the main branch. However, many weilders of it have taught children not designated as the most talented. It engulfs the users hand in a blaze of flames. The user feels none of the heat of the flames, but may occasionally get burned. This technique also enhances the users speed. Like the Ice Blade technique, it is one of the most dangerous Fire Element techniques at the moment, and has many variations.
Effect: Deals 30 to Opponent for 2-5 turns. Has a 30% chance of burning the opponent and/or the users, dealing 10 damage a turn until the fire goes out(Basically, when you decide.). The user also cannot use Jutsu that require the use of two hands.
Cost: -10 Chakra X the number of turns. -15 Fatigue X the number of turns. [/i]

I'll also add a history to the Ice blade technique if you wish. And anyone with other elements may take this Idea if they wish. And no, I didn't take this from the Chidori. It's completely different as it's not a ball of Chakra, it's an actual blade, like an extension of the hand.

I think I have a new technique, but it's custom. Hope this works.

[i][u]Wind Release: Solid Wind Clone Technique:[/u]
Description: The act of creating solid Shadow Clones out of solidified wind. If done in an area with strong winds, more chakra will be needed to solidify the wind into as many clones as possible. If in an area where there is no wind whatsoever, less chakra is needed and more clones can easily be produced with the excessive use of hand signs. Continuous use of this jutsu will have different side effects depending on the # of clones made, strength of wind in the area, and amount of chakra used overtime.
Cost: -5 Chakra X the number of clones made per turn, -10 Fatigue X the number of clones made per turn.[/i]

Apologies for not posting at all for these past few days. I've been incredibly busy with the exams and all. Not to mention work. Just to mention at how busy I was I bought Dead Rising 2 on Oct. first and couldn't play it, let alone open it. Yeah, that busy...

Today and tomorrow is the only day I will be free, but after that I'll be busy again for the whole week until the next coming week (Exams finished! Woot!).

Sorry, as soon as the exams finished I had an unexpected trip to go to and finally came back. Again I apologize for keeping everyone waiting. And that's fine, BLUR. Post should be coming along in a minute. ;P

A little side note; I completely forgot the use of skills and whatnot. (Like 5% DMG bonus and/or reduce Chakra use, etc.)
So, as a little reward for my absence and forgetting skill effects I'm giving everyone free EXP and automatically leveling up your characters. Notice: Characters cannot level up during battles (Go figure =P). And to the rest I'll be posting your leveling up status once you've replied within the IC thread. Also, I've added the effects of skills you get on your profile. An update, if you will. You'll find this minor update in the [b]Skills[/b] section.
Final, you will not level up until you're no longer battling. For now, just select a perk and upgrade a technique and distribute SP into skills and I'll update your Characters profile once you're finished fighting.

Detail: The user delivers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind.
Effect: Taijutsu damage is inceased by 20% for 3 posts only.

Wind Release: Great Breakthrough [LV 2]
Detail: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight.
Effect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Block or Dodge effectively for 2 posts only by 40%.
Cost: -40 Chakra.

Dark Release: Darkest Light [LV 2]
Detail: Emits a very dark lightning bolt outlined by a shining white light from his right hand which can burn an opponent to death
Effect: Does 50 Damage to the opponent
Cost: -40 Chakra -35 Fatigue

Genjutsu: Complete Darkness [LV 2]
Detail: Completely surrounds the opponent in darkness, making the opponent think they went blind.
Effect: For two posts, opponent cannot make an attack or do anything to harm the user.
Cost: -30 Chakra -30 Fatigue

Dark Release: Dark Bullet [LV 3]
Detail: A combination of the elements wind and darkness create a rasengan like black sphere in the users hand. During use, the sphere entirely engulfs the users hand, turning his hand into what looks like a black jousting lance. Used to stab an opponent, but it can be used head on against moves like raikiri or chidori.
Effect: Does 100 damage to the opponent.
Cost: -50 Chakra -40 Fatigue -50 Health

Wind Release: Petal Dust Dance [LV 2]
Detail: This jutsu allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the jutsu, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can control the direction and power of the technique to the max as a last resort.
Effect: 30 Damage. Opponent is unable to Block effectively for 2 posts.
Cost: -35 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.

Water Clone Technique [LV 2]
Detail: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control.
Effect: Decreases 40% less damage taken from all attacks by 30% chance.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -30 Fatigue.

Fire Clone Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This technique creates a clone made of fire of the user. Since its made of flame, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape. When extinguished the remaining flames slightly burn the opponent.
Effect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from attacks by 25% chance. 20 DMG to opponent.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -30 Fatigue.

Earth Clone Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This technique creates a clone made of mud of the user. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape.
Effect: Decreases 50% less damage taken from attacks by 40% chance.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -40 Fatigue.

Lightning Release: Shadow Clone [LV 2]
Detail: This technique allows the user to make a Shadow Clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.
Effect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from attacks by 30% chance. Opponent is unable to Attack or Block effectively for 1 post only by 30% chance.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.

Shadow Clone Technique [LV 2]
Detail: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows.
Effect: Decrease 50% less damage from all attacks by 35%.
Cost: -60 Chakra. -15 Fatigue.

Detail: Four giant rock pillars are summoned around the enemy, then shoot bolts of lightning, immobilizing the target and possibly doing damage to them.
Effect: 35 DMG. Opponent is unable to Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.

Wind Release: Violent Wind Palm [Lv 2]
Detail: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. The jutsu used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
Effect: 30 DMG, long ranged damaged increased by 20%
Cost: -50 Chakra, -10 fatigue

Temporary Paralysis Technique [LV 2]
Detail: A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by Genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.
Efffect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 2 posts.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Detail: User runs to opponent, jump side kicks away an incoming punch and follows with his/her own punch straight to the jaw. The smashes the opponents neck with forearm, grabs opponent and slams him/her to the ground.

Taken from the [u]Information/Guide[/u] section, under the [u]Others[/u] category;

[i]You may instantly learn a new technique without having to undergo training for said technique. However, each technique cost you AP depending on the rank. For example, D and C ranked technques only cost 1 AP. While other high ranked techniques require further AP.[/i]

Earth Clone Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This technique creates a clone made of mud of the user. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape.

Body Flicker Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds.
Efffect: Decreases 40% less damage taken from Ninjutsu attacks by 30% chance.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -40 Fatigue.

Earth Release: Devouring Earth [LV 2]
Detail: Allows user to control stones and rocks in the area to attack the enemy, forming several enormous jaws made out of the earth that will swallow and crush the enemy.
Effect: 40 Damage Dealt to all enemy's within 30 feet.
Cost: - 20 Chakra. -40 Fatigue.

Stone Armor [LV 2]
Detail: This technique makes earth-chakra flow through the body, absorbing the properties of stone around the user to form a skin-deep armor that is transparent and is only visible when light reflects off it.
Effect: 20% less DMG taken from Taijutsu attacks, 15% less DMG taken from Weaponry attacks and 10% less DMG taken from Ninjutsu attacks for 2 posts only.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -45 Fatigue.

Masked Presense Technique [LV 2]
Detail: The user's cell become coated with chakra, making it seem that they were never there
Effect: Is completely invisible to any Ninja or animals but cannot attack. When being track, Can only be found if seen. lasts 40 minutes or 4 rounds of combat.
Cost: -50 Chakra. -50 Fatigue.

By infusing chakra into his very skin, he can alter his appearance into something monstrous. This does not mean he can change into other people. Each Arisato is born with one and only one change of shape. When this change is in effect, many things can happened, depending on the persons personallity, knowledge, ect. In Aimi's case, he becomes stronger, faster, and vicious beyond most anything. This is not to say he is invincible. [b]Personality:[/b] Aimi's personality is one of solitude. Not becuase he doesn't like anyone or that he can't make friends, but because he simply doesn't understand why people act the way they do or why they don't understand him. He is quiet, thoughtful, and gentle unless provoked. He can often be found singing to himself, but he rarely sings to others.
[b]History/Background:[/b] Aimi was born into the Arisato clan, a nomad clan that travels from village to village, learning what they can from who will teach them. Aimi himself, was born under the head of the clan. When he was thirteen, his father died. Aimi being his only son, he took charge of the clan. He immedeatly sought a place for his clan to take permenant refuge. Though he is young, he dose make the majority of the decisions when it comes to where his clan is to go. For other decisions, like food supply, shelter and protection from natives, he leaves to the older, more experience clan members in fear that he should fail his clan. Currently they are staying in the leaf village, and Aimi is learning everything he can from whoever will teach him.
