This is a BETA version of the RPG I'm currently working on, a prologue if you will, so its still in a testing phase. Also, please note that if you happen to join the sequel, your stats, experience, level and everything will be carried over from this BETA to the sequel. After the BETA is finished and once I've made the sequel of my RPG, you may add and/or edit your profile as you see fit or perhaps create a new one. There is a possiblity that I might create a time skip between this prologue and the sequel. And remember, this is simply a BETA/prologue. So, please, try to have fun. Its what RPGs are all about. =D


[[b]Plot/Story[/b]]

The Chuunin Exams have arrived yet again and this year the Leaf Village is hosting the event once more. With the first stage finished days ago, it is now the fourth day of the second stage of the Chuunin Exams and nearly every Genin who've made it this far must require and obtain the second or both Heaven and Earth scrolls to advance onto the third and final stage of the Chuunin Exams. All of you have been seperated from your comrades within the Forest of Death and must work alone to either find your allies or obtain one or both scrolls. With the Chuunin Exams underway and the second stage nearly finished, a sinister threat lurking in the shadows slowly approaches the Leaf Village. Unravel the dark plot which has already set in motion or simply improve your skills as a Shinobi to advance as a Chuunin rank.

This is the beginning of your long journey. What lies ahead requires determination, luck and skills...

- Killing players is forbidden unless they or I approve of it.
- In this RPG, you can make any character you want, I will create stories (or something similar) for your characters and you have to RP along.

[[u]Attributes[/u]]


Note: "S" means Subject, while "I" means Information.

S: Health/HP
I: Health is the amount of damage you can take before you die. Your maximum Health increases each time you gain a level. Sleeping, resting, healing Jutsu(s) and eating Soldier Pills may also restore your Health.

S: Chakra/CP
I: Chakra is used to perform Jutsu(s). If your Chakra reaches Zero, you will unable to fight during battles and will simply die from Chakra loss. Sleeping, resting, healing Jutsu(s) and eating Soldier Pills may also restore your Chakra.

S: Fatigue/FP
I: Fatigue is how tired you are whenever you are fighting or simply using Jutsu(s), and may reduce your Fatigue. If your Fatigue reaches Zero, you will unable to fight during battles. Fatigue constantly drains by -5 each time you post during battles. Sleeping, resting, healing Jutsu(s) and eating Soldier Pills may also restore your Fatigue.

S: Reputation/REP
I: Reputation is how well known you are throughout the Five Great Shinobi Villages. It can affect things such as becoming a target in the Bingo Book when you're a criminal, or gaining information from an NPC easily when your REP is high enough and etc. Completing Missions, winning battles, undergoing intense training or amongst other actions reward you with REP; Positive or Negative.

Note: "S" means Subject, while "I" means Information.

S: Perk
I: Perks enable you to gain special abilities. You can choose one Perk each time you receive EXP and once you LV up.

S: Stackable
I: Stackable means you may select the same Perk yet again to increase its effects. There is a limit to each Perk you can stack however.

S: Experience Points/EXP and LV
I: When you reach the required number of Experience Points (EXP), you will level up automatically. Completing Missions, battling or undergoing intense training reward you with EXP. Every time you level up your Health, Chakra, Fatigue, Techniques and Reputation increases.

S: Skill Points/SP
I: Skill Points (SP) are used solely for one and an important reason; assigning your SP to one or many type of Skills, which in turn increases the effects of your skills. Completing Missions, battles or undergoing intense training reward you with SP.

S: Action Points/AP
I: Action Points (AP), rewarded once leveling up, are used for three main reasons; 1) Throughout your battles the word "AP" will appear occasionally, which in turn increases your chance of dealing more damage or suprising an enemy with an attack and etc. They cost you 1 AP however. 2) You may instantly learn a new technique without having to undergo training for said technique. However, each technique cost you AP depending on the rank. For example, D and C ranked technques only cost 1 AP. While other high ranked techniques require further AP. 3) Techniques also have LV and each time you upgrade one through the cost of 1 AP, it levels up by 1, which increases the effectiveness of your techniques in battles. However, there is a limit as to how many times you can upgrade your techniques.

S: Luck
I: Luck has an effect on everything you do, such as increasing your chance of hitting your opponent or reducing the damage dealt to your Health. It also increases your chances of receiving additional EXP, SP or AP.

S: Item
I: Items are used for everything, such as weaponry and restoration pills or certain special charms. They disposed after one use and can be received through rewards from Completing Missions, battles or simply leveling up.

Water Jutsu(s)


Hidden Mist Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it.
Effect: Opponent has a 15% chance of missing his/her target when attacking for 2 posts only.
Cost: -25 Chakra.

Water Release: Snake's Mouth [LV 1]
Detail: This technique allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping maw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.
Effect: 20 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -30 Chakra.

Water Prison Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned.
Effect: Both user and a desginated opponent are unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -40 Chakra.

Water Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control.
Effect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from all attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.


Earth Jutsu(s)


Earth Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This technique creates a clone made of mud of the user. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape.
Effect: Decreases 40% less damage taken from attacks by 20% chance.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.

Earth Release: Rock Pillar Prison [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu creates a large amount of rock pillars from under ground. They can then be controlled to surround their opponent and create a bamboo-like thicket of rock.
Effect: Opponent unable to Attack or Dodge effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Stone Armor [LV 1]
Detail: This technique makes earth-chakra flow through the body, absorbing the properties of stone around the user to form a skin-deep armor that is transparent and is only visible when light reflects off it.
Effect: 15% less damage from Taijutsu attacks, 10% less damage from weaponry attacks and 5% less damage from Ninjutsu attacks for 2 posts only.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -35 Fatigue.

Earth Release: Rising Stone Spears [LV 1]
Detail: This technique lets the user condense mud or stone, from the ground, and shape them into spikes that will protrude from the ground in order to skewer the target. The spikes cannot penetrate targets of greater density.
Effect: 35 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -30 Fatigue

Earth Release: Bedrock Coffin [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu allows the user to control multiple sections of rock and move them around their opponent. The user then forms two gigantic sections that crush the opponent.
Effect: 40 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -40 Fatigue.


Fire Jutsu(s)


Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique [LV 1]
Detail: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface.
Effect: 15 Damage dealt to opponent for 2 posts.
Cost: -35 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This technique creates small fireballs, which are spat out of the user's mouth, flying wildly in every direction and assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely, difficult.
Effect: 20 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -30 Chakra.

Fire Release: Roaring Flame Sphere [LV 1]
Detail: The user exhales a meteor-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact.
Effect: 40 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -35 Chakra. -25 Fatigue.

Fire Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This technique creates a clone made of fire of the user. Since its made of flame, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape. When extinguished the remaining flames slightly burn the opponent.
Effect: Decreases 20% less damage taken from attacks by 25% chance. 10 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -25 Fatigue.


Lightning Jutsu(s)


Lightning Release Shadow Clone [LV 1]
Detail: This technique allows the user to make a Shadow Clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.
Effect: Decreases 25% less damage taken from attacks by 20% chance. Opponent is unable to Attack or Block effectively for 1 post only by 25% chance.
Cost: -35 Chakra. -5 Fatigue.

Lightning Hound [LV 1]
Detail: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack.
Effect: 10 Damage dealt to opponent. Opponent is unable to Dodge effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -35 Chakra.

Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind [LV 1]
Detail: Four giant rock pillars are summoned around the enemy, then shoot bolts of lightning, immobilizing the target and possibly doing damage to them.
Effect: 20 Damage dealt to opponent. Opponent is unable to Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -15 Fatigue.

Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar [LV 1]
Detail: This genjutsu blinds the enemy with an extremely bright light that appears to emanate from the user.
Effect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Block or Dodge effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -35 Chakra.


Wind Jutsu(s)


Wind Release: Petal Dust Dance [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the jutsu, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can control the direction and power of the technique to the max as a last resort.
Effect: 25 Damage dealt to opponent. Opponent is unable to Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Wind Release: Great Breakthrough [Lv 1]
Detail: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight.
Effect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Block or Dodge effectively for 1 post only by 30%.
Cost: -25 Chakra.

Wind Kunai Blade
Detail: The user exhales wind chakra onto a Kunai which expands into a sharp blade shaped like a scimitar which can penetrate a human body with ease. One advantage with this is that it retains both the light weight and versitility of the knife while gaining the length of a sword.
Effect: Weaponry damage is increased by 10% for 2 posts only.
Cost: -30 Chakra.

Wind Release: Whirlwind Fist [LV 1]
Detail: The user delivers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind.
Effect: Taijutsu damage is inceased by 10% for 2 posts only.
Cost: -30 Chakra.


Non-Elemental Based Jutsu(s)


Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan.
Efffect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from Taijutsu attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -25 Fatigue.

Temporary Paralysis Technique [LV 1]
Detail: A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by Genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.
Efffect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Shadow Shuriken Technique [LV 1]
Detail: It's an extremely simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fuma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, to deal with the path of the lower shuriken. If the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.
Efffect: 15 Damage dealt to opponent for 2 posts.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -15 Fatigue.

Body Flicker Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds.
Efffect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from Ninjutsu attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -25 Fatigue.

Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality.
Efffect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Block or Dodge effectively for 1 post only by 30%.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -5 Fatigue.

Mystical Palm Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries.
Efffect: Restores +25 HP and +25 Fatigue.
Cost: -50 Chakra.

Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu changes the appearance of a nearby object or area in order to disorient the opponent.
Efffect: Opponent has a 20% chance of missing his/her target when attacking for 2 posts only.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -5 Fatigue.

Chakra Enhanced Strength [LV 1]
Detail: This is a jutsu in which the user focuses precise chakra control into their hands or feet and releases it with pinpoint timing, which greatly enhances their strength.
Efffect: Taijutsu damage is increased by 20% for 1 post only.
Cost: -40 Chakra. -5 Fatigue.

Leaf Great Whirlwind [LV 1]
Detail: A series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks.
Efffect: 20 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -40 Fatigue.

Shadow Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows.
Efffect: Decrease 40% less damage from all attacks by 30%.
Cost: -45 Chakra. -5 Fatigue.

[b]Name:[/b] Renzo Saki
[b]Clan:[/b] Saki
[i]Description:[/i] Renzo is one of the last members of the Saki clan, a clan from Kirigakure. Its history goes back to the foundation of Kirigakure, as it was one of the founding clans. Because of their abilities Saki clan members were known as extraordinary suiton manipulators and often took up position in the Swordsmen of the Mist. They were one of the few clans that survived their clan massacre of the mist several hundread years ago unlike the Kaguya clan. All members of the Saki clan that become shinobi receive a clan sword. They also have a bloodline, which manifests itself in two ways.
[b]Unique Ability:[/b] The first would be the Voda Takadou, which gives an advanced manipulation over water and its properties; as in weight, shape, density… The second form of their bloodline which is rare achieved is the Saka Giladi, a water body and the proud and joy of the Saki clan. All those that have achieved this were without one exception carved into the history of the Saki clan.

[b]Personality:[/b] Renzo's loyalties and personality are difficult to discern, as he is a sarcastic in numerous ways, yet polite, helpful and a humorous man. As far as people know, he doesn't seem to like innocent civilians getting hurt or people who can't fight, whom often tries to save them in there need of aid. When in combat, Renzo will usually attempt to avoid it, who will always try to talk his way out of a fight, though he doesn't wish to insult opponents by refusing to fight.

[b]History/Background:[/b] Born in the Mist Village inside the prestigious Saki clan Renzo gained a reputation as a prodigy in stealth killing even before becoming Genin. A fact not known to many people inside his village is that he was trained by one of the most dangerous missing-nins in the world; Suneku Kiyo for several years. However it seemed as if the Saki Clan's bloody past catched up to them. About a decade ago Renzo's clan were slaughtered and killed, leaving him the sole survivor. He was 3 back then and when he was finally told of what happened to his clansman at the age of 9, he felt no hatred nor sadness, neither pain or any sort of emotion. At age 11 he would become known to the Mist village as the second coming of Hoshigaki Kisame and Houzuki Suigetsu; as a gifted killer and exceptional shinobi for his age with the title of Genin and future Elite shinobi of the Mist. Now, forced to enter the Chuunin Exams, Renzo simply bids his time and watches and observes other Genins and shinobi's alike. For this could become useful information in later years if should they come across against each other in battle...

Hidden Mist Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it.
Effect: Opponent has a 15% chance of missing his/her target when attacking for 2 posts only.
Cost: -25 Chakra.

Water Release: Snake's Mouth [LV 1]
Detail: This technique allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping maw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.
Effect: 20 Damage dealt to opponent.
Cost: -30 Chakra.

Water Prison Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned.
Effect: Both user and a desginated opponent are unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -40 Chakra.

Earth Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This technique creates a clone made of mud of the user. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mold itself back to its original shape.
Effect: Decreases 40% less damage taken from attacks by 20% chance.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.

Earth Release: Bedrock Coffin [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu allows the user to control multiple sections of rock and move them around their opponent. The user then forms two gigantic sections that crush the opponent.

The reason by this is because they believe the village is the best out of others when involved in rankings. Kirimono was special, though. Also being the latest of the clan to enter the Chunin exams and the member that differs from every other member, he is now ready to face any danger that comes for him during his challenges in the Forest of Death. Shadow Clone Technique [LV 2]
Detail: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows.
Effect: Decrease 50% less damage from all attacks by 35%.
Cost: -60 Chakra. -15 Fatigue.

Wind Release: Solid Wind Clone Technique [LV 1]
Description: The act of creating solid Shadow Clones out of solidified wind. If done in an area with strong winds, more chakra will be needed to solidify the wind into as many clones as possible. If in an area where there is no wind whatsoever, less chakra is needed and more clones can easily be produced with the excessive use of hand signs. Continuous use of this jutsu will have different side effects depending on the # of clones made, strength of wind in the area, and amount of chakra used overtime.

While Raphael was an academy student he was forced to wear traditional samurai armor and cloth as part of his swordsmanship training, but when he became a Genin he was able to wear whatever he liked. Raphael has brown spiky hair and forest green eyes, and his mouth is always in an emotionless frown. Raphael wears his headband on his forehead so as to keep his hair spiky. The top portion of his body is covered by a black long sleeved that is under a long forest green robe that drapes down to the back of his knees. The bottom half of his body is covered by long blue pants and he wears jet black boots on his feet. His katana has a black blade with a yellow handle and red guard and is always kept on the right side of his waist.
[b]Personality:[/b] Raphael is an active young person and loves to train his blade skills to be even better than the leader of the Yaiba clan. On missions he has to be emotionless, as most of his missions have been data gathering in secrecy. While he is with his own clan and village members he is happy and carefree as a young ninja should be when there is no mission status.
[b]History/Background:[/b] Being a member of the Yaiba assassination clan, the big details of his life must remain a secret but we can tell you everything else. Raphael was born in Kumogakure and was raised by his parents; Rika and Torken Yaiba. He lived a good life with his parents and was trained by his father in the art of the blade that his clan was accustomed to. At the age of thirteen he was sent into the ninja academy for his ninjutsu and other ninja skills, it took him a few years more to graduate because the Yaiba clan demands strict swordsmanship training for half of the year so it took him longer to start his chunin exam but he's here now and he's ready to take it all home with him.

Lightning Release: White Light Blade [Lvl 2]
Detail: Surrounds the held weapon in lightning energy, thus making it more durable, sharp, and without a moments hesitation the energy can be launched at the opponent in an attempt to cut them from a long range.
Effect: Increases weapon damage and effectiveness by 25%, gives user a long range attack that, if successful, does base weapon damage.
Cost: -40 Chakra

Wind Release: Great Breakthrough [Lv 1]
Detail: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight.
Effect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Block or Dodge effectively for 1 post only by 30%.
Cost: -25 Chakra.

Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind [LV 1]
Detail: Four giant rock pillars are summoned around the enemy, then shoot bolts of lightning, immobilizing the target and possibly doing damage to them.
Effect: 20 Damage dealt to opponent. Opponent is unable to Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -15 Fatigue.

Wind Release: Violent Wind Palm [Lv 1]
Detail: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. The jutsu used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.
Effect: 25 damage dealt to opponent, long ranged damaged increased by 10%
Cost: -40 Chakra, -10 fatigue

Temporary Paralysis Technique [LV 1]
Detail: A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by Genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.
Efffect: Opponent is unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Wind Release: Concentrated Wind Bullets [Lvl 1]
Detail: The user inhales a deep breath while doing certain hand signs. The breath then becomes infused with chakra and can be fired out of the users mouth at rapid speeds with up to five bullets. The air can also be fired out all at once to create one big bullet; the bullets are about double the size of a persons head, making the large bullet able to be the size of a boulder.
Effect: Each bullet that hits does 15 damage. The large bullet does 75 damage if successful. The smaller bullets are extremely quick and the large bullet is only at a medium pace.
Cost: -45 Chakra, -30 Fatigue

[b]History/Background:[/b] Kazuki is very similar in background to Neji Hyuuga. He was born into a Side branch of a great Clan, and was ignored as a useless Ninja. He was actually extremely talented Ninja and has one of the greatest Shikra's in his clan, and can use Genjutsu even the Jounin in his family cant use. However, he is very different to Neji. He lost both of his parents and grew up as a servant boy to his stuck up cousin, Sadet Drecel, an annoying boy who is good, but is 2 years older than Kazuki and still a Genin. He has already failed the Chunin Exam, getting caught in the test part. Kazuki wants nothing more than to prove his power, and hopefully, one day, kill, or at least Disable, his cousin.

Blazing Fire Blade Technique [LV 2]
Description: A Variation(And much more powerful Version) of the Kirigakure village's Spinning Ice blade technique invented by Konoha's previous Hokage, intended to counter the Ice blade technique. It was tought to the Drecel clan by the Hokage just before his death, and has been handed down to the three most talented children of each generation of the Drecel clan, aswell as every child in the main branch. However, many weilders of it have taught children not designated as the most talented. It engulfs the users hand in a blaze of flames. The user feels none of the heat of the flames, but may occasionally get burned. This technique also enhances the users speed. Like the Ice Blade technique, it is one of the most dangerous Fire Element techniques at the moment, and has many variations.
Effect: Deals 30 to Opponent(s) for 2-5 turns. Has a 30% chance of burning the opponent and/or the users, dealing 10 damage a turn until the fire goes out(Basically, when you decide.). The user also cannot use Jutsu that require the use of two hands.
Cost: -20 Chakra X the number of turns. -25 Fatigue X the number of turns. -10 Health.

Fire Release: Roaring Flame Sphere [LV 1]
Detail: The user exhales a meteor-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact.

[b]Personality:[/b] Seni is a quiet, intelligent boy with a quick mind. He is usually found in a quiet corner, studying, reading or practising. He is very friendly, and gets along with most people, but is usually very distant, and is left alone quite often. But his mind is very valuable, as he is one of the smartest Ninja's to have ever come from Kirigakure, smarter than even Shikamara, the infamous 200 IQ ninja from Konoha.
[b]History/Background:[/b] Seni was ignored a lot in his youth, as he wasn't bloodthirsty like a lot of his classmates. He was always studying and practising Jutsu. However, he has much more skill in Taijutsu that Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, but is said to know many more Jutsu than the Average Chunin. He obviously never uses them though. He graduated the Ninja academy in Kirigakure early, as the teachers realised that although he wasn't bloodthirsty, he was intelligent and a great nin. He has been a Genin for 3 years and believes he is finally ready for the Chunin exams. (As long as nobody kills my character, he wont use the said 'lots of Jutsu'. I'll add them in after you say we can, and during the Sequel.)

Detail: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned.
Effect: Both user and a desginated opponent are unable to Attack, Dodge or Block effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -40 Chakra.

Water Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control.
Effect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from all attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -10 Fatigue.

Body Flicker Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds.
Efffect: Decreases 30% less damage taken from Ninjutsu attacks by 25% chance.
Cost: -25 Chakra. -25 Fatigue.

Water Release: Shark Tooth Technique [LV 1]
Detail: This Jutsu creates up to thirty sharpened missiles from water around the user and freezes them. Then these Missiles are thrown at the opponent at high speeds, such as that it's nearly impossible to miss.
Effect: Deals between 10 and 50 damage. Cannot be avoided. Has a 10% chance of disabling opponent ninjutsu for one turn.
Cost: -30 Chakra. -20 Fatigue.

Spinning Ice blade Technique [LV 2]
Detail: This technique mixes Taijutsu with Water Style Ninjutsu, freezing the hand of the user to a point, turning the Users hand into a sword.
Effect: Deals 30 DMG each turn for 3 turns. User cannot use Ninjutsu for three turns.
Cost: -50 Chakra. -50 Fatigue.

Spinning Ice Blade; Blizzard Form [LV 1]
Detail: This Variation of the Spinning Ice Blade Technique is activated by holding the Ice Blade straight infront of you, with palm facing down, drawing chakra into the hand and twisting 180 Degrees Clockwise, so the palm is facing up. The Ice of the blade splits off, creating a small blizzard infront of the user, heading towards the opponent. The Spinning Ice Blade Technique is negated when this technique is used.
Effect: Can only be used during the three turns Spinning Ice Blade Technique is active. Deals 20 Damage to Opponent and negates the effects of Spinning Ice Blade Technique.
Cost: -30 Chakra, -25 Fatigue.

[b]Description[/b] - The Hyuga clan is one of the oldest and most powerful clans within the Hidden Leaf village. All members born into this clan possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai. The clan itself is separated into two parts: the main house and the branch house, a system that protects the secrets of the Byakugan from outsiders.
[b]Unique Ability:[/b] The first ability would be that of the kekkei genkai past down from the Hyuga clan; the Byakugan. This unique kekkei genkai gives the user a 360 degree vision with the exception of a blind spot on the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. Other abilities of the Byakugan include seeing through solid obkects and a range of 50 meters (at least for Jinn-Tu) and the abiliky to see chakra flow and chakra circulation system. The second would be the use of the Gentle Fist hand-to-hand combat that inflicts internal damage to an opponent instead of external damage.

Wears the same attire like Kiba with the exception of a mask over his face like Kakashi. However, everything else is on the dot in appearance: hair and cloths.
[b]Personality:[/b] Jinn-Tu is a little hard to actually grasp onto in terms of what he does and how he does it. Overall, he is a quiet individual who is rarely seen talking. For those who hear him speak be prepared not to see the light of day. However, he is a calm, center-minded, focused individual who puts other ahead of himself and aims to always complete his mission. He at least tries to stay at least one step ahead of his opponent while in combat and never really resorts to the use of his byakugan unless need be. While in combat, he gives his opponent the up most respect unless they give him a reason not to.
[b]History/Background:[/b] Born and raised in the Hidden Leaf Village within the Hyuga clan of the secondary branch house. Like most of those of the Branch House of the Hyuga clan; Jinn-Tu was also branded with the curse mark upon his fore-head. However, it was said that he held a strong tie to the clan’s kekkei genkai the Byakugan. When coming of age he attended the Ninja Academy and graduated at an early age then most of those who would normally graduate. He was given a squad with an individual who had a use for the kekkei genkai Sharringan and a person who could release Genjutsu upon first sight. Coming to the age of 12; Jinn-Tu was given the option of joining the Chuunin exams, but his squads sensai declined training them for another year to improve their skills in combat. Now with that year past Jinn-Tu and his team where brought into the Chuunin exams and really hope to make something of themselves.

Detail: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack.
Effect: 10 Damage dealt to opponent. Opponent is unable to Dodge effectively for 1 post only.
Cost: -35 Chakra.

Lightning Release Shadow Clone [LV 1]
Detail: This technique allows the user to make a Shadow Clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.
Effect: Decreases 25% less damage taken from attacks by 20% chance. Opponent is unable to Attack or Block effectively for 1 post only by 25% chance.
Cost: -35 Chakra. -5 Fatigue.

Kekkai Genkai, Luck and the Element Skills all start off with 0 unless you've chosen them as either your Major or Minor skills. The others, meanwhile, all have 5 to begin with.

As one who knows when and how to act towards others, he makes sure not to speak the wrong way about somebody no matter what the situation. When in battle, he will fight until his last breath. He would never give up, regardless of his strength. If needed be, he would make sacrifices for others that he cared about the most.
[b]History/Background:[/b] The Murusaga Clan has been hidden from the world ever since the beginning of Konohakagure. Because so, the clan has been separated from the rest of the world, it's known history in other villages turning into forgotten memories. Although the clan was never known since the creation of the village, members of the clan blend in to the village as normal citizens. The reason by this is because they believe the village is the best out of others when involved in rankings. Kirimono was special, though. He had a striking resemblance to the creator's 15-year-old appearance, even though he was only a year younger. The clan itself is now watching him, believing that he is destined for greatness. Also being the latest of the clan to enter the Chunin exams and the member that differs from every other member, he is now ready to face any danger that comes for him during his challenges in the Forest of Death. But unbeknown to Kirimono, there is said to be a traitor in his clan. Who it is is unclear, but all that is known that he/she is very close to Kirimono in the clan.

[b]History/Background:[/b] Growing up in the Takahashi clan was good, the clan loved to train and hone their skills in their kekkei genkeis, his family was especially focused on the kekkei genkei ability. Hiroten trained unbelievably hard to surpass his older brother who was the most respected member of the takahashi clan. His kekkei Genkei ability was gained at the age of 5 where he made objects out of rocks into metal sculptures. Hiroten also has a smaller brother who is just starting at the academy. When hiroten turned 10 his brother had dissapeared fromt he village, no one has heard of him since, he did however leave a note to hiroten saying, "Your skills are on par with mine, i'll be waiting for you brother."

Shadow Clone Technique [LV 1]
Detail: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows.
Efffect: Decrease 40% less damage from all attacks by 30%.
Cost: -45 Chakra. -5 Fatigue.

Metal Style: Solid Surrounding
Detail: The user hits the ground with both hands, then a circle diamater of 10 metres around the user appears as metal, the metal acts as a defensive technique as whenever an attack or attacker approaches the area the metal acts like a liquid type of metal and protects the user. It will dissapear once the user has stepped out of the metal circle.
Effect: Decrease damage by 40
Cost: - 10 Chakra per post.

Metal Release: Phalanx Strike
Detail: User forms spears in his hands out of any object. the user grabs the object turns it to metal element and is then able to create Phalanx Spears out of the changeable shape. This is most effective when standing in the circle of metal.
Effect: 20 Damage dealt x number of phalanxes used, 25% chance to slow opponent by 30% for 3 posts
Cost: - 20 Chakra x number of Phalanxes

Metal Style: Metallic Entrapment
Detail: User forms an orb of liquid metal in his hand, he then throws it at the opponent. If hit it becomes solid and acts as a heavy weight.
Effect: Slows user down by 40% for 2 posts
Cost: - 20 Chakra

Metal Release: Phalanx Slice Rampage
detail: Can only use when Solid Surrounding is being used. 8 thing liquids of Metal extend from the mettalic circle and form into phalanxes that remain attatched to the metallic ground. They then while remaining attached tot he ground head for the opponent.
Effect: 50 Damage Dealt
Cost: - 45 Chakra, - 20 Fatigue

Tone these down a notch;

[i]Metal Style: Solid Surrounding

Cost: - 10 Chakra per post.[/i]

Please decrease the percentage by below 40. You'll get a chance to increase its effectiveness once you've leveled up, so don't worry.

Lower the damage between 15-20.

Remove the slowing opponent effect, but keep the damage and cost.
